OUT OF EVERYTHING At about 4:30 pm (before any dinner rush) I was headed to Chili's for a quesadilla, when I happened upon "great wraps." when I saw that they had gyros I decided to stop there instead. I thought it would be easier to eat a Greek bowl rather than a Gyro wrap, so I decided on that. When I was standing in line, a customer returned to the counter. He said he had not received his black bean salsa. The young woman behind the counter, with long, straight dark hair said simply, "oh we are out of that" at which point the customer angrily turned on his heels and walked away. When I ordered my Greek bowl, the gal told me that they were out of cucumbers. I told her that was no problem. When I got my bowl, there was no feta cheese on it. It's one thing not to have cucumbers, but a completely different thing not to have feta cheese on a "Greek" bowl. All it was, was Gyro meat and tomatoes with tatziki dressing. It was on a bed of "seasoned rice" but much of the rice was rock hard. I was extremely mad about spending the $13 for the disappointing ball. I knew it was going to be expensive because that's the way the airport is, but at least for your money, you should get something decent. read more

Do you want to eat something halfway fresh and reasonably healthy at the airport in this wing of the Terminal? 4 stars is pushing it but I wanted to give this place props for offering the only chance at this alternative in the entire wing we walked looking for food. Yes: it is ridiculously priced (we are captives in the airport and they are still allowed to to use criminal tactics like price gauging- we need to make change in legislation for this). One server tried to be kind, the other was awful. Typical for an airport. But they offer a hummus veggie wrap. Take it!! It's not bad. It's too big so share it with your travel companion or put the other half away for the second leg of your journey. read more

The Starbucks lines are usually super long but you can typically walk right up and order here. Good food, pleasant customer service and decent price points. Highly recommended. read more

Typical overpriced airport food, but it could be worse. My breakfast bowl was $11.30 w/ tax, and easily was the size of a frozen breakfast bowl from the supermarket, if not smaller. Granted, it was pretty tasty, and the onions were surprisingly crunchy and fresh. The cashier though.. yikes. Nutshell: pretty tasty wraps for a fair price. One of the best options in the concourse for a quick hearty meal. Airport food...its never great and concourse C in Lambert doesn't have a lot of options. On this particular trip, I underestimated my snack hoard so I went in search of lunch. I wanted something quick and rib sticking and Great wraps fit the bill. I went with the Spicy Chipotle Chicken wrap by itself. It was very good. Toasty warm with a nice kick from the sauce. I was nervous about the chicken, usually from a joint like this I expect previously frozen chicken cubes. But this did not appear to be that at all, thank god! The pop of black beans and some veggies were a nice flavor and texture inclusion. Its a pretty good size as well, a little over a hands length long, a good 3-4 inches wide, and an inch and a half thick. For the wrap itself it was about a $10.25, really not terrible for an airport restaurant. The service is what's to be expected, to the point and efficient. I'd recommend it if you're running around concourse C. read more

I can't comment on the actual menu items because I have too many food allergies to order any of them. However, my flight was delayed and I was hungry for something other than chips or candy. I spoke to the friendly staff who gladly made me a plain quesadilla (not on the menu at all), and they were quick too! However, we paid $7.99 each for two breakfast bowls (scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, cheese, and potatoes) and when we opened them to eat on the plane, neither of us had potatoes.
