Oh my goodness!! Amazing. The best ever service I have ever had for a take out order. Ordered several meals for family dinner and the service was friendly and fast. Made me feel very welcome. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all. Even with driving the food home after 25 minutes the food was packaged well in a box so it was still warm. Prices and selection were appropriate. Would love to see the place opened up to be a dine in restaurant. As of now it is only take out. I didnt notice if they have delivery or not. Will definitely be back.

This is a small Chinese restaurant and we had a short wait to be seated. However, it was well worth the wait. The portions are large, the chicken pieces were humongous, and the shrimp was huge. The combo came with a choice of egg roll or crab rangoon. The entrees even come with a soup. Our waitress was awesome as well. Oh yea, the food was fantastic. I highly recommend this place. If you live in the area, order takeout or get a table. Yum!

Absolutely delicious! Gordon Ramsey would be pleased with every bite! Normally when it comes to take out or eating out I never get Chinese anymore because it's meh but after trying their food and the quality of the food itself here makes me want to eat here daily. Problem is I now live in South Carolina. This was a stop from visiting family. In other words, please expand you're amazing food, employees, and service to the southern states! They're all missing out! 100% recommendations.

Tried this for the first time tonight. AMAZING. I got the Szechuan chicken with fried rice & an egg roll. It was packed with crisp veggies, the chicken was delicious & the perfect amount of sauce. The egg roll was huge & delicious. I also received the friendliest service. My new favorite Chinese place!

Definitely my go-to entree. Thai-Style Calamari (5/5): One of THE main reasons I love Pacific Rim so much. This is the best calamari appetizer I've had. Lightly breaded and fresh. The sweet chili sauce is perfect. Thai Peanut Noodles (4/5): The noodles had great texture and the Thai peanut sauce was delicious. The tofu wasn't really crispy and I personally would've loved the option to add some meat. Lamb Dumpling (4/5): Lots of meat in the filling and didn't taste gamy at all. Limited time special. Shrimp Shumai (4/5): Really enjoyed the wonton wrapper. Shrimp flavor came through nicely. Limited time special. House Salad (4/5): Light and fresh. The soy based dressing was sweet, slightly acidic, and not at all overpowering. Warm Chocolate Cake (4/5): Delicious cake with a warm, gooey inside. I personally don't like coconut or chocolate and fruit desserts, but I still enjoyed this a lot. Creme Brulee Tasting (4/5) : Green tea, pumpkin spice, and ginger creme brulees. Loved getting to try a little bit of each flavor (green tea was my favorite). Spiced Caramel Pear (3/5): Not my favorite since I don't generally like cooked fruit. The mascarpone cream and shortbread were good though. Their sign is easy to see as you drive by, but my friend did give me a heads up that their door was not obvious. You need to walk through a fence and then open a non deacript door. The artwork outside is awesome! When we walked in we received a friendly greeting and were quickly shown to our seats. We had made a reservation ahead of time and there was no delay to seat us upon our arrival. Our server was friendly and took our drink orders right away. I appreciated that they had multiple non alcoholic drinks and at a fair price. I started with the Thai Iced tea which was delicious, but I would have loved a glass 2x the size! We ordered multiple dishes to share amongst us. I did ask the server how many dishes they recommended that we order as I wasn't sure of the size. The items are brought out as they are made, so we had food being dropped off to is at random intervals. The only slight issue we experienced was when someone else tried to bring a plate of squid to our table. We let them know that we had not ordered it. They then went and talked to our server, who brought the squid back to our table. We also let them know that we had not ordered that dish. Our server did bring back our order slip and looked it over, and I believe at that point they realized that we really had not ordered that dish and just weren't rejecting it. I am not sure if it had been written wrong, communicated to the kitchen wrong, or what but we did have to state multiple times that we had not ordered it. The rest of our dishes arrived correctly. The crispy chive cakes were great, and the sticky spare ribs were AMAZING. The caramel glaze on the outside of the ribs was so good, and they were tender as well. The outside was super crispy. I would absolutely ordered these again. I would say that both of those dishes were only for 2 people. The sticky rice and jasmine rice were as to be expected, and I personally felt that the papaya salad was not as good as others I have had. The chilli noodles had an amazing broth and I would also recommend. Overall, I did enjoy our dinner but I am not sure that I would go out of my way to return. I am rounding up to 4 stars based on the sticly ribs alone, otherwise a 3.5 would be more fair. I have been hearing about Takoi for years, so maybe my epxections were too high but I was expecting a bit more.

The selection is not extensive but the basics are here including BBQ. Side dishes are decent, Kimchi, which is fundamental to any Korean meal and varies by region, is always included and people have strong opinions about. Theirs is OK but not top notch. Other side dishes are decent. Whatever we ordered, BBQ, Yuk Gae Jang, Dol Sot Bi Bim Bap (Rice. We used to go almost exclusively to Seoul Garden near the mall off Boardwalk but after ownership change stopped as the taste changed significantly and not for the better. Its nice to have The Seoul is an option. They have beer and soju (Ubiquitous Korean liquor in Korea that along with Kimchi is many Koreans blood) Environment of the restaurant is modern but still a bit cozy. Overall, definitely worth a try. While we are at it, I have spent allot of time in Japan on business (some vacationing too) and I know it's trendy to go there now especially with the exchange rate, and by all means go, allot to see and experience (and eat!) there.
