This is a basic bar and grill type restaurant in the St Louis airport terminal A. The menu is limited to the basics and the food is passable. I ordered the French dip. There was an option to upgrade the side to a salad instead of fries, which was nice. The French dip initially came out without the au jus. I had to remind the server that I needed that. She was nice about it and got it pretty quickly. But I came in a small ramequin that was not easy to dip into. The side salad was basic. A lot of Parmesan cheese but no tomatoes. Typical meh eatery at an old airport. Good for a quick bite and something to drink while waiting for your flight, but nothing stands out about it. Lovely place to have a quick bite and of course for a drink ! Situated in A Terminal opposite to Gate A6 and close to the all A-Gates. Really comfy, open spaced and a spacious setting. It was not crowded so enjoyed my one hour of wait enjoying the grilled chicken melt. Really great! Good service and overall decent place. The only other option to have a good & hot lunch was pizza place. Got the order quickly and enjoyed the chicken melt a lot vs grabbing junk snacks. Concourse E is where to be for Bud and burgers. This worked well before my flight with a few hours to spare. I bellied up to the bar and had pretty attentive service and ordered a Budweiser, double cheeseburger and fries. The beer was delivered quickly and great! There are table seats too! The bar had a lively crowd enjoying brews and bites. A few had laptops open. My food hit the table within 15 minutes and hit the spot. Nothing fancy, but it worked. There's nothing to eat in this airport and specifically, the Delta terminal. But I hadn't eaten the entire day and was starving, and Budweiser Brew House seemed liked the best of the worst as far as options goes. Ambiance? It's giving sad airport bar. I found the food options here slightly better and more varied than the few other tiny kiosks offering premade sandwiches with a hefty price tag, so I decided to give it a try. Service was fast and prompt, I put in an order for my French Dip sandwich and drowned by sorrows in a pint of Stella. Food came out decently fast and wasn't that bad. I enjoy Angry Orchard as a first go to alcohol beverage, but that was not a beer served at this location. My second choice however was available. Here waiting for my flight back home. I stood in line for approximately 6 mins, no one in front of me and no one behind me. The sign said, wait to be seated. This one waitress (Cathy) was walking around, didn't appear to be doing much, but walked past me a couple of times without saying anything. Finally, after passing me 3 times, she said, go ahead and seat yourself. there were over 3 open spots at the bar and 2 open tables, so I sat at the bar and quickly ordered a drink. The bartender (Sam) was fun and very friendly. I ordered the beer cheese and pretzel sticks. I've been here for over 30 mins now and I still haven't received my pretzel sticks. I finally received my pretzel sticks 40 mins later. As I sat at the bar, Cathy, Meghan and a couple of other workers stood around the bar area just having discussions and not waiting on tables. I heard Cathy yelling about her table running out on her. That's what happens when you fail to attend to your tables. Other things observed, Meghan, a waitress, was standing behind the bar eating her personal food. Isn't that a huge OSHA concern? A quick pit stop in the (Lambert airport) Delta Airlines-Terminal 1 - across from Gate 6. I didn't want anything too heavy before boarding the plane. This was across from gate and Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts were closed as mike Shannon's was a bit far of a walk. The chili was just good. I had to cut the slices of Red onion (why they weren't diced is odd). The taste was sweet so I added salt. It tastes like the smell of dog food.... But I know it wasn't dog food. Surprised with Budweiser being who they are in St. Louis they this is their "best foot forward." Food and drink of all varieties. Don't expect any crazy beers from Budweiser though. They have Goose Island and a few others to supplement the "king of beers." Full bar if you like drinks on the rocks, cocktails, or wine. Other reviews mentioned the speed of food. Even for airport standards I'd argue it's slow. Maybe all of my visits have been on off days? You can sit "outside" in the terminal or inside at a larger table. Seat yourself and someone will be with your shortly. Tables and floor generally covered in crumbs. The bar gets wiped down and they have charging ports so grab a seat up top if the opportunity presents itself. Glassware could do with replacement half the time, seems dirty and scuffed. Otherwise it's a good option for food in the area. Maybe check out the other terminal on a longer sit for other food options. Not terrible for United and Delta flights but certainly leaves desire for more. read more

After standing in a line for 20 mins for a table for 4 at the brew house in the Lambert Airport, We asked the waitress if we could have two tables of two. Before I even finished my sentence, she pointed at me and said "no," with an attitude. I was v we y surprised by her response and another waitress asked if we were the table of 4. I said yes, and told her that I asked for 2 tables of two, but was denied very rudely. The original waitress turned around and said "maybe you just didn't like my answer." I responded with, "it wasn't your reaponse, it was the tone in your voice." She proceeded to say very loudly, "maybe it was the blackness in me." this was the most u professional encounter I have ever witnessed. she was a short, black woman, with obvious raciest issues.
