My wife and I are very satisfied with the excellent service from beginning to end of the painting of our home. It was delivered with care and with an eye for detail. Nothing was rushed and everything was thoroughly prepared and finished. Even the cleanup was excellent. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Jim and Tammy Phoenix Az read more

An enthusiastic 5 star rating for this great team of painters. They were selected by our HOA to paint the view fencing and they went above and beyond to make sure there was no overspray on all of our yard. They understood how important our gardening was to us, and took extra time to cover everything, ensuring our dirt and gardens were not effected by the paint spray. Outstanding!! read more

Best house painting experience yet! Robert and his team are top notch and dedicated to quality. Best price in the valley as well! His team arrived on time every day and when finished the cleanup was great. If you need color advise Robert and his team have a good eye for what will look best in your application. read more

Photos have been uploaded so you can see for yourself, bad AND good. Good: Finished the job on time (despite them asking if it could be extended.) Good: Straight line work (in most places) Good: Price was fair had we gotten a better job, BAD: Painted 2 rooms and a whole wall the wrong color. They corrected it, but not a great job because you can see the wrong color on the back bars of the air vents. BAD: They painted a door while it was closed, so there is a strip on the front of the door face that is not the same color. WTF??? BAD: They only used a sprayer, so in those tight areas between trim and corners, it is unpainted! And you can SEE it! (My husband was so pissed he doesn't want them in here again to fix it.) BAD: Paint on several different window frames (not the glass.) Looks awful. BAD: Their employees used our ladder and bucket without permission and got paint all over (we complained and they cleaned it.) BAD: Paint drips on kitchen countertop and on my faucet BAD: Workers left garbage in my yard and half drunk drinks in my fridge (their own, not implying they stole anything.) BAD: Some wall repairs just weren't as good as we expected. It was part of the quote, but we would have done a better job. It's possible the crew assigned to us were just lazy a**holes, but when my husband did the walk-through, he said he very much got the idea that the salesman didn't give a sh*t about some of the poor workmanship (of which we took pictures.) As I mentioned earlier, we don't want them back. There was enough extra paint for us to fix it ourselves. read more

I recently had some storm damage to my home that required some stucco repair. I also needed my house painted, but was planning on doing it in the spring. Anyway, most estimates averaged a about $300 dollars for about 2hr of work for stucco repair. Rob (DR Paint) and I started talking about both jobs (stucco and paint). He gave me a really good price on painting and threw in the stucco repair at no extra charge. There were a few hitches getting the ball rolling due to my HOA's requirements. Some were not articulated very well by my HOA mgmt company. To be fair, my HOA rep was on vacation so I only got to speak to the secretary. Once the logistics were all worked out, things went fairly smoothly. Good: On time every day, fast, easy to talk to, easy to work with, house looks nice. Bad: colorful language. I was home when the house was painted and overheard a fair amount of conversation between painters..not so kid friendly. Bad: Needed some touchups. One door had fingerprints in it and there was some splatters and oversprays in other areas. DR Paint took care of them the next day. All-in-all, I would recommend DR Paint. I had a good experience and would not hesitate to use them again. read more

I needed a 2K square foot home interior painted, two colors, and overall they did a great job, and price was fair. No splashes on tile, cabinets, etc. A potential issue with scheduling arose, but the crew worked through Labor Day weekend to make sure it got done as per the agreed upon schedule. read more

Unprofessional Company! Booked the appointment for an estimate 4 weeks ago. Received several reminders for the upcoming confirmed appointment. I canceled work and all plans for the day of the appointment. Received a text saying the estimator is will arrive on time for a 2pm appointment. 18 minutes before the appointment the estimator called and said my address is an hour away from their business and they only work within 30 minutes of their office so I will need to find someone else that works in my area! Booked 4 weeks out! 18 MINUTES before the scheduled appointment they cancel! Stay away from thus company! read more

Met with Robert again (07/01/2014) to go over his estimate. He said his guys will be able to start on 07/11/2014 and should complete by or before 07/20/2014. The dates are important to me as I am also having the floors waxed. Gave Robert the deposit ($700) along with the garage opener as I might not see him before the 11th of July (might have to fly back to Chicago) I will keep you posted. read more

Totally impressed with his company. We are out of state and needed two of our rental properties painted. Robert was able to get both jobs done in time for my husband to be in town and make sure things looked good. Happy to say they did a great job! read more

Very happy with our recent house painting! Recommended by a neighbor. Competitive prices, and project was well executed with care. It looks great. We particularly appreciated Roger's guidance on types and grades of paints. No "upsells." Rather, he patiently answered our questions and explained the options. More than just a painter -- a professional advisor. read more

I couldn't be any happier with this company. They came out very quick and timely. Walked the home and gave a very competitive estimate. The work was quality and done in the time they said it would be. They also were able to squeeze my client in a few days earlier in preparation of listing the home for new buyers. Excellent service and definitely will use them again. read more

We have been wanting to paint the inside of our house since we bought it a year ago. We have a 3000 sq foot house and we needed the whole thing painted. The only rooms we didn't paint were the bedrooms and kitchen (since we had already painted that). My husband had one rule for me: get 3 quotes. The first painter I called came and gave me a quote for an outlandish amount of money. It was honestly laughable. The second painter we called said he would be out in a few days to give us a quote. We had a short conversation over the phone and he took down all of my information. The day he was supposed to come by came and went and he never called or showed up. Finally we found Dr Paint and I am SO GLAD we did! Rob answered the phone promptly, showed up when he said he would RIGHT at the time he said he would be here, gave me a quote (a professional, typed quote that he printed off right in his car) that was incredibly reasonable and told me to call him if we had any questions or wanted to schedule our paint job. So needless to say, I called him a few days later. I emailed him my paint colors and the signed proposal and they started right away. We also decided to paint all the trim and baseboards and repaint some of the doors in our house as well and he gave us a very reasonable price for that too. They were done in 3 days and the paint job is fantastic. I absolutely love the way my house looks. Rob made sure to call and check up on everything throughout the whole process and again when the job was over. I felt like I was really taken care of. I would enthusiastically refer their services to anyone. Four stars because I was there on 2 of the days the painters were painting, and while the painters were really nice guys, they did tell some "colorful" jokes and my 2 year old was at home with me. Also I'm not a smoker but they smoked a lot outside and so I could smell it inside my house when they came in. It really wasn't too much of an issue though because like I said, the guys that painted the house were really nice. They were very professional with me and I never felt uneasy or anything being at home alone with the painters while they were there. We've gotten a ton of compliments from our friends. Thanks to Dr Paint! read more

I'm an out of state investor who values good communication and reliability for the work being done. I don't have the luxury of checking it regularly (I don't live in AZ). Robert, was awesome! He communicated clearly. He delivered exactly as he communicated. he was on time and very easy to work with. Now that I can see his work, I am very impressed. I'll be working with DR again in the future. These guys are the best. I wish my other contractors were as good and easy to work with. read more

We used DR Paint to paint the entire interior of our home. Rob and his team are excellent to work with. His team has great attention to detail and left our home looking like new again. Communication was excellent and they completed the job on time. I highly recommend DR Paint!! read more

Awesome! I just had the exterior of my house painted (they just finished today) and it looks amazing. I paid extra for them to paint my back wall, refurbish my side gate, replace some weather strips around my garage too. All around, they did an amazing job at an amazing price. I got 5 estimates before choosing these guys and I am glad I hired Dr Paint. read more

Great experience with DR Paint, Robert was very helpful with the estimating process. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I am very proud of how the home turned out and it helped us accept an offer within one week. Thanks! read more

Dr Paint just finished painting the exterior of my 1,500 Sq Ft. home and I am very pleased. Rob, one of the owners, was very informative and professional during the quote process. I do not currently live at the property which complicated things a bit, but his communication was great through the entire process and the paint job itself was very thorough. They did extensive prep work on my home that had very chipped paint. The workers showed up on time. They did everything that was in the contract to a T. Pressure wash, stucco repair, scrape old paint move landscaping away from the stem wall, all of it! I would definitely recommend these guys and hire them again next time I need paint work done. read more

We had some "hic-ups" getting the job off the ground but once it got going everything went well and the project looks great. Thanks Rob

Here's how this process transpired..... I found DR Paint on Yelp. I sent an email from the website. Robert responded and came out and met with me. He gave me a quote to paint my exterior block wall. I picked a date, he agreed to it. I sent him a deposit. The guys showed up on the date and painted. It was pretty seamless. I'm going to give the painting guys kudus for not painting my plants, because I tried painting my block wall first and I got paint everywhere. read more

I recently purchased a house in the Phoenix area and needed major work on the house and Rob at Dr Paint was fantastic. He responded immediately to my request for an estimate and was very professional. He was extremely competitive on his price and delivered what and when he said he would. I was very happy with his work, his follow up was great, I would use him again, and I would strongly recommend him. Thank you for a great job. read more

We just had the exterior of our home painted. Robert was very helpful and clearly explained the process and what to expect. His crew were courteous and communicated well with us. We were involved with all steps of the process. Would highly recommend Dr Paint for helping make your home brand new again. Great work! read more

We recently hired Rob & his crew to paint the exterior of our home, including an extensive wood pergola, trim, and re-staining our front door. We had called 4 other companies before Rob and he was the only one who 1) arrived on time to give an estimate 2) provided the most thorough estimate, including repairs to the stucco and ceiling on our balcony 3) offered a reasonable timeline and reasonable price -- not the cheapest, but very reasonable and he's licensed and insured. From start to finish, I was impressed by Rob's professionalism and the professionalism of his crew. It was a pleasure to have them do the work, honestly. Very polite, thorough, and responsive to my requests. They took care of touch-ups before I even had a chance to point them out. And after a day of heavy rain, they repainted one section of the exterior without my having to ask. The end result was beautiful. I'd hire them again and recommend them to anyone. read more

DR PAINT just finished my homes exterior paint and it turned out amaizing!! I have no problem recommending DR. PAINT to my friends and family because the way they responded to my request. The owner and sales rep came out to my house and took the time to really understand what we.. (wife) were wanting done. They are very honest and showed me ways to save money and what to look out for from other painters if I didnt choose them for the job. Cant beat that!!!! Thank you Rob & Cory Thanks, Chris read more

Top notch painters. I called half a dozen painters before i contacted DR paint. All of the other painters I got (or attempted) to get quotes from were overpriced, didn't return calls or never showed up for quotes. Rob the owner was great to deal with and very professional, he explained everything in great detail and explained various types of paints. He delivered as promised and on time and at very competitive price. They spray the paint vs rolling on which I actually prefer as the paint coverage is very consistent. Only negative i can think of is the first guy who arrived to put up masking walked in the house after arriving late and 1st thing he asked was where the closest grocery store was and just left. Not a huge deal but just understand the work is outsourced and Rob is not the one who paints, but that is quite normal and didn't affect the quality at all. Highly recommended.. read more

Very good job; painters were very neat and professional; did work in time indicated; no problems found

Excellent experience. Job was done well and in a short period of time. All the guys were very punctual and thorough, will use again. Thanks.

We used DR Paint again this summer on another one of our rental properties and were just as happy with them as the first time we used them last year. They are so helpful and offer to do things that aren't even in their job description. They do a great, quick job painting, and they are great to work with. Their prices are fair and they don't try to get more work/money out of you than is necessary. I will absolutely use them every time we need painting help and recommend them to everyone. read more

We just had the outside of our house painted. The Service provided from DR Paint was phenomenal. Rob came out and helped us with color ideas and answered all our questions. Luis and Tommy painted the house and did a wonderful job! It looks amazing. They were very personable and we couldn't have asked for better service. We would highly recommend DR Paint! read more

Keep on shopping for another painter. Team was so unprofessional, hostile, and paint job was lazy, at best.

I'm in property management and have used DR Paint before on some of the properties, so when I recently moved into my own home, DR was my first (and only) call. Rob was extremely prompt about responding, and despite the size and complexity of the job (multiple rooms, colors, stories, etc), the job was completed within a week of my calling DR, all for a price that meets or beats any of the competition out there. You really can't go wrong with these guys, I plan on using them again whenever we need paintwork done. read more

Great experience with DR Paint. We had the exterior of our house and our view fence painted. The estimate was competitive. We chose DR Paint over the competition because Dave's estimate was very thorough and they were willing to replace some cracked wooden boards. The crew was very professional. Everything turned out great! read more

I was referred to DR Paint by my HOA as they had a pricing sheet handout that was made available for us to pick up at a meeting (smart marketing move). For my 1800 sqft house they did it all in 2 days once the job was scheduled which also included painting my block stucco walls in the backyard. Good prep work, and great clean up really coudn't tell anyone was there once they were done. read more
