These guys at Grease Monkey are the best. Reasonable pricing . Five Star Service. Once again this is the place for all my oil changes. read more

Fast, friendly, and clean. Easy to get to from highway 4 and they have snacks and drinks while you wait. Will definitely be back

Called today I was able to get in right away for an oil change. Clean location I would recommend this place to friends and family.

I searched a lot to find a place to fix my car. I was not disappointed with my choice. In fact it was a great choice. They took care of everything and they didn't wipe my wallet clean. Definitely using them again. read more

They are well-run and efficient. For what I needed, they were also a value. Got me out sooner than estimated.

Went to grease monkey to get taillight fix. Not only did they do that. They changed the bulbs for my license plate. I was so lucky to find them and they're inexpensive and fast! Thank you Carlos and GM team! read more

This was my second time at this auto center and as always it was great. They are always helpful and the cost is appropriate for the amount of care they place in your car. I appreciate they vacuum and clean my windshield. I would highly recommend Grease Monkey to anyone. read more

Seriously one of the best car garages I have even been to. Carlos is a stand up guy who you can trust to be honest and up front. He recently helped me with my car and gave me really honest opinions even when they were hard to hear. He did not stop trying to help me figure out what was going on with my 2011 Chevy Malibu and consistently went above and beyond to help me. He has my business for good. Oil change to car trouble this is the place you want to take your car to. read more

Very quick service even when they are busy. I love that they wash the windows and vacuum the inside of your car with oil change services.

I will not go back. Really needed a oil change. They charged me$92 after telling me it was going to be $63. Last time at GMC dealership paid $62. Price was terrible for 5 qts of oil. They said they vacuumed vehicle and cleaned windows. Front windshield still had bugs and they did not vacuum. Would never go back and anyone thinking of going think again. read more

Newly renovated with friendly staff. I am happy with new management and I will keep coming back.

Nice staff, clean facility, complimentary beverages and snacks while waiting! I don't go anywhere else.

These guys are great , price is always lowest in town and they don't do the hard upsell. I take all my vehicles here. I come over from concord just to get an oil change read more

What a great place! Everyone there was very helpful, nice and very professional!! They explained everything that they were going to do before my oil change and after. Definitely the cleanest oil change place I've ever been too!! I'll definitely go back there to service my car again!! read more

Came in to get an oil change on my car, the guy that helped me was really friendly and straight forward, they even clean your windows and vacuum your car . I would totally come back. And they have a waiting area with coffee and some snacks read more

Something has happened to the original owner and it is now under new ownership. I think the employees are all new and don't know what they are doing. They caused damage to my car and refuse to fix it. They have lost me as a customer. Time to find another shop to take my car to. I do not recommend them. Take your car there at your own risk. read more

I always take my care for oil change but the working crew needs close supervision. Forget to vacuum and clean the windows, steering wheel is too slippery to handle after their job and never wipe it. read more

Grease Monkey is fine for oil change. However they are terrible at other repairs. They had my truck for 4 weeks trying to fix engine light issue. Cost me hundreds of dollars but never was repaired. With my wife's car they had it 6 weeks and could not solve the problem. Charged us about $800 total. Owner, Carlos agreed to refund the last $360.00. However, he never did. No integrity! I don't do business with deceitful persons, it is up to you. read more

Dropped in for the first time a few days ago for an oil change. Excellent customer service and a very reasonable price. Highly recommended. read more

I have been already to this place twice and I must say they give great service, efficient, friendly and professional. Their price is reasonable and affordable. Plus, they don't just do oil changes. They also have complimentary drinks and snacks Incase you stay there longer than expected. One thing I did appreciate was their services and price are available on hand. You can have a copy so there's no hidden fees whatsoever. The mechanics also remind you any potential problems of your car ahead of time but they give you the option of fixing it yourself. They don't pressure you to fix it at that time. I would recommend this business to anyone. read more

I waited in line at Oil Changers for 30 minutes to find out my lip wouldn't clear the bars on the floor of their shop so that was a waste of time. So I called around a handful of shops to see if they would be able to do an oil change on my Miata because is lowered about 2.5 inches. Luckily, Grease Monkey was able to do the job! The price was $39.99 pre tax for the oil change (conventional oil). I met the manager, Carlos at the register and was really friendly and offered me refreshments in the fridge in the front. He's a real chill guy and works really hard to run a tight shop. I am glad to see that there is an honest and great group of guys that work here that don't try to oversell you services you aren't comfortable committing to just yet. My differential fluid was really dirty after they did an inspection on my car which was $69.99. Also, if you write a review or call in for appointment you get $7 off your bill which is great! Let's face it, small businesses need the help building their reputation from your honest opinion, which is great since we all go online to hunt for reputable stores/shops. A big plus is that they vacuum your car and put covers over your seat and steering wheel to prevent grease from spreading! Thank you! read more

Great service. It's very hard to find a reliable and fair mechanic but these guys are the best in my opinion. After taking my bug there I'm going to have them do all my cars. They can do it all. Not just lube read more

Excellent service! Great prices! This was my first time using them but I plan to make Grease Monkey off Auto Dr my first choice when it comes to services for my car. I got my brakes done and their price was by far the cheapest in the area. And they did it same day no appointment. Carlos is super friendly and gives details on the repairs and car questions I had that was clear and easy for me to understand. read more

I've had my oil changed here several times. Great place! Fair prices. Knowledgeable and professional staff. They'll let you know if something needs to be replaced. My car didn't have the brake fluid cap. They pointed it out to me. I wasn't aware. Comfortable couches while you wait. Clean restroom if needed. They even have a small fridge filled with soft drinks. Definitely recommend checking this place out! read more

I came here because of all the fabulous yelp reviews. I just got back from having my oil changed on my VW GTI and I also needed them to check why the check engine light came on. They did a VERY thorough check and determined the problem. I appreciate the honesty and thoroughness that was put into the check. We discussed my options and figured out what we needed to do. I also appreciate that the owner (?) was so knowledgeable about Volkswagen because that is hard to find! I will definitely be coming back to all my future needs! read more

I always and only come here for my oil changes. I love the customer service. I would and do recommend anyone here.

I love Grease Monkey, best customer service and they are super fast. This is my second time coming in, and both times I have been seen on the same day, no need to schedule an appointment. read more

Today, around 5pm, I (and my 2 young children) drove in the automated car wash at Grease Monkey and the bay doors closed and we got the car washed and then went to pull out and the door wouldn't open! We were trapped inside! I called the number on the board (multiple times!) for the shop and no answer and even tried the after hours number with no answer! I finally called my husband and he came over and everyone was gone! So then he called dispatch who almost immediately got an answer and then about 10-15 minutes later a guy shows up and I roll down the window and he says "you just have to pull the cord here" and start pulling up the door! He didn't ask how we were, nothing! Then I ask if he can put up a sign about it and he says "oh no that's not allowed." I just stared at him and then he adds that this happens every few days. My husband even asked him about it and said how would I know that?! How would my wife, who's trapped in there, know that? And the guy just shrugged it off! I was so close to having a panic attack and won't be able to go into a car wash for who knows how long! read more

Great service and fast. Went in for an oil change and they took me right away. I was out of there very quick and they checked all the hoses and lights and air filters. I happened to be in a hurry but I didn't tell them that and it didn't matter. I would happily recommend Grease Monkey in Antioch for your next auto service! read more

I haven't had any services from this place yet. I am going this morning! But to get a quote through email was super easy and convient! They were so pleasant and really fast. I had sent quotes to about 6 other places and they responded an entire day before everyone else. Great customer service! read more

This is my new favorite place to bring my car to for maintenance. The environment is so nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and they even offer refreshments. They were very quick and did exactly what I needed and a little bit extra. I will definitely come back the next time I need some work on my car. read more
