There aren't enough stars on Yelp to truly rate IHC! Meticulous attention to detail. Fair and honest pricing. Friendly, professional crew that truly goes above and beyond. On time, efficient! We had IHC complete a full exterior paint following new windows and stucco repair, and then had them complete almost an entire interior paint as well as drywall repair. By far this has been one of the best home improvement experiences we have ever had. IHC's crew showed up exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently, provided above and beyond quality work, and left behind absolutely no trace that anything had even been worked on that day, even down to the tiniest details. For our interior, obviously they needed to remove various artwork and family photos. When it was time to re-hang, they had taken pictures to know exactly what order to hang items, etc.. that is truly above and beyond. The owners are friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They're like having family in your home! Highly recommend! read more

I reached out with the details of my painting project, but this company did not even read my message. Oh well...there are plenty of well run, capable companies with competitive pricing and exceptional expertise as demonstrated by 50+ Reviews and a 5 Star Rating. Wishing IHC Painting all the best in their endeavors. UPDATE: No missed call at anytime yesterday. read more

IHC had good quality and were quick and efficient. They recommended a high quality paint and matched the HOA standards with no issues.

The work was excellent. The care in preparation of our home was impeccable. We interviewed 6 painting companies and chose IHC because their inspection and quote addressed the whole project. Others quoted "spot" prime or sand and fill warping wood. IHC replaced wood and primed. Our home was peeling and flaking from prior owner "spruce up" so the prep was super important to me and IHC did it the way it SHOULD be not the easy way. I strongly recommend them. read more

IHC Painting - Changed color on outside of the house - Painters Near Me

We are a Mid Century Modern Condominium complex in Central Phoenix. Recently, we ascertained 3 bids to do extensive fascia repair and paint for the entire community. Because our structures are vintage, the existing fascia was in very poor condition. We had it painted 6 years ago, but the company that we hired then did an incredibly substandard job. Hence we were left with a mess bigger than when we started that project. We knew that whoever we hired to do this job now had to know what they were doing. They had to take pride in their work. They needed to stand on their word. Old school. IHC Painting is owned by Ike Harris and his son Joe. They came out and took the time needed to go over the scope of work. They explained everything that they would do in minute detail. I expressed my reluctance towards just about everything based on our last experience with 'professional' painters. They were kind, understanding and very reassuring. They provided us with a VERY detailed bid which outlined exactly what they were going to do. They were not the least expensive, but they did provide a competitive bid, which we accepted. The entire job was to take 2-3 weeks. In all honesty, there were a few hiccups (which can be expected from any construction project). But the real test of a professional business comes down to how they handle those client concerns. This is where I was most delighted with IHC. Whenever we expressed concern, Ike or Joe were on the job site to listen and resolve any and all issues within hours. No excuses, no BS. Just excellent customer service. Now that our project is finished, we are so happy about the final product! We would definitely recommend IHC Painting based on the quality of their work and customer service. They went above and beyond our expectations in addition to adding a few things at not charge just to make the place sparkle! read more

We needed to repaint the exterior of our home and found IHC. So happy we did! They made everything easy, provided stellar quality work, for a very reasonable price. Jesus, our painter, was amazing and we were lucky to have him. That man painted our entire house, by himself, in just two days, in 112 degree weather. He was so positive and helpful to a level I absolutely did not expect. Joe and Ike checked in on us several times, always making sure we were satisfied. We are definitely going to bring them back to paint the interior soon. Highly recommend this business and would give them 100 stars. Thank you! read more

From start to finish, IHC Painting has been excellent. Joe was very responsive, and he explained the details. Pedro and Julian, with crews, are most hardest-working crew I have ever experienced. They provided an excellent quality of work. Wonderful experience. recommending IHC Painting 100%!! read more

I was very lucky to work with Joe from IHC painting. He was there the next day after I put out my project for estimate. Give me a very competitive quote and was able to start right away. He worked with my schedule and we completed the job, less than a week from when I put out the ad. It was completed flawlessly, and I'm thrilled for the extra finishing touches. They did that was expertly done. I really appreciate their input as well on painting, a beam, the same color as the room, so it doesn't break the eye and expand the room further. Also a shout out to Jesus for getting the work done in the midst of cold weather and rain. read more

Wow!! Joe, Julian and Ike were amazing to work with on repairing cracks and painting our home, walls in yard, ceiling and fence! They were very fairly priced (not highest or lowest), super communicative, responsive, followed up on all open items, efficient and extremely detail oriented. Our home looks brand new, and I'd absolutely hire them again!! read more

I am so happy I chose IHC for my exterior painting! They are a professional company that does excellent work! Julian and Alias are an amazing team that did outstanding prep work and their attention to detail was amazing! Their pricing is very fair for the quality of work they provide! Job included exterior (and some interior work, including cabinet refinishing) on a 5,000 SF home in N. Scottsdale, July 10, 2023 to July 27, 2023. Jesus did most of the work. Ike and Joe were on site most days. Ike is the cabinet expert. I was impressed by the attention to detail, especially repair of cracked and deteriorated stucco. The house has about a half-mile of parapet wall. Many sections of the wall top were cracked and loose -- an open invitation to leaks in rainy weather. All nicely repaired by Jesus. Another challenge: We lived in the house the entire 17 days. The IHC team worked around us. Very cooperative. Neat and tidy job. Almost no paint splatter or debris left on site when the job was done. Excellent work at competitive prices. These guys are real pros. Highly recommended. read more

Reached out to IHC to get the exterior of our house painted. Ike was very quick to respond, came out same day and had a quote to me. The quote was very fair and reasonable. We will be using IHC in the future! read more

This company painted the exterior of my house. They did an absolutely outstanding job, and the price was very reasonable. Joe is very polite and responds to e-mails and phone calls right away. Before the crew painted, they masked everything so perfectly -- the windows, patio floor, walkway, and various fixtures. They even took down and reinstalled my roll-up shades, and painted the gutters. The job they did was perfection. read more

Joe and his crew are highly professional. They repainted the exterior of my one-story home in 2-1/2 days. The crew patched all the cracked stucco, and carefully taped around the windows and roofline. The four-man crew showed up exactly on time and tirelessly worked their 10-hour days. All trash was removed upon completion of the job. I would highly recommend IHC Painting for residential painting projects. read more

Joe and his team were fantastic to work with. We had most of the interior of our house painted (about 2000 sq. ft.) and they walked us through the process, including multiple sample types of the color we wanted and the quality of paint required for the job. They were professional throughout and had the job done in less than two days. Work was of the highest quality- no crevice or spot was left untouched. All of our decorations, picture frames, etc. were put back exactly as they were before. Competitively priced and very quick to respond to questions; this is the company you need to use for your next painting job. read more

I called Joe for a quote on staining a back patio. Not only was he lower in price than other competitors, he had more availability and he did an amazing job! He is a great guy as well! I was running late the day he came over and he patiently waited for me. I was so happy with him and his work, I have hired him on more projects! You need a painter? Look no further - Joe is your guy!! read more

We are so pleased with the results of our exterior painting from IHC. Professional, competitive, on time, courteous - all in one package. They even helped us with a couple projects at the last minute. While prepping, the crew thought of going over to our neighbors' driveway to mask and cover their car. Who does that? Give these people an opportunity to bid on your project, you will not be disappointed. read more

We hired this company for interior painting of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in an apartment. This family (literally) business provides a very professional service at a competitive price. Ike and Joe are responsive, meticulous, and care very much about customer satisfaction. They answered all our questions and came in twice to supervise and inspect their painter's work. The job was done promptly and was of excellent quality. I highly recommend these painters for any residential or business needs. read more

If I could give it a ten, I would. Ike and Joe are the most professional guys I have ever had the opportunity to work with on my recent paint /roof project. They are extremely friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Thier overall crew doing the two projects paid every attention to detail, and were meticulous. I would strongly recommend them first before you make your decision. read more

I'm Very happy with the results. Painted all trim, doors and walls. They were flexible with my availability and respectful of my space. The only missing star is for the short cuts - they were leaving the smoke alarms up, wall plates, door knobs, etc, and taping around them instead of taking them off. But I was there to do that. They filled holes, fixed nailheads on the trim, and repainted areas that didn't look right. Super pleased with how it turned out! read more

These guys were great! Very professional and friendly team. They went above and beyond on my repairs. I am very satisfied!

We just had our whole interior house and cabinets painted by IHC. We could not be more pleased! They not only did an excellent job, they went above and beyond to do some additional repairs that we needed done. Joe and Ike are the best to deal with; communicative, helpful suggestions, professional and very reasonable in cost. They have a very dependable, hard working crew. They will work with you in whatever you need done! We highly recommend them! You will be extremely pleased. If we could give them 10 stars, we would! read more

IHC just finish up and we couldn't be more satisfied! We had our entire house painted, inside and out. Everything was done excellently. Their staff was very good and great to have in my house. Both my wife and I felt like we could leave them in the home alone with no concerns at all. I had a few extra items that I asked them to complete and they did with no issues at all. I would HIGHLY recommend IHC and already have to several friends. If I need painting in the future, IHC will be my go to contractor. Joe and Ike, thanks for all of your hard work and help. read more
