That is a significant difference when you are paying by the pound. I called the restaurant to let them know, and the only response I received was essentially, "Sorry." We are regular customers and really enjoy the food, which makes this especially disappointing. Mistakes can happen, but having the same issue repeatedly and then receiving no meaningful response when bringing it to the restaurant's attention is not acceptable. If you're ordering meat by the pound, I strongly recommend checking the weight before leaving or as soon as you get home. At these prices, customers should receive the amount they are paying for. Great food is not enough if regular customers don't feel they are being treated fairly.
