Since it had been 9 months since the original job was completed, we didn't expect them to make corrections, but we were so relieved and impressed that they proactively wanted to make things right. Adam took charge of the entire situation and coordinated everything seamlessly: Within a couple of days, his team was out to replace the air ducts with the R8 ductwork. The very next day, they had someone out to perform the required HERS testing. Shortly after, the city inspector came out and signed off on the permit. The entire process was completed within just a few days and at no cost to us. The team was clean, efficient, and Adam provided clear, excellent communication every step of the way. We are so grateful for Adam's dedication to customer satisfaction and his expertise in walking us through the process to ensure everything was fully resolved and up to code. We definitely recommend Attic Masters!

The execution of the project was just as impressive, handled by a three-man crew who worked up in the attic while it was a blistering 100° outside. Their work ethic was absolutely phenomenal, delivering exceptional speed and high-quality workmanship despite the grueling heat. While there was one minor issue that required a follow-up the next morning, the team was perfectly punctual and resolved it immediately without a single complaint. The entire experience was professional, efficient and straightforward from start to finish. Really appreciate the urgency and quality of service. From the start, the people from Insulation Labs were professional and offered exceptional service…read more I had five different vendors (all 5 star-rated) come to see my house crawl space to give estimates for a vapor barrier (to stop humidity and the conditions that produce mold in the house). Before estimates came in, it was clear that Insulation Labs was the best-- Ray came on time, knew what he was talking about, answered all my questions, and followed up promptly with the estimate. In addition to being the best service of all five estimates, it was also the lowest price. Julio was in touch for all things scheduling. The team that installed the crawl space vapor barrier came on time when they said they would, cleaned up all debris following the work, and left the work area as they found it. Julio called after the work was done to ask how everything was-- and I told him that the crawl space door seemed to have been bent back a bit in a way that could let a rodent slip under the house (which is understandable given how much material they had to bring into the crawl space). Julio promptly made an appointment for his team to come and fix the issue, and they even added additional hardware cloth on two other spaces upon my request. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the professionalism, service, quality of work, and responsiveness. And the price was the best of all five estimates I got as well. I recommend hiring Insulation Labs for your job.

Several other reviews have stated that Nathan Jones lied to them to get them to sign the contract, so if he is still employed by the company and is the one that comes out to your home, that means they didn't let him go for repeatedly lying. Mr. Nathan Jones lied about the scope of the job to get us to sign the contract, pretended his computer had died so he had to have us sign the contract on a small tablet/ phone which is a common method they use to make sure you can't read the fine print, and they told us they could use a disinfectant appropriate for immunocompromised individuals but when the office was contacted to confirm told us that immunocompromised individuals should not use their company because they didn't use chemicals that were safe. The reason they have so many positive reviews is because they discount the price if you review them prior to them starting the job. They charged us $10,000 for a job that took 15 work hours for a single employee, and when I asked them why they were charging so much for a simple job prior to signing they assured us it was a BIG job that would require a whole team for four full work days. He committed fraud and poisoned our family causing worsening of health issues.

The crew was always on time, incredibly professional, and their pricing was by far the best out of all the quotes I received. What really sets them apart is their attention to detail. It's more of a boutique operation, which means he can offer you guidance without layers of people in between. Jonathan himself, or one of his team members from my understanding, will be up in your attic getting the job done, and they work fast. We requested insulation in our attic, and he came in and had it installed in just a couple of hours. He also replaced an attic fan that dated back to 1970, so our attic ventilation was addressed as part of the service as well. We noticed a major difference the same day, especially with the heat we've been experiencing here in Southern California. We recently bought a house that had inadequate insulation, probably somewhere around R-3, and now we're upwards of R-38. Our air conditioner was hardly ever cycling off. It was running almost the entire time since we bought our house in the middle of this hot summer. We were confused as to why the house kept heating up even while the AC was running. I called Jonathan to discuss the issue, and we talked through radiant barriers, attic ventilation, attic floor sealing, and the existing insulation that was there. He guided me through a cost-effective, value-driven process that made a whole lot of sense. He explained the benefits of each option, and ultimately we landed on starting with the insulation. That alone ended up curing the issue with our HVAC system not being able to keep up with the heat. Now the house feels cooler on hot days, and our AC isn't running nearly as much. We're incredibly happy we selected him as our service provider, and I would refer him to anybody who needs insulation or attic work done. Jonathan is the real deal. He's a genuinely kind and authentic human being, easy to communicate with, and someone who clearly cares about the work he does.

A gf had it done years ago and said it did make a difference in her house. After researching info on Consumer Reports and AI, I started interviewing companies and getting quotes. When I called Insulation Nation I could tell Dustin knew his stuff and had integrity. His quote was very fair and much less than the first one I received from another vendor who acted surprised that I knew what a R rating was. Dustin recommended a radiant barrier on the inside of the roof to help keep the attic cooler. I had not seen that mentioned in my research, nor from the other company, but eagerly said YES! Anything to keep cooler. From the first call with Dustin until the job was completed, everything was top notch. Communication was great. They texted their eta and arrived on time.
