I hired E&S Painting to paint the exterior of of my home. Estimate was broken down and in writing, one of the few estimates that I could have a conversation with my wife about what work was going to be performed. They reattached cables to my walls as well as color match the Original paint color from a 23 year old paint company the was sold or went defunct. I did not have any samples to give, but the name of the color possible paint vendor. My house looks like it did the day we moved into the new build. Excellent work. Staff was polite and friendly. Wife wants to recommend this company to all of her friends. She was very happy about the results. read more

E&S Painting was a pleasure to work with. They were awesome from start to finish. Quick communications. Professional and detailed proposal. Very fair pricing. Due to unexpected work travel we had to reschedule several times but Eduardo was always able to accommodate my schedule. The one thing you will enjoy is that Eduardo is very hands on. He's working right next to his crew. They were very hard working and detail oriented. They would point out any issues to me before they would proceed to make sure I was informed. Even my neighbors have commented on how well they worked and they always seemed happy. The end product speaks for it self! Extremely happy with the finished project. I can't recommend enough to give Eduardo a call if you need painting or drywall work on your house. read more

Excellent in every way! They did stucco, paint, and removed old gutters. This family-owned business offered a fair price from the other estimates. Their estimate was wonderfully detailed. They did a really wonderful job with my unusual and detailed requests. They were very attentive to my concerns and did quality work. It did not take too long to get on the roster and they finished on time. They cleaned up the worksite every night and were incredibly courteous. read more

Great painting contractor! Fair prices, great communicators, and they do what they say they will do. Quality company.

Eduardo is great! The work his team did for us made our garage feel open and clean! Woukd absolutely use again!

I have gone through so many contractors that finding a good one is like finding a unicorn. Hiring Eduardo and his team to paint my patio was like finding gold. He was prompt in getting back to me on a request, came to the house and explained everything he was going to do in detail. From the quality of his paint, to fixing the cracks in the patio. He guaranteed his work to the point where I don't pay anything until I am 100% satisfied with the job. They came out to pressure wash everything from the patio to the balcony. They then came out to finish the painting with two coats to create such a professional job. I could not be more happy with his work. I can usually always find some faults with a company to pass on to other customers, but not with E&S Painting. I will certainly use him on my next project and gladly recommend him to my family, friends, and neighbors. Great work Eduardo and thank you!!! Job well done. The back yard looks brand new. read more

My two bedroom ceilings had ugly, dirty popcorn ceilings. Edgar and Manny did a clean, beautiful job. Do yourself a favor and call them DIRECTLY instead of paying more to one of the bigger companies just to have them subcontract to these guys! E & S Painting - No more filthy and OLD popcorn ceilings! Edgar and Manny did a BEAUTIFUL job! - Stucco Services Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

E&S Painting, Simon Sandoval painted the interior of our home, ceilings, doors and all walls. We were very impressed how quickly they were able to complete the job and do a perfect job. They took pains to protect all of our belongings. 2 years ago they painted our cabinets and also did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them. read more

Late last year, my husband and I decided that 2022 would be the year we would finally get the exterior of our house painted.  We had been planning to do it ourselves for a long time. But, as everybody knows.... Ladders + Old People = Bad Idea. After searching the reviews on several sites including Yelp, and getting estimates from four different companies (two well-known large ones and two smaller ones), we still didn't feel as though we had found "The One."  I did another search and came up with a few more options, including "E & S Painting."  They had really good reviews, so we decided to give them a call. Eduardo (the "E" in "E & S") came over and spent a good deal of time looking around to assess what needed to be done to paint the exterior of our 2,000 square foot home with really high walls on the north and south side. He was a very personable guy, easy to talk to.  I liked him right away. His estimate fell in the middle of the 5 estimates we got -- not the cheapest, not the most expensive. We really liked that he was a licensed contractor, and also that he didn't require any money up front -- only after the job was done to our satisfaction. So we decided to go with E & S Painting, and they did not disappoint! From the cheerful young lady, Marianna, who answered the company's phone, to that first pre-estimate appointment with Eduardo, to the thorough power washing of our home's exterior by Santos, to the excellent paint job by Carlos and Luis -- we felt that we had made a good choice. There were several delays getting started, due to a lot of unpredictable strong winds this spring, and also our huge palo verde in the front yard that was at one point covered with millions of yellow blossoms. They didn't want to paint and then, before the paint had a chance to dry, have a gust of wind turn our house into a giant yellow piñata! So we had to wait till the blossoms all fell off. Sometime between the time of the estimate and when the painting was started, a dove's nest containing two small eggs had appeared on a ledge near the top of one of our entryway columns.  We really liked how these guys respected that nest.  They took it in stride, with Carlos going the extra mile to fashion a little tent out of paper and masking tape to put over it.  He watched the momma bird and as soon as she left the nest at one point, he popped the tent over the nest, did the painting, and took the tent back off.  I was very pleased to see that she actually came back and sat on the nest again with no problem! As animal lovers, the extra TLC they gave that momma bird, nest and eggs got a lot of points with us.  They also didn't mind our obnoxious dogs, which was a plus! All the guys were professional, courteous, and hard-working.  No goofing around.  Masked everything off that wasn't supposed to get paint on it and cleaned up after themselves really well too.  When the job was done, Eduardo came by and did a lengthy walk-around, listening to any concerns (small touchups are inevitable on a big paint job like ours), and sent Carlos and Luis back over to take care of them.  No excuses.  Just cheerfully fixed everything to our satisfaction.  I know that these guys would bend over backwards to ensure that a customer is happy with their work. We will definitely call them again should we have a need for painting, and would encourage anyone who wants a painting job well done by a bunch of great guys to call E & S Painting without hesitation! Sorry that this review is so long, but that's how I roll :-) read more

Eduardo and his team at E&S Painting are great. The exterior of our home required a significant amount of stucco and fencing prep work, and they did an amazing job. Their bid/estimate was very professional and detailed leaving no unanswered questions and their price was very competitive. At their request, we did an entire walkthrough inspection to assure our complete satisfaction. I would strongly recommend E&S Painting read more

I honestly cannot believe this is the same house!! Thanks to Simon and his crew of guys that did the work at my house. I recently bought a place that needed a little updating. They removed popcorn ceiling in about 1400 square feet of space, resurfaced the ceiling, and painted all the walls, doors, trim etc throughout. They even painted all the cabinets white. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area. They taped and used plastic to protect the walls and floors, left clean lines, and picked up afterwards. Great job, pics below read more

We are ecstatic with the quality of work performed by E & S Painting. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Eduardo, Simon, Carlos and Luis. You will not find a greater family bond and professionalism. Carlos and Luis worked diligently and long countless hours on painting our home. We had all of our ceilings, doors, baseboards and trim painted throughout the home with Warm White by Dunn-Edwards. This was a huge undertaking by E & S Painting. Carlos and Luis also painted several rooms throughout our home that were still the original color from 11 years ago as well as repainting rooms that a previous painting company we hired ruined with roller marks and poor paint coverage. Carlos and Luis are very conscientious, organized and dependable. The quality of their work is impeccable. Carlos and Luis are extremely detail oriented and take extra care to protect and cover the surrounding areas of your home that aren't being painted. They remain focused and concentrate on certain areas of your home at a time to cause as little inconvenience as possible for all involved. Your home is left cleaned at the end of every day from the work performed. The finished product is gorgeous. Our home looks amazing. I can not begin to adequately praise and compliment Carlos and Luis enough on the quality workmanship they performed and the professionalism they exhibited. These two guys worked weeks on end to completely transform our 3400+ sq ft home into complete beauty. The guys did a truly phenomenal job. They are very meticulous and their attention to detail is unsurpassed. You can't get this attention to detail by trusting just any painting company. E & S was not the least expensive out of the five painting quotes we received but you can't help feeling completely confident and comfortable with Eduardo and his family once you meet them. Eduardo is extremely responsive and meets with you personally to go through your home room by room to prepare an accurate quote. Eduardo is a very patient man and puts your mind completely at ease over the stress that can be involved with painting your home. You will NOT go wrong with this company. Your home will look amazing and you can sit back and relax knowing you have entrusted your home to a highly reputable and respected company. read more

These guys are awesome! After taking a friends recommendation to paint the outside of our house we didn't hesitate to have them do the inside as well. Even though it is extremely disruptive to do the inside they did everything they could to minimize the chaos. Everything was well protected and their attention to detail was outstanding! They had to move an 800lb antique player piano and did so without complaint. We are extremely happy with our color selection with their assistance. Eduardo and his team are true professionals and not only would we use them again we have also recommended them to several friends... read more

We just had E&S come out and paint the exterior of our house. They repaired multiple issues with the stucco and we had them replace the garage seal. This is one of those times when Yelp needs six stars. E&S painted the interior of my entire house in about 3.5 days, exactly as quoted! The team that Eduardo selected for the job were INCREDIBLE! Carlos was an especially wonderful manager of the team. The team is efficient with their processes, thorough with the preparation, painting, and cleaning afterwords. I mean, honestly, it was like magic. Price-wise, E&S was one of three quotes I attained and was in the middle of the three. Eduardo, who provided the quote after surveying my house, was the most meticulous in accounting for all of the variables to ensure his team produced the highest quality outcome. If you select E&S, which you should, you too will be enamored by the wonderful team, their work product, and your fabulous home afterwards. THANK YOU, TEAM!! read more

I had a great experience with E&S Painting. Very experienced painters. They fixed cracks in my ceiling before paint and moved furniture that I was unable to move. Very clean while working and ensured they thoroughly cleaned before leaving. The owner, Eduardo, came and inspected the work and clean up upon completion, to ensure my complete satisfaction before payment. Fabulous experience! read more

E&S painted the interior and exterior of my duplex, and did a great job. I received several quotes and, although E&S was not the lowest, Eduardo's (owner) quote made the most sense. For example, others quoted the same amount for the interior and exterior, and the exterior of that duplex requires much less prep work. Also, he offered to work during weekends because I wanted to get the duplex rent-ready soon, and painting is one of the biggest and most important task to do first. Eduardo was very professional and started the job when he said he would, and actually completed early. He was very patient with issues we encountered because I am an out-of-state investor and my property manager was not responsive that time. He emailed "before" and "after" pictures, so I can see the newly painted duplex. I also visited the job site last week and everyone who saw it appreciated how well it was painted. read more

We painted the interior of our house and we have very tall ceilings. Everyone that we worked with was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. The quote was fair, the materials were quality and the workers did a good job covering up the furniture and floors. I could not recommend E&S more- they helped us choose amazing interior colors, worked quickly and clean and finished the job within budget a week ahead of the original planned time. Eduardo and his brother were both professional and prompt in all of their communication. I will hire them again in the future for any painting job we have. I had other companies to our house to quote the job (we painted the entire interior of our house) and Eduardo stood out because he took the time to actually get to know us and was very helpful. Eduardo and team were very thorough and professional. We were very happy with the process, end result and value.

Words simply cannot express how pleased I was with Mr. Sandavol and his painting team. I was extremely impressed by the quality of service he provided!!! He actually communicated with me ON the holiday, when no other contractor responded. His pricing was very fair. He made paint recommendations I had not even considered, and he was extraordinarily personable and professional. I was on a very tight completion timeframe for the painting job. He not only met that timeframe, he finished a day ahead of schedule!!! His team of workers were also amazing. They were so hard working, kind, considerate, and helpful. They cleaned up EVERY DAY before they left, and they never once got annoyed when I poked my head into a room to admire the expert job they were doing. When the job was almost finished I had forgotten to get new hardware for the kitchen cabinets. I panicked because I did not have the tools or know how to install the cabinet hardware. When I told Mr. Sandavol about the dilemma, he authorized his staff to wait at the home until I could go and buy everything, and then he came over himself and helped install it. His understanding and willingness to help was amazing. The job he and his team did completely transformed the living space of my 80 year old aunt, whose house had not been painted in over 20 years. She said the painting lifted her spirits and renewed her passion for living again. You just never know how rejuvenating a person's surroundings can affect them. Mr. Sandavol and his team were SUCH a blessing for me. They made my Aunt smile and be happy again. I could not have found a better painting service if I tried! If you pick this painter you will have selected the very best. UPDATE: After the paint job described above was complete we had all of the flooring replaced. While moving the furniture the flooring people REALLY butchered the trim in almost every room. I tried to fix it with the leftover paint. Needless to say, I AM NOT a painter. It was a catastrophe! I called Mr. Sandavol to see if he could send one of his painters to help. It had been raining, and he was trying to catch up on scheduled jobs, but in spite of the inconvenience he came through. Not only did he have a gentleman come do the repairs, he came along too to lend a hand. In this day and age nobody makes time to help you out like that. Him coming through for us was extraordinary! I had flown to Arizona from Maryland and I was on a very tight timeframe. So I can't say enough positive stuff about Mr. Sandavol. He was a Godsend! read more

I had E & S Painting come to my house for an estimate for the exterior. I've used their services before to paint the ceilings in my house, so I thought I'd try them again. I was very pleased the first time I used them and I was so pleased with the work they did on the outside. Simon and Eddie, (owners), were so accommodating and a dream to work with. I highly recommend E & S Painting. They painted the exterior of my house in mid December 2020 and they did an excellent job. Their power washing and prep work was more than I expected. I didn't have to pay them until I did a walk through and was satisfied with everything. Even after that, I did find one little area that needed a little work and they showed up the next day to compete that small task. They went above and beyond and took pride in their quality of work. While we ultimately went with another contractor, I wanted to post in order to commend Eduardo for his thoroughness and courtesy in providing a very complete estimate. If I could do ZERO stars I would. Met with Eduardo back in April 25th, came out to our house, gave me a quote on repairs we needed. He explained he schedules out 2 weeks for work, we said yes let's do it. Repairs were actually scheduled approximately 1 month out(start May 22). Here we are day of May 22, no call or contact from E&S, so I call him around 10:00 am - no answer, I follow up with text message. "Didn't we have an appointment to start today?" Finally get a message back from him - asking if I got his VM from the night before - "NO, that's why I'm calling"...he proceeds to tell me his job ran longer and won't be able to start us today ...(he claims to have left a voicemail for me the night before) NO voicemail message. So he says probably Thursday or Friday of this week - I'll confirm by Wednesday afternoon. OK....NO CONFIRMATION on Wednesday . It's now Thursday, NO E&S and NO call, NO Text....I send out a message to him ?????? I get a response, "I had a family emergency all morning couldn't get to my phone this AM". Sorry to hear that, but what happen to the confirmation yesterday,....."Oh yes, I forgot to do that". He says....but we can still help you with your stucco repair though. YEAH thanks but no THANKS! Very disappointed and now I'll need to go through the process of finding another contractor . Customer Service is unfortunately non-existent here! read more

These guys are great. I'm super picky and have had mixed results from other painters I've used. I read the reviews on E and S and hired them to repaint my bedroom. I've never seen painters be more meticulous in my entire life. In my bedroom, which only had a bed and dresser, they spent 3 hours taping everything to make sure there wasn't any spilling. I've hired them to paint my entire house which was recently re-stuccoed. Highly recommended! read more

We hired Eduardo and his crew to paint the exterior of our house. In total, we got five quotes and ended up going with Eduardo. We are very glad that we did so. Eduardo was very thorough with his quote and it carried over to his work. He paid attention to all the small details -- repairing damaged stucco, sealing cracks, waterproofing our porch overhang. We could not be happier with his work and his prices were reasonable. We will definitely be using E & S Painting again, and would recommend it to anyone who's looking for painting services. read more

STELLAR WORK!!!!!! Wow, Wow, Wow!!! You must HIRE these guys! We bought our first snowbird home in Sun City West this summer and needed the interior painted and they did so much more for us. All the work was done while we still were in Oregon. We didn't even see the house until we arrived the first of November. Extremely professional, great prices, prompt, and friendly. We had all the popcorn ceilings removed, all walls, ceilings, baseboards, cabinets, window casings, and garage all repainted. They removed the fluorescent lighting and fan from the kitchen and put in new canned lights, removed huge mirrors from the walls, removed all wallpaper throughout the whole house, raised the bathroom cabinets from 29" to 34" and had new quartz counter tops put in, replaced all electrical outlets and switches, installed new hardware for all cabinets in the home, installed new bathroom faucets, accessories, mirrors and new lighting, installed new ceiling fans in each room, yard work, housecleaning, and installed a new dog door for our pup. When we arrived with our furniture in November, Simon and crew came and helped us move into our home and pick up some new furniture. This company is AMAZING! Simon was in contact with me daily, sent pictures of all the work they completed daily and also provided recommendations to us as well. I can't thank Simon and crew enough for all the work they did for us. We are so grateful and absolutely love our new home in Arizona! Simon is still there for us when we need him.
