I see how some other consumers had not so good experiences with Stoneworks. Our experience was…read morevery good. We were redoing the dining room floor. So, this was a relatively small job. There was a delay in the start of the job. After a couple of weeks of waiting, I had to call Ed to prompt him to start. But after that the job was done quickly and professionally. The work was done in a couple of days; the floor looks great; the workers treated my wife with courtesy during the work; they did a great cleanup afterward. So, based on my experience, I recommend Stoneworks.

How wrong I was when I rated this business 5 stars a couple of months ago…read more It started all good with me placing order and waiting for installation. However it took more than 2 weeks between templating and installation of the counter. I was promised a few days initially. Secondly when counter was delivered team broke glass in my storm door. Glass is everywhere and I am keep trying to clean it up. It's been 2 weeks since they removed my door and I have no clue when it will be returned. Thirdly I ordered a kitchen sink from that place and SURPRISE! one week later I see rust on it I contacted the store and never heard back from them on when and how sink will be replaced. Customer service is terrible and team don't want to listen to anything or support clients if there are any problems Would not recommend that place to anyone

After countless hours of researching on homeadvisor as well as local tile stores, I stumbled upon…read moreTile Source's showroom in Framingham. They had ample selection on site and I was able to find the materials I was seeking at a reasonable price. They informed me that they also provide tile install services and gave me a quote that was far less expensive than other providers I had engaged at the time. I decided to move forward with Tile Source based on their fair pricing and selection as well as looking at photos of completed projects. On top of this, Jackie quoted a one week timeframe to complete retiling of two full bathrooms. Jackie and her team completed the project yesterday. Communication throughout the project was great- responses to any questions I had were quick and Jackie kept me informed on each day's plan. Her team did an excellent job ensuring they left the worksite clean and tidy each day which was of paramount importance to us since we were living in the home during renovation. The project was done incredibly fast without sacrificing quality and came in on budget at the exact amount we agreed upon before starting. I'm looking forward to working with Tile Source and Gulf Coast Flooring (their in-house install company) for future projects and highly recommend them without hesitation.

When I tried to explain to them that the grout and tile work they did in my brand new bathroom looks awful and they needed to fix it... they argued with me and said that it was the "Wayland water" fault. UM..WHAT?! So they brought in "their" water and it still looks just as bad if not worse!!!!! Sorry if I do not have a "millionaire dollar" home but my money is still good enough for them to take. Still looking for a reliable tile company.
