I reached out to 4 installers (3 others recommended by tile shop) and Gabriel was the first to reply. Throughout the entire process he was quick to respond to my emails and very helpful. Gabriel's quote was also the most competitive of the 4! Gabriel arrived on the day of installation and immediately realized the wall was not level and flush against counter. Turns out I was sold tile that didn't have a matching finish tile.. which is pretty important, but I didn't know this when I swiped the card (my fault...). When I tried to work with them on a solution, they were happy to take my useless tile back for a 25% fee... or sell me different finish tile that didn't match. Definitely don't rely on them. If you buy from here, make sure you know everything you need before you agree to buy!
