And add some tahini in a copious amount to give it the proper flavor. I ordered food through GrubHub not being aware that this was part of a local chain. After getting my food and attempting to eat it, I went to the website and that was when I learned that it was started not by a middle eastern family but by two entrepreneurs named Ray and Ryan. Therein lies the problem. This food is as authentic as a cubic zirconia is to diamonds. Even the beef kebab was lacking even though it was made out of ground beef which is the basis for the Middle Eastern ground beef kebab which is known as kofta. That was served with some kind of weird mayonnaise based dipping sauce, not at all appropriate. I'm taking the very large container of baba ganoush and putting it in the garbage because it's that inedible. I was able to get down the beef as long as I didn't use the dipping sauce. Overall, in the words of Captain Kurtz, oh the horror, the horror.
