I guess we're supposed to comfort ourselves that these might be usable? Really?

We picked a gorgeous product in large format tiles, and their incompetent delivery crew broke two packs of the tiles, sidelining our entire project. The crew is not even outfitted with a truck with a lift. The tiles were stacked in an A-frame pallet and the crew had to unload them one by one, in and out of the truck multiple times. This incompetent crew completely unloaded one side of the A-frame and then the other side tipped over smashing 2 of our 70kg/154lb packs. I watched it with my own eyes! THEN I immediately called the store and email them photos of the damaged product saying we needed an immediate replacement so we could move forward with our project. We feel we were de-priotized by the salesman because he didn't earn the commission on our order, because the person who did earn the commission had left. This same salesman wasted time shielding the supplier from us when we should have been able to have a direct conversation. I called & emailed him multiple times as did our contractor scheduler. On one of these occasions he made me send yet more photographs as proof when he already had photographs in his email! It took 4 weeks to receive a single replacement packet (thus stalling our project) when we should have gotten 2 replacement packs. Also, the delivery people just showed up and didn't call ahead. The more I think about it the madder I get. ------------------------------------------ update: AFTER THEY BROKE OUR TILES during deliver, AFTER they ignored our request for replacement tiles and took weeks of prodding to get replacements AFTER ALL THAT, We discovered that they sneakily charged EXTRA on ON THE DAY they delivered our tile!! It's unbelieveable. AFTER all the foot dragging and getting ignore by the sales people! And they clearly had friends/family/employees post glowing reviews after ours on Google. I'm now on the phone with AmEx to dispute this sneaky charge of $220!!

Dimples in the new sheet vinyl the manager Dave could not apparently see. He said this looks normal.

Worst vinyl job ever. When I had great floors redo my kitchen vinyl floors with a more hardwood style pattern, it came out with cottage cheese bumps throughout the entire floor in the kitchen where the light shines in. The installer said it was because of moisture under my flooring although my last vinyl i had installed was smooth with no issues. The salesperson was amazing and came out and saw the problems and was as upset and empathetic as I was. However when Dave the manager came out, said he said he couldn't see anything wrong ( even though the installer and 2 builders i work with had stopped by and noticed the flooring dimples and remarked upon it). So now I have to find another company and pay for new vinyl and get it reinstalled by a professional company or go crazy seeing the crap job they did and the fact they don't stand by their products or work.

Great Floors Bellevue had the perfect carpet in stock and was available to install it the day I needed them! The install team was punctual, professional and polite - and they finished in record time. I also had carpet and bathroom tile installed last summer and couldn't be happier. Dave and Wah understood exactly what i needed and provided great communication throughout the process. I especially appreciate the financing terms - makes buying new carpet affordable and enjoyable! Highly recommend!

    Zero clean up

Great Floors Bellevue is not so Great. I can't really blame the employees because I heard they haven't had a raise in years so they put in minimal effort. Throw the pandemic on top of this and the employees have checked out. Communication and scheduling was a shit show. If I were the scheduler I'd give customers 3 day window for the install and explain to customers were in a pandemic and having labor shortages, and not sure who will show up when, ya know be honest. And don't expect even a minimum basic clean up after installation!

After having our contractor pull out a glaringly mismatched pure-white trim, we were trying to keep things moving without compromising on the final look. We needed something that worked with our alabaster/ivory tile and Mapei Alabaster grout--and fast. We were immediately and thoroughly helped by the owner, who was not only knowledgeable but incredibly validating. She confirmed my instincts about the white-white trim looking cheap against our tile, even mentioning she doesn't stock it for that exact reason! I had started to feel like I was being too picky or difficult, but she reassured me I wasn't--and that meant a lot. She had multiple alternatives that looked significantly better, and she made a confident, trustworthy recommendation. She knew my tile, was familiar with the grout color, and--miracle of miracles--had exactly what we needed in stock and ready to go. We were bracing ourselves for a big expense, but the price was fair, and the experience was honestly a relief. We found the exact right piece, on the spot, without any drama. We'll absolutely be back--and recommending them to anyone we know doing tile work!

We also have a bunch of home furnishing items that we need to put the finishing touches on a remodel of a 5,500 Sq ft home. When walking into the place, there were five people who appeared to work there. Not one got up to greet us!! Not one came to ask us questions or help us!! When I finally went to one of them to ask for a price on something that we wanted to purchase she told me to take my phone and go scan it for the barcode information and wasn't interested in helping me. I spoke to her because she walked from one desk to another and was the only person standing in the store! She actually literally sat down in the middle of telling me to go find the information myself!!! These people are completely unconscious to how they come across - like a den of socially maladjusted teenagers who are focused in on their video games and don't want human contact. Supporting customers like adults is not something that they have grown into. So, instead of buying the new home furnishings that we wanted (clearly seeing that the customer service we would get would be like pushing a rock) we walked out the door and will go elsewhere. This is a really neat shop, product selection wise, but who cares if you can't even get any help!

We ordered several pieces for a bathroom remodel over a month ago after an incredibly uninspiring visit to the show room where we felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by asking for help and guidance. We selected our elements and purchased them and were told it would be 3 to 5 weeks for some pieces to arrive which aligned with our renovation timeline. Now we are already past that time and we are told it will still be another three weeks for the final elements to arrive in their warehouse, let alone get to our home. I was forced to purchase some pieces elsewhere (which will be at my home less than 8 business days after ordering and now that I did so the delayed pieces havw mysteriously shipped incurring a 25 percent restocking fee. Bear in mind they will wont even arrive at their warehouse for two more weeks and I am expected to pay an additional delivery fee they never disclosed. If you are absolutely desperate to see an honestly small and unimpressive display of a few Kohler pieces by all means feel free to visit this shop but if you are interested in actually having the pieces arrive without a headache or delay, buy them somewhere else. If you have absolutely no other option then definitely work with anyone there except Kim Stranger and certainly take nothing she says as the truth. Look through the rest of the reviews here and other places, it's obvious that this is their default modus operandi and choose somewhere else.

For our kitchen remodeling project, we asked design proposals and quotes from three companies…read more Although ABS did not offer the lowest price, Vinson's proposal met all of our requirements and was very reasonably priced. We chose ABS primarily because of two key solutions Vinson proposed: one was to reuse two hardwood pantry pullouts from our original cabinets, and the other was to remove the soffit above the existing cabinets, extend the new cabinets all the way to the ceiling, and hide the exhaust duct inside the cabinetry, which resulted in a very clean and attractive look. Construction started after Thanksgiving. Despite the cold, windy, and rainy weather, Vinson's team was always punctual and highly professional. They paid great attention to detail, including excellent dust control during the demolition of the old cabinets. Our house is relatively old and was renovated in the 1970s, so the floors and walls are not very level. The team handled these challenges very well. Vinson also provided helpful and professional advice regarding replacing the aluminum wiring connected to the electric oven with copper wiring, which gave us greater peace of mind regarding safety.

I came in with a design and Mica's attention to detail caught a couple of dimension errors that would have caused me problems at the install. I was so thankful she found them before we got too far along to fix it. Unfortunately, I was already signed up with a different contractor to install the cabinets as part of a larger project so, I was not able to have ABS install the cabinets. I regret this. My contractors were not as skilled as Vinson. Thankfully, he was kind enough to make himself available, on a number of occasions, to give input to ensure that the cabinets could be installed correctly and look their best. I really appreciate his professional attitude. The cabinets are well made and beautiful. ABS's quartz fabricator, Kenny, was very skilled. I was concerned about the placement of the faucet centering on my kitchen window and he was able to give me exactly what I was looking for. Also, the countertops were installed so well you can barely see the seam in the quartz. It would have to be pointed out to you. I can't say enough good things about this place. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
