I truly don't want to come across as rude or be that person, because I know everyone has bad days and running a business isn't easy but I feel like it's important to speak up when something really misses the mark. Unfortunately, my experience was genuinely horrible. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt rushed and disorganized. The stylist didn't seem very engaged or attentive, and the haircut I received felt incredibly careless uneven, rushed, and honestly not what I asked for at all. I left feeling really disappointed and very embarrassed about how it turned out. I came in hoping for a decent haircut, nothing fancy just something simple and clean. But even those basic expectations weren't met. I'm not usually the type to complain, and I definitely don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I walked out of there feeling like I had to say something. I went here with my girlfriend yesterday, she got a wonderful haircut I got my haircut by a different girl and she completely ruined my hair, she didn't even wet my hair before she cut it and then she cut it way too short, then my face framing was completely uneven, I literally told her to stop after I saw her doing my face framing and it was horrible. I paid FULL PRICE and she didn't even speak to me. I had to have a friend fix my hair because it was so bad and I just am truly so disappointed. I'm so embarrassed of how I look. It has been two years since I've had my hair cut and it took a lot for me to be willing to go get a cut again. I haven't had much success with people being able to cut my hair correctly. All I wanted was a simple a line haircut and I even had to reference pictures of what I wanted so there was no confusion. I take off my glasses when I get my haircut so I can't always tell what exactly is going on but I had a feeling it was going to be short but not chin length short. This is not the hair can I ask for it all and I'm very disappointed and in the fact that the stylist could not do an a line haircut when somebody asks for instead I ended up with a bob haircut it's just not look good on my fat face. 12/28/17 I have always taken my grandson to Great Clips, and I have been very happy with the service we received. This was my first visit to the Keizer Station location, and it very disappointing. I walked in about 6:45, and the stylist said, "Did you check in online, if not there is a 35-40 minute wait, do you want to wait?" I declined, I probably wouldn't have minded the wait, but it was pretty obvious she did not want to serve us. So, off we toddled to Super Cuts at Keizer station. I usually get my haircut at a different place because I live in Washington most of the year, but I always go here for a quick trim when I visit home from college. Tip: Get the app so you can check in before you walk in to help get the cut faster. Skip the line and check in early! The staff is really nice. They always ask how my day is and what I've been doing. Also they actually seem to listen and care. It's always nice when you can have a conversation with your hairdresser. This is the place for a quick and easy haircut. If you're looking for a fancy haircut, or a new do, I would find somewhere else. The staff knows how to cut a simple look. I trust that they know what they are doing, but if I was to want a new look I would try somewhere else. Sometimes I wish they would play music. My sister and I went to the one in Keizer Station. I had checked us in online. When we walked in we were greeted by 2 women who had great smiles and welcomed us and asked if we checked in online. I said yes and my sister was immediately taken back after she had put all of our information in the computer. The second young lady who's name was Megan, smiled at me and said come on back. I was informed of the many deals my sister and I could get and we chatted about several things. I found her to be very congenial and interesting to talk to. My sister and I both liked our stylists and the way they both conducted themselves. We liked our haircuts and were told by both stylists to come back if we did not like the haircut. We were very satisfied with the salon, the hair cut and the stylists who waited on us. Megan seemed to be very knowledgeable about hair and her products. I am sorry that I do not remember the other girl's name and neither can my sister. But she also was very pleasant and knowledgeable in her skills. We both will return to this salon. read more

I checked in using there site ...which told me there was a 35 min wait in didn't mind had to shop at game stop and target ... by got there and was seen within 10 mins. Blane was amazing! I was I here a few months this ago. It's taken me awhile to figure out how to word this review. The staff was pleasant. The shop was clean. The wait was short. My hair was butchered. I have curly hair. And every time I come into one of these places, I ask them, "do you have experience with curly hair?" It's a waste I've learned. Because they all lie. I requested that the woman (short hair with tattoos) straighten my hair and cut it dry. I was willing to pay extra. I wanted my hair Cut so that it looked good when I styled it. She acted like she didn't need to do that and just went along cutting my hair. I could tell she wasn't doing it right, but once a cut is made...it's not like you can glue it back on. So I gave her the benefit of The doubt and hoped it would look good when I got home. It didn't. My bangs were uneven. Been here for about four haircuts now. I like that you can check in online and know you're approximate wait time but wish you could schedule an appointment in advance as well. I used to go to American classic barber in Keizer and needed a positive change. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my hair and I value respect. I came here and was pleasantly surprised when Rachael cut my hair! She was professional, sweet, and listened to what I wanted and she did it just right! She's my new go to! read more

They get your hair cut, it's affordable. That's about it. The staff can often be heard complaining about each other behind their back. They probably get paid very little compared to the industry. On 10/27/20 I went to get my hair cut at the Keizer Station Salon. I took 4 similar pictures of how I wanted my hair cut. Hair covering my ears and kind of a LONGER version of a pixie type style. After showing TRISHA my first choice I settled in for what I was hoping to be a decent haircut. When she was all finished I had almost no hair left and it was NOT EVEN CLOSE to any of the pictures. When I got to my car and took my mask off I was even more horrified as I had NO hair over my ears and the left side is shorter than the right side. I really wanted to cry but I think I was to traumatized to do so. In my entire life I've never had my hair cut this short!!! When I got home my husband (a former stylist) was appalled. Said he had never seen me with hair this short. Needless to say I will NOT be going to this salon again. Save your money and just pay for someone who knows what they're doing. The stylists here won't ask questions, won't answer any, won't talk and if they do its talk down to you. I watched them berate a 13 year old for being uncertain about his haircut and then badger him when he didn't like it. I should have waited and gotten my haircut at an actual stylist. After removing over two inches more than what I asked, the woman said well that's what you asked for, proceeded to defend herself and ask if I wanted layers (meaning more hair cut) and oh, the entire time she kept spraying me in the face with water to the point it soaked through the cover they put on and onto my shirt. Oh, and before I forget to mention, didn't even bother to dry my hair or remove cut strands. Nope, just used the blow drying to attempt to blow them away. RIP my hair, you deserved better. I went here the other day. My hairstylist was very nice until she started cutting my hair. She asked how many inches I wanted off the bottom, I said 4, yeah well she took off about 8 inches. While my hair was being chopped off she was getting heavily distracted talking to other hairstylists and customers which is why she cut off more than asked. I didn't tip her. I had checked in before i got there. When i arrived there were 2 ladies waiting. 3 stylists were working, however, 2 were very preoccupied with getting phone upgrades. One of them actually left and went over to at at&t while we're waiting. She comes back and proceeds to talk to the other stylist about what kind of phone she got, how much ot was etc. I thought it was a little rude considering there were 2 other ladies there for at least 15 min.. and i waited another 10 myself. I have been getting my hair cut at the Great clips At Keizer station from the time they opened this location and have never had to wait more then 15 20 mins.But today went in and was told it would be 45 mins for a hair cut because the stylist that was there was the only one they had and there were 4 people ahead of me. Can we get some managers in this place that know how to do a schedule? I am pretty sure that I will go back but it might be awaile.
