I always leave with a smile. Everyone explains the information well to make me feel comfortable about what is being done on my vehicle. They do an incredible, thorough job. What a pleasurable experience. Greeting time was appropriately calculated upon driving up. Very professional to say the least. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was surprised to hear it was $5 off rotation day on Wednesdays!! Always a great bonus!! The properly went through their procedures as always, offering services and new filters etc. Even though I don't always opt to accept them, I at least know they need to be done. As I left I was surprised to see a nice vacuum job done inside my vehicle and a beautiful flower on my dash board. How sweet!!!! Nice little touch. As I was leaving and just up the road I heard a loud noise. As I looked in my rear view mirror my hub cap had flown off and hit the curb. I pulled over immediately and unfortunately it was broken. I picked It up and returned, only to be greeted promptly and professionally again. As they recognized the issue they quickly addressed it with the Manager. I went and purchased a new set nearby, returned with the receipt and reimbursed for the unfortunate mistake and damage caused. What a great way to end the day and accept responsibility for mistakes. Usually, I have really good experiences with Grease Monkey. This was my first visit to the 515 S Federal Blvd location. They recorded the wrong mileage and date on my invoice. They didn't secure the dust cover and oil pan. On my commute home, I started hearing the loose items scraping against the road. To resolve these issues, I took my car to another Grease Monkey location the next morning. I will not be returning to the Federal location. read more

Anyways, I was told my headlights were a little dim from my Sister. I decided to get it looked at and get them replaced if needed. This location on South Federal, Grease Monkey (#9) was recommended by a Co-worker who takes her car there. I came there expecting lots of work on my lights. The men working there were nice and quick when it came to my car. They did a check on the lights and told me everything was fine. The only thing needed changing was a small light. They replaced it and I was on my way. I APPRECIATED that they were Honest and that they didn't try to up sell me. You HAVE MY BUSINESS NOW. This is where I'll be going for my car maintenance needs. First time ever going and it will be the last too! They didn't even put the oil cap back on and when we called from the side of the road, they took over half an hour to bring a new oil cap and oil. After all this, we had to go BACK to grease monkey to be told that the check engine light (which was NOT on before this) won't clear, but it's okay, there's nothing wrong. Wtf. To top all this off, while we were there fighting for a refund, I (a woman) was completely ignored by the male staff while my husband (obviously a man) was being responded to EVERY time. read more
