I could only eat a bowl this time. I'm not as heavy as I used to be or greedy. The service is difference, the new owner walks around and greets everyone and holds convresations with the guess. The ambiance is load, people chatting and going. The big difference is the price, $26.99 per person. Gotten pretty steep.

So I have to be honest, I've been coming here since the 90's and all I can say is as of 9/6/26, I…read morewill never come back. The home good feeling of this establishment has lost its flair a few years ago when the grandfather/dad passed away and now the what I think son in law has been running it and just has been slowly going down. I just want to note that I had to go ham my last time here with my Togo order because I'm never coming back. How has it gone down in quality you ask? Here's how: - pay for every side when it use to be included in the dine in price. - 2 trips per person, when it was all you can eat. - Signs everywhere distinguishing between dinner, lunch, and weekend price when it use to be a flat rate of dinner & lunch. - Weigh out food for dine out and charge by the pound, when you could just take out. It's another $5-$6 per person, fyi. - Wait staff vulture over while you make your bowls and don't give space. - You have to pay for the soft serve ice cream cone that you be to include. - The son in law creeps and constantly talks to you and walks you through everything as if you haven't been there. By him stopping everyone it takes too long for you to get your food. - PRO: I appreciate the transparency on the to go weight by the pound notice. The take away from this is that you can pay the same price per person for all you can eat Korean bbq WITH drinks and it will be cheaper than this robbery. Good luck Su's. I know losing our business won't hurt you.

The one thing I dislike here is the inaccurate waitlist time; expect to be waiting much longer than estimated, as we've been here over 10 times and not once the waiting list estimated time was accurate. The most recent time we went, we waited over an hour past the expected seating time. I highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist well before you arrive, especially if going during the weekend. Aside from that, the food and service is excellent and worth the wait! We haven't found anywhere else that makes broth as flavorful as here. We always get the house special broth - it's seriously so good. They recently updated to a tablet ordering system for the AYCE, which makes it easier to place orders - but occasionally orders get missed or forgotten. We found that if it's been over 10 mins, it's usually a good idea to check in with the server - they usually bring it out right away. Service is always friendly. Their sauce bar is unparalleled - assorted sides, fruits, sauces, ice jelly station, ice cream machine, and cotton candy machine! They have a lot of variety with their hotpot ingredients (meats, noodles, veggies, seafood) and everything is good quality.

He led us to a table and sat us down for two adults. My stroller is blocking the walkway pretty much. Im taken aback at how he jiat stared at us from once we walked in until we decided on a seat and started walking before he even attempted to say anything, like, yellow, welcome in"?! Anyways, something smelled like it was rotting. It was pretty unwelcoming to eat with that stench in the air. No one came by to ask us how we were or if we needed anything else. Not the best customer service. Food was decent enough i slaw but the sauces you add on her washed away with the amount of water they use to cook your mixing in. It was a hot day and it felt even hotter inside the place so I was surprised thwy gave a pitxhwr of water with no ice. It was luke warm water! Overall glad i tried the place but would not come back.

Whatever question you ask to the person at serving area, he just ignores. You get to fill just one small bowl ONCE. Price is high considering the quantity. One more thing: drinks kept in open freeze area are not good, they are stale I could taste the old taste.. Suggest to not buy the bottled drinks.
