All the great reviews for Green Flash Pest Control are accurate! We recently called them to do an annual termite inspection and the inspector recommended some minor wood replacement and repairs as well as treatment of exposed wood in our attic. Every service tech and employee we dealt with was very timely, great at communicating, and did a awesome job with repairs and clean up. The attic treatment crew even brought their own vacuum to clean up the attic insulation that fell on the carpet below. I would recommend them for termites and am sure they would handle any other pests just as efficiently and expertly. read more

After looking through multiple company reviews, I found Green Flash and Doug for my gopher problems. Doug immediately knew the issue and provided a few solutions, including stuff I can do myself (if I wanted to). Wanting to get it done properly, I asked Doug to help get rid of the gophers. He explained the trapping process as he was setting them up for future maintenance, should I want to do it myself. Appreciate Doug and Green Flash for helping me with my gopher problem! Green Flash has been the best company to work with. All of their staff are really nice and professional. My tech is Chris, he is very professional and cares about all your concerns and needs. He makes sure to listen to you and gives you his best opinion for the situation. I trust him and I know that he will get everything taken care of when he is here. He's came back a couple of times in between my 3 months to spray the garage and my sheds after I had to clean them out. He was very understanding and did not get mad that he had to make another trip. John Tanner was/is wonderful to work with, performing a thorough inspection, discussing treatment options, describing the process and then providing real-time support for questions we had along the way. Prior to the tenting, we also utilized the Green Flash carpenters to repair termite damaged wood, most of which required facie board replacements on our 2nd story (not easy!). Kyler and Dave were awesome and went above & beyond in making the repairs. It's clear they take pride in their work and it really shows. I would like to let you know that this company is not professional at all.. We called them to treat the spiders around our house. Our service from them included them coming over and cleaning all the spider web (which are visible) and to treat them as well as they where supposed to use brats for ants, they even said that if we see spider and web again within 30 days from the service time they will come back to treat it. And I would even like to mention that I think coz I was new client thats why they answered my phone quickly at the 1st time. When they came to do the service they did incomplete job. I could still see the big spider and webs everywhere. I tried calling them the next day even left them couple of voice mail but no response. I tried calling them more 20 time than finally gave up But when the time came for them to come for their next vist they messaged me and even answered my phone He ensures me that they will take care of it this time but the guy just came and left without even letting us know what he treat/where. And again the JOB IS STILL INCOMPLETE. I CAN STILL SEE SPIDER AND WEBS EVERYWHERE. ILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. read more

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Doug. He was always so friendly, professional and a genius at what he does. My problem was with the scheduling methods they use. It was always so inconsistent and very frustrating. They give windows of time for when people would come, but would change days and times without letting me know. Next thing I know, I get calls that someone is in their way or already there at a completely different window of time than originally stated or different dates. Bad communication about the changes. They would just change the times without even consulting me or asking me if it was ok to do so. The responses I would get over it were always so blasé like no big deal. It is a big deal when you are having to rearrange things, but their scheduling folks didn't seem to get that. I thought we got everything straightened out with the scheduling after Eric got involved to help fix things, but nope! Same problem again. I finally got sick of having to fight about it and dropped their service. They did a good job with the service itself, but ultimately there is just too much competition to have to deal with the frustration of them working out their scheduling issues that were not my problem over and over again. read more

We recently signed up for a quarterly service with Green Flash after experiencing the worst service with another pest control company. We had our initial service completed earlier this week by technician Kellen. We were very pleased with his knowledge and explanations of the different products being used to fight the various types of pests. Last week, we had scheduled a service for a specific need and on the day of the service we had a very large amount of ants all over the inside of our house (due to the hot weather). 0 stars! I am not sure how this company stays in business. EVERYTIME we have had something scheduled with them, an issue has come up. This has happened 4 times and we canceled our service for good today after being extremely patient and giving second chances for them to redeem themselves. We have 2 young children and dogs so it is an ordeal to have pest control because we need to vacate for 4 hours. Anyone with kids at home knows that this requires a lot of planning. I explained this to the office many times and yet they would still mess up our appointments or try to push them back on the day of service. One time the tech forgot some of his equipment and needed to come back. The kicker is that we were notified by the last setback via text. No phone call?? How do you do business. Then when I called to speak to someone about it, all I got was a voicemail and a text response. Absolutely the most unprofessional thing I have seen. There are much better pest control places where employees are on the ball when it comes to scheduling and service. Stay away! read more
