We had work done in all rooms including the addition of an Arizona Room , but for us it was a sewing room. Did it matter what the room was for? Yes in this instance it did, because I needed an excessive amount of light. They did a magnificent job, you couldn't even tell that the room was added on. They built the gazebo we had and they added a small putting green for the beginner golfers in us. They added new closet doors on our new closets. They did various electrical work in the house. They added a keyless entry onto our doors and did some work in the garage. They built us the best carport with a noiseless remote door. Anything we asked them to do they were able to do. John chose to place a Mechanical Lien on my property. I resolved the lien debt back in early April and he has promised on several occasions that the lien would be removed. Come to find out from the company he uses to service liens he never paid the bill. He has been challenging to deal with and will make a lot of promises to get the money but once he gets the money. Good luck on him fulfilling on those promises. I am now having to employ an attorney to motivate and deal with John as he is in violation of not removing the lien. The kitchen required removing a wall to open up the closed dark kitchen and adding an oversized bar. Eric was extremely timely and professional in getting us a comprehensive quote. He was also extremely affordable as well. He started work right away and did a phenomenal job. We gave him pictures of what we wanted for the kitchen and fireplace, and he replicated the style to a T - which most contractors can't do without a designer helping them. He also was able to design and order custom cabinets for our pantry. Eric was extremely detail oriented throughout the process, checking in with us as needed for style and safety decisions, and always updated us on cost or possible delays. Every day they were on site they kept the work area clean and protected the walk ways they'd be using throughout the home. They always let us know when they'd be back next; they were always on time. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home. I'm satisfied with the price we paid. We received several quotes and as anyone should tell you, cheaper is not always better. 5.0 star rating 10/21/2018…read more I found Cesar of Great Concept Granite while searching internet for someone who will be willing to come for a rather small job and repair numerous chips and long ugly scratch on our granite. I am so glad I did. I called him , set up time for appointment and few days my granite was like brand new. Not only he repaired chips occurred on the edge of the countertop in the area where pots and pans being put in the cabinets for storage, he also repaired corner of the granite which was broken while it was fabricated. It was glued together but was very visible and noticeable. Every time I touched it or looked at it , I was thinking - there got to be somebody out there with a magic hands. Cesar was that one !!! His pricing was very fair.The work was completed in just a few hours. I highly recommend him. If you have chips on the granite - stop looking and call Cesar, you will be glad you did !
