I've been going to this Meineke location for 3 years and they've proven to me time and time again…read morethat they are trustworthy. They've had multiple opportunities where they could have taken advantage and gone after my money but instead they've always been completely honest and only repaired what absolutely had to be done. They've even done things such as replace a dead bulb and battery terminals for free. I've brought in my car two times for a diagnosis; the first time they said it would cost $70 for them to run an engine code through their fancy expensive code reader but it ended up just being a wire which was an easy fix so they charged me nothing at all (but if they really wanted to they could have) Today they quoted me $170 at first for an oil change plus a diagnosis but I ended up only paying $60 for everything because once again it was nothing big. Every employee I've spoken to has been super friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They're great with communication they walk me through everything which has honestly helped me learn quite a few things about my car lol. I'm glad I have a car shop near by that I can trust, I'll continue bringing in my car for oil changes or any concerns. Thank you Renton Meineke!

I had written a critical review of the Meineke experience I had last week. [Gave them 2 stars as…read morethey made the repair that I had suggested and didn't damage my vehicle. They insisted on charging $200 for a full diagnosis after 1)reservation desk promised free diagnosis before any charges and 2)desk person insisted on charges before any real diagnosis. I had the exact same problem previously and requested they look simply at the previous cause, desk tech disagree that my assessment was possible. After paying for full assessment, they verified that my guidance was 100% accurate and the did a few minute fix. Worth 15 minutes and considered not worth writing up at previous shop or charging. I discussed with a regional manager who listened professionally and promised a return call. They never called. Then I note the following posted to my critical review: "Victoria S. Business Customer Service Jun 28, 2026 We're sorry you had a negative experience with us at Meineke Car Care Center, Rick. We never want our customers to leave our store unhappy. Don't hesitate to reach out to us at (425) 529-9425 so that we can work with you to ensure your issue is resolved as soon as possible!" Irritating that they present that they want to discuss my disappointment after region manager failed to get back to me earlier. I called the provided phone number today and it was the front desk of the same shop that did the work. They never heard of Victoria nor had a way to reach her. WHETHER INCOMPETENCE OR DELIBERATE, their reply to my posting is fraudulent whitewashing. Presenting they have another process to make right, but it is unreachable. Such a shame that their promises and organization performance are so unreliable.

I have been to this shop twice, mainly because my brother recommended them and because my regular…read moremechanic (worth his weight in gold) was too busy to take me. The first time I went in for a catalytic converter issue and it took three visits to get it right. They made good on their word--sort of--but it introduced a theme with them that I encountered later: the good cop/bad cop routine between the mechanic, Kenny, and the front desk guy, Wayne. Wayne never seemed to take any accountability, it was always a Kenny thing. That's not what I call accountability. The second, and now last, time I took my car in I had them repair a bunch of things that led to my car stalling in traffic. I dropped 3 thousand dollars on repairs that lasted me 30 miles. The brand new hose to my radiator came off and fouled the motor. Of course, even though they had done all kinds of work on the cars they day before, none of this was their fault. So, to get my car back into drivable condition, it cost me another 4 thousand dollars. Had I known beforehand that I was going to get stuck spending 7 thousand dollars on my car, I would have probably taken a different course. When I took my car to my Real Mechanic, he said that I probably had a legal case against them (though impossible to prosecute) and that my engine "sounded like shit". They said the hose looked large and was probably cranked down too hard, and that was what led to the radiator flange breaking off. Oh, and Lioe's kept my car for three weeks while they were trying to fix it. If I had known that they would take that long (and their communication was terrible) then I would have been out a car just as long as waiting for my Real Mechanic to get me in. At this point I don't trust Lioe's enough to take the car back and have it serviced under warranty, should it have engine troubles. How's that for a spot to be in? They should fix it, but I don't think Kenny is either skilled enough, or scrupulous enough, to properly fix it. Feeling quite burned by the whole experience.

Huge shoutout to Richard, my service advisor, who took great care of me. The Bridgestone tires I originally wanted were no longer available, but Richard went above and beyond to price match them and get me taken care of without any hassle. What impressed me most, though, was the honesty. I went in fully expecting that I needed new brakes and was prepared to pay for them. After inspecting them, Richard let me know that my brakes were actually still in good shape and didn't need to be replaced. They easily could have made the sale and I probably wouldn't have questioned it, so that level of honesty really stood out to me. Great service, quick turnaround, fair pricing, and most importantly, a team I feel like I can actually trust. I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks again, Richard!

Save yourself the frustration and avoid Rairdon's Subaru of Auburn…read more On September 27, I called ahead regarding a 2014 Subaru Outback. The salesperson confirmed directly with both the General Manager and Sales Manager, Michael Choi, that the vehicle was available on a "first-come, first-served" basis, as a prior interested party had no deposit or active agreement. I arrived at 1:30, completed a test drive, agreed to the purchase price and to buy the vehicle by 2:15. The salesperson then requested Michael Choi initiate the purchase paperwork. I checked on the status of the paperwork at 3:00 and was told Choi was "trying to smooth things over" with the previous interested party because they were upset the car was being sold. Then at 3:15, we were suddenly informed the dealership would not sell us the car because the other party was en route. When questioned, Michael Choi falsely claimed the other party had a deposit (which makes no sense, why would he need to "smooth things over" if they already had a deposit and the car wasn't available?) Choi then produced paperwork that explicitly confirmed the prior deal was unwound, rescinded, no funds were held, and no agreement existed. Despite his own dealership's documentation proving the car was unreserved, Choi refused to honor our agreed purchase and denied ever confirming its availability that morning. When confronted with these contradictions, Choi leaned forward aggressively and stated, "I don't care if I sell that car. It's just a pile of metal to me." It became blatantly obvious that Choi kept us sitting in the showroom for an hour under the pretense of preparing our paperwork while he used our deal as leverage to get the other party to add $1,000 to the purchase. Although Rairdon's Customer Satisfaction Manager asked me to delay posting, potential buyers deserve to know how this dealership operates. Management uses deceptive statements, unethical sales tactics, and exhibits severe unprofessionalism. Take your business elsewhere.
