Had our entire interior painted! Alex came out and gave us a fair estimate and his team did an amazing job by going in interiorly and covering with our desired colors. The foreman Alfredo and his team were very efficient. 6 grand for the entirety of interior, doors, baseboards and even a customization of the banister was such a great value along with 1 year warranty. Got my interior painted in 2 days! Alex (son) and his crew did a great job making my interior look brighter, clean, and more spacious. His dad (Shad) even came out on the last day when doing the final inspection and patched + painted over a few hooks/screws on the wall that were overlooked. They brush-roll the walls so any future touch up blends in better than having them sprayed on. The areas behind the fridge and washer/dryer were not ignored either!! So basically got everything done (walls were patched and spackled where needed, baseboards were freshly caulked, staircase looks in great condition) for a good price and would definitely call them back again! This is a generational family business. We hired Titleist Painting to paint the interior of a rental. We met with Alex who was very professional and knowledgeable and able to get work started right away. We hired him on the spot and asked him to give us a quote for the e terror of our home. After seeing the work done by Titleist and getting a total of 5 bids for our r terror job we chose to have them paint our home. The bid was in the middle for bid prices but the prep work was more extensive than the other companies and they were willing to use the paint company we chose our colors from instead of "color matching" another brand. Titleist was able to start right away, the job took 6 days. Alex and his father Shad checked in several times. If we had questions or concerns they immediately answered texts and phone calls. We had Titleist Painting do our exterior back in January of this year. Shad was great from beginning to end. I had several companies come out to give estimates prior to Titleist (AZ Painting Company among others) and I felt like Shad took the time & effort to go through exactly what would be included & provided a written estimate (not sure what you're talking about Barbara R.). It was important to me to hire a company that was licensed & bonded, but also reasonably priced. You hear so many horror stories about companies that show up, take a down payment, & never show up again. Understandably they need a portion up front to cover materials, which is expected, but I'm a little guarded & untrusting (character flaw of mine). The communication that Shad provided was great! He would call/text to let me know when his guys would be showing up & also showed up personally towards the end of the job to make sure I was happy & make sure things were flowing smoothly. All of the work was done with meticulous care. After the job was finished, I felt a little silly being so guarded. I was so impressed I recommended him to my parents who subsequently had two of their properties painted & were equally as impressed. It's now time to paint the interior.. In the last two weeks I've had two different companies commit to a time to come out & give an estimate & neither showed up (I'm looking at you Tape & Mud and Kings Painting, LLC!) I don't know why I didn't just call Shad to begin with?! Just as before, we went over exactly what I wanted, made a game plan, and I can't wait to see what a great job he & his team do again! We went and received a few quotes from other company's to paint our 3,700 sq ft. home. Then we found titleist painting. Immediately we saw the 5 star reviews and gave Shad a call. He came out went over the whole process of what they were going to do. Stucco repair, caulking, prep work, powerwash, and the type of paint they were going to use. Shad was very informative. I had 8 different companies come out to give me a quote on the exterior paint job I wanted to be completed, and Titleist came out with the best price. (Without giving away too much, a fellow 5-star Yelp painting company quoted me over DOUBLE!) Even after I added more to the original scope of work (we added more colors) it still remained the lowest price. But honestly, price isn't even the most important factor, you want to be sure you choose a company that uses high-quality products which Titleist does. I honestly feel as though Teddy/Shad treated our home as though it was his own. The work performed by Teddy and his team was extremely thorough. He never hesitated to make sure I was part of the entire process, explaining each step of the way, and pointing out aspects of the job that I wouldn't have even noticed. I especially liked that Titleist took great care cleaning up our home and surrounding area each day. Teddy was on site every single day which I found to be very helpful and impressive that an owner would take time out of his busy day to make sure I felt our job was important to him. I don't know if this is the norm for Titleist, but I signed our contract on Tuesday and the house was completed by Friday afternoon, I was so extremely pleased with the timing! Teddy even sent a member of his team to follow up with us the following Monday (allowing us time to scrutinize the work) to see if we happened to catch any touchups and complete some additional cleanup (that I hadn't even noticed). Alex and Shad are both gems! My home was built in the 50s and so it has many layers of exterior paint as well as different textures: from brick and block to wood. Alex was very thorough in his assessment of the home and let me know just what to expect when finished. Their guys came out and within two days, my house was complete!
