The place is clean and tidy, there was a line, but it went quickly. The team behind the counter seemed like they were working well together. The person who scooped my ice cream was friendly and offered me a cup and spoon in addition to my waffle cone. I really appreciate this since it was a hot day. Luckily this location, which also has Taco John's food available, delivers on that great Steak Escape taste. The restaurant itself could use some love as it has been well loved over the years by many customers. The bathrooms have seen better days and some employees aren't always super pumped to be at work, but that is always a problem at fast food restaurants.
