There was a slight miscommunication, but Briana was incredibly kind and went out of her way to deliver the items directly to my hotel. It was so convenient because there's no way I could have packed these bulky items on my flight to Hawaii. Being able to rent everything we needed made our beach days so much more enjoyable.
