Just as I was asking for the refund, my order was finally ready at 12:55 PM. I really enjoy the salads at Just Salad, but the service at this location was very disappointing. A 45-minute wait for an online pickup order is unacceptable, especially during a workday lunch break. I hope the location improves its online order process and customer service.

Not only do you get a free topping (non protein) when you bring it back, you can also use it for other meals. Now on to the salad. I'm a fan of the Crispy Chicken Poblano. It's a decent size and the chicken and avocado are included in the $12.99 price. It's tasty and well balanced. I can't wait to try it in a wrap. The location has plenty of seating inside. This is a new location so service is tad bit slow but the staff has been friendly and helpful during both of my visits.

She asked if it was my first time there and I said yes. She explained how the ordering process works and explained a little about each sandwich. I decided to try the RBG, which was $18. I believe all sandwiches are $18. I was a little surprised by the price, but I wanted to try it. The RBG is delicious pork sandwich with coleslaw and a soft, yet crunchy bread. Don't get me wrong. I am not a crunchy bread sandwich type of girly. But this bread was just right for this sandwich. I had the ability to eat the entire sandwich with the bread not becoming too soggy and falling apart. The pork was tender and flavorful, the slaw was crunchy and tart. It was a wonderful combination. The only negative thing that I have to say is that it is a really large sandwich! So, make sure you bring a friend to eat the other half...so you won't be tempted to eat it all like I did!
