Ok ordered online. Service was greated. Store was clean. That's why 3 stars. I purchased 2 large Phillys 4 cookies 2 large fries 2 lemonade. So this is where it goes south. Get home, divide the food up and serve. Take bite. Bread is rawish doughy gross unedable . We ended up toasting some garlic bread i had in freezer and reheating fries to have them together . Was a epic fail. Now this was the 1st time we visited this Store. And this was the 1st time we tried this sandwich. So for us this is a not gonna happen again. read more

The food is ok but the place it's self is not. First the food the sandwich is alright. The fries are bland...very bland. Their not so bad to the point I would not eat them. But their not good either. Now Penn Station. I want to go to the bathroom and I went to go reach for the toilet paper and there was blood all over the toilet paper. I am a Penn Station regular, but this is not my regular location and I am thankful of that. The store is clean and the staff is friendly enough but the sandwich I received was by far the worst chicken cordon bleu sandwich I've ever had. Actually, calling it a sandwich is misleading. It was more like greasy cheese bread LOADED with lettuce (probably to hide the lack of meat), 3 slices of Roma tomato and sprinkled with a few pieces of chicken and even fewer pieces of ham. Considering that I paid $10.19 for it and paid an additional $1.19, for extra ham I shudder to think what it would have looked like had I not ordered the extra meat. It looked like they took skimpy portions for a 6 inch sandwich and tried to stretch it out into a 12 inch. It was disappointing to say the least. I won't return to this location again. I like the food. Not sure I'm happy with their current food prep practices. I saw three people working. One had a face mask dangling under their chin, the other two had none. The two doing most of the "cooking" did not always wear gloves when handling sandwiches. I saw one of them bare hand and sub and roll it up in wrapping paper. Would have been happier if everyone had been wearing a mask and gloves during food prep and not bare handing anything. I don't what the current rules are, but ... the sandwich I ate because I didn't have time to go elsewhere was pretty good. read more

This is a pretty standard Penn Station; everyone was attentive, service fast, and the food was hot and delicious. Convenient location on Rock road, easy on / off I-70. Watch your speed as the St. Ann police are pretty serious. read more

One of the best options for subs. Have been to Penn Station bf but recently visited the St Ann location. Restaurant was very clean, and tidy. With Covid no in store dining but plenty of space for everyone to wait for their food. Staff was friendly, hustling to get everyone's order out. This visit we tried their italian and also new(?) artichoke. The italian was very good. A good amount of meat and melty cheese, but the artichoke was a winner. Added grilled chicken and this was a creamy yummy, cheesy delicious filling meal. Like a creamy dip on their hearty bread. So good! Already got a coworker hooked and planning our next visit. Almost forgot about their handcut fries made from real potatoes! Hot, golden and delicious. read more

The food is excellent, I especially recommend the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and the chocolate chunk cookie. The people are very nice but the service is a little bit slow. The prices are a bit high (just under $10 for a footlong sub) but they also offer 10", 8" and 6" subs too, which range from $6 - $8. This place puts Subway to shame in terms of flavour. I worked here a billion years ago, and I still come back for my favorites. It can get pretty greasy (cheat day!!!), and the staff is almost always teenagers, but they're friendly for the most part. Prices have gone up a lot but it's still a nice treat now and again. read more

First I tried calling for about 45 minutes to place an order for pickup one time someone answered the phone and would not talk after that no one would answer the phone it just rang. Then I went up to the store and there's about 4 people in the store and the one worker working the grill was talking to one of his friends and was not acknowledging anyone the manager was in the back for about 10 minutes without even asking if we were ready to order then when I asked for a number for a general manager she began to be very rude and said that it was just her and one other person working there and when I informed her that I've been trying to call for the past 45 minutes she continued to say that it was just her working there with one other person I also called while I was standing in the store to see if anyone would answer the phone and it was the phone began to ring while in the standing in the store the worker at the grill left and said he is not answering the phone and then the manager came out from the back with no phone no nothing I go to this Penn Station at least 3 times a week this is the worst service I have had thus far the service at the store is always very poor but I love Penn Station enough that I deal with it until now I am highly disappointed with the quality of service that was provided for me at the store tonight. read more

I used to take my kids to the St Ann location because they absolutely love it and I have got to say my first couple visits was fantastic. However I finally noticed after a few visits that they were not wearing and disposable gloves and as I watched also did not wash their hands. I quit going in there for a long time, but missed the fries big time :) I recently went back mainly for the fries and was surprised to see they were now wearing gloves thank god. I ordered up my favorite sandwich and fries only to sadly see that they person who took my order also made my sandwich, yes with the same gloves on that he took my order and handled my money with. Now what the heck is the point of disposable gloves if your just going to wear them like that. I asked him about it and he said the only reason they were now wearing them was because customers had complained. I waited till my name was called and picked up my food before I mentioned that there is letrally no point in having gloves if that is how they were going to use them.
