Almost, but not quite, 5 stars in our experience. Before the project began, Robo sent numerous texts and emails advising to be prepared for their crew to arrive at 7:00am. They didn't. They arrived 90 minutes later without us being advised. Had to track them down, never did get an explanation, but at least an apology. The crew was a husband and wife team who spoke no English. But we managed. They were sweet-natured and hard-working. Had to correct them about a fascia board that was replaced that didn't match. It was corrected but set us back a couple hours. The house overall with 3 coIors looks great! Happy with the final outcome. Although cleanup afterwards was largely left to us, we would use Robo again. read more

We had our kitchen and bathroom cabinets repainted to white from a dark brown stain, the 4 workers( a woman also) arrived and promptly went to work, taping and cover anything that would be accidentally painted, which took about half the time, actually painting is usually pretty quick, ( we've painted ourselves and know prep work is important) except for the smell everything came out beautifully, the clean up after was efficient, the one woman swept and pulled sheeting down. They even asked if they could put our silverware and other kitchen items away. This is the second time Robo has come to do a job for us, will use them for all our painting needs! read more

I hired Robo Painting for essentially a 90% repaint of our 4,000sqft single level house with 12 foot ceilings. Their quote was reasonable, had an excellent breakdown of their process, what they do/don't do for prep, and set expectations clearly. When they were about to begin Alex their project manager walked through the house with us and made sure that our selections were ready, how we wanted everything painted and then in typical fashion they started prepping by masking everything off and gently moving around furniture. They removed outlets and sprayed well. They don't use frog tape so there was a little bleed through on some lines, but they happily fixed those when they happened. All the touch up work was done without complaint and they're actually going to come back for a little more touch up due to the previous paint job that was done that stuck to some of our furniture that they're going to fix with a new paint line. Robo delivered a pretty big exterior project for us first week of July 2025. It included our house exterior, the 6' high concrete block wall around our back yard, a Costco wood gazebo around our above ground spa, and a wood playset. It also included our back patio wood roof and columns. We even also painted the exterior faces of three outside and garage man doors. 1. Tom prepared a very clear, detailed, very reasonable proposal - lower than we expected. As a result we were able to include all of pieces of work listed above, when we were afraid we'd have to pick just some. He suggested we talked with color scheme professional at a Dunn Edwards store to help us decide our combination of colors. We ended up with scheme we loved. 2. Painters were on time, courteous, professional, easy to work with, and eager to make us happy. Job was completed in the 4 days proposed at the price quoted. 3. We had just had our windows replaced except for the large living room one, which was manufactured late. Robo included in the proposal coming back a few days after they completed to paint the newly patched stucco around the last window. 4. Our project included painting an existing swingset for which we had already purchased Sherwin Williams primer and finish paints. They applied the products. I was short a gallon and they worked with us to obtain the extra paint themselves from Sherwin Williams and charged us only a nominal charge for the additional paint since we had not provided enough. Save a lot of headaches for me. 5. We painted the ceilings of the patio and spa structures white so I could bounce up lights off them and subtly illuminate them at night. Results were spectacular. 6. Based on our great experience with Robo Painting we would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone considering a paint project. I highly recommend Robo for outside painting - the initial visit was very informative and we walked my entire house. Robert advised of repairs needed and suggestions, no up-selling whatsoever. I had a lot to paint and repair but he recorded everything through an invoicing app on his phone and the quote was sent to me in a couple of days with very fair prices. After power washing, on the day everything was being taped-off, repaired, and prepped, Alex was at my house to review my color choices and direct the crew - it's my first time painting my house so I really needed help and he provided excellent suggestions. I ended up changing the color of the inside of my garage last minute right before the crew was going to start and I was only charged for the additional paint needed. Then once my backyard walls were done I decided that the color I chose was too light and I wanted to change them - Alex had someone out within the week to re-paint and I was given a fair additional price. Robert and Alex both communicated via text for my questions and they responded quickly. For complex questions Alex called and really listened and helped me. FYI Robo does not do stucco installation, just repairs, and I would advise someone to do their own research for quality stucco work. I always dread the crap shoot of hiring a service company, but I absolutely hit the jackpot when I found Robo Painting. I checked out many, many reviews, hit up Nextdoor, etc. First of all, I received a comprehensive and competitive bid from Alex. He was incredibly responsive and sent me photos that helped me see how the prep work would be done since I've never had a home interior painted while living in the house. I also wasn't familiar with painters who spray rather than brushes and rollers, and his photos helped me get comfortable with the process. Once I made the decision to go with Robo Painting, they were able to get me on the schedule very quickly. Alex also directed me to Dunn Edward's color consulting service, which I found invaluable. Alex showed up on Day One with a crew of 3, headed by David. The language barrier with the crew was a minor inconvenience since Alex was available by phone whenever I needed him. Since I was staying in the house with my two scaredy-cats, the crew divided the job up into two halves so the cats and I could be on 1/2 of the house while they did the other and then we switched sides. I can't speak highly enough about the fantastic job that the guys did. They were all professional, very personable, and meticulous about their work. They were also very neat, and they finished the job in five days. After they were done, I found a few very minor places that needed to be touched up, and one of my color decisions didn't work.
