We were directed to Assured Pest by another exterminator - Taylor was at our home the next day. He quickly assessed the situation and gave us a simple and cost-effective estimate. He was extremely flexible working with our busy schedule. He arrived on time and completed the work cleanly and efficiently. Taylor is a consummate professional. I am confident that Assured Pest will be our preferred pest control specialist from now on. Based on our first impressions and the professional work I've seen, I can highly recommend Taylor and Assured Pest. Support Arizona's small businesses. read more

Taylor is as professional and knowledgeable as they come. I have an agreement with him that is renewed yearly and could not be happier with the service. I live in a neighborhood notorious for termites and other critters. I've needed his services a couple times over the years and he has never disappointed. After it rains the bugs are on the move. And so is Taylor. Kudos !! read more

We've been using Assured for at least 3 or more years. They were the 4th pest company we tried and the only one who has kept SCORPIONS out of our house. We started with Assured at the recommendation of neighbors who saw a significant drop in their scorpion population once they started using Assured. Assured does such a good job that when we dug up our backyard for a pool in '05, our neighbors saw an increase in scorpions...we did not. read more

Questionable Trustworthiness ...... The person arrived before I got home and informed me that he sprayed for scorpions and bugs already. Okay. It has been several weeks and the ant colonies are still alive in the yard, the black widow spiders are still alive on their webs, the crickets are still chirping, 2 scorpions ( that I had to step on ), ....enough! I kept thinking, the bugs will slowly start to die off, but it has been a month now. The only dead bugs are the ones I stepped on. read more

We have hired them before to do regular pest control and mouse control at an office I used to work at. I found the guy polite, offered solutions and was regular with the maintenance. He did help with some of the situation, however. there were some things that were unavoidable due to age of the building and the sanitation habits of others on the block, however, we did the best we could within our means for reduction rather than elimination. Communication has always been good. read more

At my last home, I ended up having a huge roach and insect problem in my front yard. During the first lawn mowing of the year, I awoke a whole ecosystem of bugs that then proceeded to storm my house. I asked Assured Pest Control to help me out ASAP. They came over that day, with a specially prepared chemical mixture to address my immediate problem. Everything went well, the bug problem was solved, and I was grateful that they responded so quickly. read more

We called assured for a termite problem. They were able to come out quickly and they got the job down efficiently. Thank you!

Best pest control company I have ever used. One of our dogs picked up ticks at a nearby dog park. We spent more than a year and over $1500 with other companies trying to eliminate our tick problem (with no success). Assured Pest Control got rid of our ticks the first time they came for a mere $65. Their technician was professional, courteous and on-time. read more

Even before we moved into our house we found scorpions in the yard and in the master bedroom. Not something you want to find with young children in the home. So we asked around the neighborhood to see what people had to say about pest control. Of the several people who use Assured, everyone had only positive things to say about them. That was enough to make the call. During the course of the first six months, we kept seeing fewer and fewer bugs, until the point where we don't see any bugs--inside or out. We've been using Assured Pest Control for three years now and couldn't be happier, or more at peace about what's NOT inside of our home. We're fans. read more

We have been using Assured Pest Control monthly for over 10 years. They sprayed a rental property of ours as routine maintenance, and I came back the next day to find dozens of scorpions dead and dying. I was convinced they had right stuff and they have been spraying all of our homes and rentals ever since. Only once in 10 years have I ever asked them to come back for a respray after heavy rains, and they came right away. Taylor is an upstanding guy, always a pleasure to see, and we feel comfortable with him in our yard/home when we aren't there. I recommend Assured to all of my clients, the product has been safe for our pets, keeps us bug free, and best of all...it works! read more

I looked for a pest control company for 2 weeks when I moved to Surprise and smaller companies were booked for 2 weeks or the pest control company wanted me to sign a contract or wanted to give me a sales pitch. i called at 6 am to leave a message and got a call back in 15 minutes and they were out immediately. There was no sales pitch or contract just good business sense to take care of my needs and scheduled immediately. I highly recommend them. I will continue to use them. And of course I have seen no bugs. read more

After seeing several crickets in our house and 2 huge cockroaches in the garage, I was anxious to get someone over to spray. Assured Pest control came highly recommended by a few friends, so I called them up. I was so pleased that they could schedule me so soon and even more impressed when the technician arrived a bit early. He was very pleasant and spent a good amount of time spraying inside and out to ensure full coverage. I have already seen a huge decrease in the crickets and the only cockroach I've seen was on his back, dead! Yay! Those things are impossible to kill, even with a shoe! Thank you so much Assured Pest Control! You guys are professional, friendly, and your technicians actually know how to get rid of bugs! Definitely referring all my friends and family! read more

Everyone I have come in contact with at Assured Pest has been a class act. They are great at communicating and are always trying to improve their service.
