Came in today at 10 waited 10 mins for it to open and the lady was super rude they said they weren't ready to open came towards us with an attitude while we were waiting. First time here and last time I requested a refund and she kept talking back. I can honestly say I will never recommend this place nor intend on coming back. I would rather have Charley's right next to it.

The service was terrible, and the person who served us was very rude. We waited a long time, and nothing was ready. It was already 10:30 am, and everything was dirty.

Great Khans isn't so great as it used to be. Prices have gone up, and/or the bowl has gotten smaller, it seems. It is impossible to stack an adequate amount of food unless you come with a strategy (like compressing your meats, letting your veggies fall onto a napkin, see tips). The noodles are heavily coated with seasame oil of sorts, causing it to continuously slip off my small mound of veggies. The sauce labels were so worn out that you couldn't really read or tell what similar colored sauces were. Usually, the cooks also have a soy sauce concoction they use when stir frying your food, but I found it rather bland than what I remembered it used to be. Overall, my plate tasted lackluster. The noodles are short cuts. I miss what it used to be... like 15 years ago.

The food was alright here. Not great, but not terrible either. It was expensive though at $18/plate. You pay at the front and they will give you a bowl to choose your noodle ingredients. There were beef, pork, chicken, lamb, maybe seafood? (wasn't labeled), tofu, vegetables, sauces, and noodles at the end. You can only fit so much in a bowl so choose your meat, press them down if you can. I listened to another review and picked leafy greens/flat vegetables like spinach to maximize space. You can stack the noodles high if you'd like. For sauce, I did 2 ladles of teriyaki sauce and it was just right. Not too bland or salty. After that, give your bowl to the chef and he'll cook it for you on a large cook area. You can ask for a bag at the end if you plan to take your food to go.

Honestly, not a good experience. The cook wasn't wearing gloves, and the grill looked dirty with black burnt stuff all over. The noodles tasted greasy and had char bits in them. I ended up not eating it. Definitely won't be back.

Lid label

Ordered a build your own plate via WeBox. No noodles in the description when ordering, and no noodles listed on the lid label, but what I received was a bowl of greasy noodles with a little bit of chicken. Looks like they substituted plain chicken chow mein for what I ordered. Will not order from here again.

An unforgettable barbecue sandwich experience? You'll find both here at South Winchester BBQ. I was in the mood for a good barbecue sandwich and found myself at South Winchester BBQ. The sun shone high, the breezes blew gently, and it was busy with lunch goers that day. I ordered the tri-tip sandwich with a side of coleslaw and got myself a glass of water. Then I went outside to the patio where families and friends ate their lunches while their dogs looked on. The patio was sheltered from the street and provided a quiet place for community to gather over good food and drink. It would be a wonderful spot to enjoy my meal. My name was called, and I went to get my sandwich. The first bite was excellent! Juicy meat slices accented with the robust, savory, light sweet notes of smoked California oak wood. Fresh buns buttered and lightly toasted on the flats. Brought together as a well-done sandwich, every bite was savory meat and spiced rub, sweet barbecue sauce, and light crunch of toasted bread. The coleslaw was finely chopped cabbage tossed in a creamy, mildly sweet dressing, with a dusting of cracked black peppercorn on top. A welcome refreshing side to my tri-tip sandwich, the coleslaw cleansed the palate and balanced out my rich meal. The tri-tip sandwich and coleslaw sure paired up to pack a delicious punch. South Winchester BBQ was a definite win in my books. Next time I want a good barbecue sandwich, I'll come back for more. I know I'll be in for a delightful time!

Great customer service very clean and while we were eating, we could see that the employees put a lot of care into cleaning the tables and seats. Plenty of parking in back very spacious. They have overhead fans, but no need to turn them on because the restaurant was cool and airy not stuffy or hot. The waiters or servers always checked up on us to make sure that we were OK and if we needed anything else. This restaurant knows what they're doing! Added to one of my fav spots!

The location that we went to is located next to Maggiano's Little Italy in Santana Row on Olin Ave. There is a free 2 hour parking structure across of the restaurant where my boyfriend and I parked at. We came during their Lunch Specials (until 4pm) and Happy Hour (from 3-5:30pm) which worked perfectly as we wanted something smaller in portion compared to the dinner portions. We started off with drinks. I got their Pig Ol' Bitties Blonde Ale, and my boyfriend got their Friday Beer & Shot special of This Little Piggy Went to [Mark]et with a 16 oz Dirty Little Pig IPA and a shot of Benchmark whiskey. My fault for having him get a whiskey shot on an empty stomach, though HAHA. He did like how smooth the whiskey was at least! We shared a 2-meat BBQ Lunch Combo Plate, and honestly, we should have gotten 3 meats because of how tender and delicious everything was! We got their Tri Tip and Sliced Brisket with their Garlic Mash and server recommended Sweet Potato Tots. Ahhh, everything was so good! Aside from the tender, flavorful meats, the two sides, especially the garlic mash, were sooooo good. We both loved everything! It was definitely a great choice coming during lunch as we were quite full after ordering one of their happy hour shareables of Chips & Queso (kind of pricey even for happy hour in my opinion for chips and cheese). Honestly wished we got their Chili Cheese Fries or their other fries which were the same price than just chips and dip LOL. But it was a good hold over food with us drinking a bit (at least for me). Shoutout to the only server who was working on a late Friday afternoon as she was doing her best to accommodate everyone + trying to clean up the previous tables. It was kind of sad seeing that the other workers didn't help bus the tables in my opinion. Overall, a great place to watch sports and have some good whiskey as this restaurant is known for their whiskey selections! The lunch BBQ exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely come back for another lunch special meal but probably with 3 meats this time!

Great place to come with friends to drink and eat good food!…read more Yes, its a bit pricier than normal skewer places, but i love the ambiance and vibe in here! super cyber-punky and sometimes they have live singers here! You cant really find a skewer place with this type of vibe, def a spot i like to take my out of town friends to for a good time I love getting the fried tofu skins, this is my favorite skewer to get. I actually prefer the regular skewers than the mini skewers just because the mini is so small you have to really bite into the metal stick (which can stab your mouth if your not careful, especially if you end up drinking too much) razor clams are bomb here! Yes they add hella chillies in here so you have to pick it out, but its hard to find places with a razor clam dish that is super tasty and flavorful The alcoholic drinks here are super unique and interesting, my method is to go for the cutest branding, and just order it, and suprisingly it ends up working in my favor LOL my favorite part, is the seasoning they use on all the skewers! that classic chinese taste :D

They're all coated with the same seasonings here so it's easy to get tired of so I always order a few of the grilled vermicelli oysters which are so tasty, and I love all the garlic it comes with! Some other good skewers are the chicken skin, pork belly, and corn. Love the drinks here too, most recently noticed they added an alcoholic blind box to the menu and it was so exciting to try 12 different mystery shots. Even though I did not enjoy half of the drinks, this is probably the most fun drinking concept I've seen at a restaurant and I'd absolutely order it again. At many restaurants, that would be a problem. At Henry's, it becomes a reason to test the rest of the grill. We ordered the Porterhouse and the Sirloin, both medium rare. The Porterhouse was solid: balanced seasoning, clean grill flavor, no unnecessary tricks. A lot of restaurants can do a good Porterhouse because the cut already has drama -- bone, fat, tenderness, presentation. But Sirloin is different. Sirloin exposes the kitchen. Especially that strip of fat running along the edge. If the grill work is careless, that fat becomes chewy, greasy, or wasted. Henry's handled it beautifully. The meat stayed true medium rare, while the fat edge was properly rendered, lightly charred, and full of beef aroma. That is real steakhouse skill. Medium rare lean meat plus properly rendered sirloin fat is not automatic. It takes timing, fire control, and experience. The baked potato was simple and correct. The salad was classic old-school steakhouse style. Dark beer still feels like the right companion here. Henry's is not trying to become trendy. It is not chasing presentation. People come here to eat steak, drink beer, and trust the kitchen. Prime Rib is still the ritual. But this visit proved something important: Henry's is not only a Prime Rib place.
