The scope covered walls, ceilings, insulation, electrical, plumbing, AC, flooring installation, carpet, and paint, essentially half of our house. We got five bids for the job, and R&M came in lower than the other four. They did an excellent job on all of it. Ramiro was great to work with. On a job this large, things change and new issues come up along the way, and he was flexible with us every single time. There was also an insurance claim involved, which meant a lot of extra detail and documentation on top of the actual construction work. He gladly provided everything we needed, every time we asked, and never treated it as an inconvenience. That made a genuinely stressful process much easier to manage. Rafa, our project manager, was our day-to-day on site and was outstanding. He was attentive, there consistently, and always responsive when we had questions or added something to the punch list. He never made us feel like we were bothering him and stayed on top of the details all the way through closeout. We were displaced to an Airbnb during the rebuild, which means we trusted this crew in our home while we weren't there. Everyone was friendly, courteous, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. More than one crew member told us they just wanted to make sure it was done the right way, and you could see that in the finished work. They went above and beyond on everything we needed. We'll be using them again for our next project without hesitation. Highly recommend.

So right there, a major Valley a/c company uses them to fix any damage done during installation. So we thought, we'll have them do some other work. And it kept on from there. First, they finished our bathroom remodel after the original contractor totally screwed it up and wasn't close to finishing. Two weeks later - all done. Wonderfully. Then we had them add a porch extension to the upstairs and downstairs. Again, wonderful work, done at a reasonable pace. VERY well done. We have a daughter who cannot be allowed access to the kitchen. First, they came up with a gate. THEN, they created a lock that can be easily opened by everyone in the family - even my 85-year-old mother - except my daughter. They have fixed electrical problems in my house, and plumbing trouble. All done well the first time. I hate to give them such a great review, because we still have a lot of work left on the house. But, they are the best.

Eric replied in no time and emailed an estimate not long after. This job involved drywall (delete a door and add a large arched opening), electrical, custom cabinets, shelves, interior/exterior paint, and a touch of flooring. Eric and his guys did an amazing job. My wife loves the closet they converted into a reading nook. We always felt comfortable with the crew in our house. They worked around our schedule and Eric was always available for a quick check-in so I knew where we were with each step. The two big standouts were the price staying the same even though he did a few extras, and Salvador nailing that 8' high 6' wide arch! We couldn't be happier and would definitely use them again.

The kitchen required removing a wall to open up the closed dark kitchen and adding an oversized bar. Eric was extremely timely and professional in getting us a comprehensive quote. He was also extremely affordable as well. He started work right away and did a phenomenal job. We gave him pictures of what we wanted for the kitchen and fireplace, and he replicated the style to a T - which most contractors can't do without a designer helping them. He also was able to design and order custom cabinets for our pantry. Eric was extremely detail oriented throughout the process, checking in with us as needed for style and safety decisions, and always updated us on cost or possible delays. He also was insanely knowledgable about every area of construction such as dry wall, plumbing, electrical, fabrication, flooring, tiling, etc. This guy really is a one man show - he can do it all. Eric did have a few subcontractors help him with the job and they were always fantastic to work with as well. He knows quality workmanship and partnership. He finished the job in a timely timeframe and our home is gorgeous and the workmanship is quality - for a great price. If you need any renovations done, Eric with E.L. Construction is the way to go. Highly recommend!

We had to go twice because the tile we picked the first time was not in stock anymore, but no biggie. Every day they were on site they kept the work area clean and protected the walk ways they'd be using throughout the home. They always let us know when they'd be back next; they were always on time. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home. I'm satisfied with the price we paid. We received several quotes and as anyone should tell you, cheaper is not always better. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive however, I went with them because they were the only company that made it clear that in some cases they may choose to not do business with a customer.
