Jon very quickly isolated the problem, showed me clear signs of termite entry that no one else noticed, and promoted the least involved and least expensive solution that was most likely to fix my problem. I felt like he was honest in his recommendations and I felt comfortable with the product that he chose to use would be safe for my young family and pet. Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs.
