PAL Painting floated to the top based on their Yelp rating and their competetive bid and also being local to our location in Chandler. Once we selected our color scheme and got approval from the HOA, the guys at PAL got to work. The house was given a proper power wash first, then the painting started a couple days later. Adam, Nevada, along with Bernie the job foreman, and the rest of the crew, did outstanding and professional work completing the job very timely. As the painting progressed, an issue on our roof came up due to a past microburst that swept through the neighborhood that we were aware of but had not yet addressed. Nevada assessed the issue and quoted a very reasonable fix and completed the fix along with his son, and now our roof looks and functions better and we are ready for anything the monsoon season throws at us.
