She does beautiful alterations and repairs, is completely trustworthy, and always has the seamstress work or dry cleaning done on time, in fact usually early. I started looking for a dry cleaning place based on yelp reviews. Since I don't normally go to the dry cleaner. I needed a fancy dress cleaned for a wedding. When I called the business there was such a cheerful voice I already wanted to try this place out. When I got there she was very hospitable, friendly and warm. Very personable and great with customers. Later in the week after picking up my dress, I got to my destination for the wedding. I then realize that the strap was broken, now I don't remember if it was broken when I handed her the dress or if it happened when it was sent to the plant. I don't recall it being broken but anything is possible. Either way when I got back to town from the wedding I called her and questioned it and she said the same thing we don't know where this happened so either way she wants to see the dress. she took the dress back and said come back in two days and I will fix it for you, I came back in two days and my dress was fixed!! I tried to even pay for it because I'm grateful for her kindness and help and she would not even except any money!! that is great customer service!! dry cleaning was great! customer service for the great! I give this place five stars!!! Also since I don't tend to dry clean like I had said before I definitely need some alterations done, they do that as well as preserving wedding dresses. read more

Jasmine is a magician. The first time I came to her, I had gotten purple hair dye on a very delicate summer dress. She said she couldn't guarantee she could get the stains out, but she would try. To be honest, I didn't hold out hope. When I went to pick up the dress, she was more excited than me in telling me she got the stains out! I then saw that she does alterations, so I returned with two huge shirts that were too big for my husband, and gave her a shirt that fit him perfectly and asked her to match them. I thought she would tell me she couldn't do that and needed my husband to come in, but she said no problem, but it might take some time. I expected weeks to go by, and it was just a few days. When my husband picked up the shirts, Jasmine was so kind and he says she said such nice things about me/remembered me. My husband tried on the shirts, and they not only fit like a glove, but they looked as if they were never altered. Wow! Super impressed. We will be back! Thank you! read more
