Called the salon to inquiry about Wigs for Kids. Selected online waitlist through my phone, took 15mins to drive there and waited about 15mins. The location has good vibes with the employees and other clients waiting, had catchy music playing. The place looked very organized and clean. Person who cut my hair was very fun to talk to. I showed her examples of the hairstyle I was interested in, and opted to cut my hair shorter than the example to ensure I had enough hair to donate. She measured my hair and partitioned it so we could cut off enough hair for Wigs For Kids hair donation. When you donate at least 12inches, your haircut is free. The hair stylist cut my hair, asked me to feel my hair and made sure I was happy with the layers and bangs. I couldn't get my hair styled (like the photo reference due to it being past 8pm closing time, but it would have cost an extra $40 for that service, in which I changed my mind.) She recommended watching youtube videos on how to style to save money on the service. I gave her a cash tip for her service. Thank you. The only con is after sunset, the parking lot is very dark. read more

They were teaching a new girl and it took extra time it would normally take. They definitely should ask clients if they would be ok or if we had enough time. So unprofessional. I had my hair washed and cut by Karen and not only did she do a great job, but she's super funny and great to talk to. I enjoyed my time with her immensely. I feel like recently people in customer service have been really rude (I don't know what that's all about) so it's really nice to have someone be friendly. My young son had his hair cut by Joanne a few weeks prior and she did an amazing job. He said it was the best haircut he's ever had. Ok I went here last Month and there log in system was down and couldn't log in soI called and they said come in and we will fit you in. I called and was told that they have a long list of people checked in because they are not suppose to get in due to COVID shutdown but if I come now they can get me in right away. I immediately went down there to find the place packed and had checked in on my way. I waited in the lobby for over an hour while they kept telling me I was next only to have someone else walk in and then help them immediately. Each time saying sorry and that I would be next.
