Took my car in for a routine oil change, and they managed to strip the drain plug threads on my oil pan, which I only discovered after my car started leaking oil all over my driveway. We got there 15-20 minutes early since we had another appointment set later on for the day. Technicians had a lack of care for our time. When It came down to getting the replacement air-filter we told them we were ready to leave but insisted on continuing to work on our vehicle. The technician offered us a "20 dollar coupon" for our time, however that was the discount coupon we got before even arriving to get serviced. Then when trying to leave the technician leaves the keys with themselves having me run back to get them from him. Honestly, If I could give 0 STARS I would they do not care about your time.

They are now only trying to pay me a portion of the bill. Have called countless times since, was told the original manager/asst manager was let go and that the regional manager would call me and then he was apparently let go as well. Each time I have called was told the new regional manager would call me or email me. It has now been over 4 weeks with me calling them countless times every week and still haven't received any contact from them other than an email with no context just an the amount of the partial reimbursement of what was promised to me. Called the store again and was told by their manager that that is what he was willing to offer me. Was very patient and kind in the beginning as I know we all mess up but after 4 weeks of just being told "the regional manager will contact you" every time I call has really flipped the switch. I got a standard oil change and the recommended 60k mile maintenance on my Civic, and I had to get a signal light assembly replaced that was severed, probably by a rodent. The part took a while to show up, but I think it was on the supply side as opposed to this shop's diligence. The shuttle service was pretty good. They dropped me off and picked me up with no hassles and it was a good conversation, too. I felt like they really cared about the quality of their work and cars in general. I would be remiss to skip over the coffee! I tried a latte while I was there and I was impressed. The flavor was just perfect, showcasing the quality of the roast.
