First off, they use direct from Italy flour to make their dough, and it is that perfect combination of chewy and crisp that I love. After preparing your dough, you add toppings, and then it bakes up so quickly in their pizza oven. The owners were the ones leading us though our journey, and I just thought they were so gracious and kind. Our pizzas turned out great! If you're looking for a fine dining experience, you may wish to consider someplace else. This is a no-frills casual experience where you order at the counter and sit down. This also means they expect to be tipped before you get your meal. Our table service was pretty lackluster. There's country music playing overhead and a couple of flat screens to stare at, but not much else. I heard they sold wine here, but their selection is terrible. There's a few commercial choices of beer and a seltzer, but not much else which is why we settled on a cup of water. We got the Caesar salad (which looked really good), the lasagna and a pepperoni/mushroom calzone. Both our meals came out several minutes apart, and my calzone was a real disappointment. The marinara came out in a small plastic cup, and it was literally ice cold!! After I cut through the calzone I noticed they had completely forgotten the mushrooms even though I paid for them. To make matters worse, it's served on a sheet of paper so you wind up cutting it up with your calzone and eating some of it. The less than 1" high lasagna looked fairly unappetizing with 2 cold stale bread sticks. According to other yelpers they may make a good pizza, but our meals were so disappointing that we won't be back. So the lesson here is to skip the dine in and get the pizza to go. My wife and I came into town to visit some friends and found this place on Yelp. This place serves really, really good pizza!! I was actually quite surprised at how flavorful it was. My wife got the cauliflower crust and it was cooked to perfection. When you walk into the place and see that big red pizza oven in the middle of the kitchen you know these guys know what they are doing! And to top it all off the service was impeccable! My husband and I wanted to check out this place because of the great reviews its received and it definitely lived up to the hype! Overall the ambiance is very casual where you can order at the counter or with a QR code on the tables. They have beer/wine and some desserts. One of the owners, Sherry, was really helpful while ordering and was very friendly and inviting and you can automatically tell how easy going and warm of an environment the restaurant is. We started off by ordering 8 wings - half mango habanero and half garlic parmesan and the sauces were great! The mango habanero was the perfect combination of sweet and spicy and I wanted the lick my plate of garlic parmesan to savor the sauce. We also got the margherita pizza (2nd most popular apparently after pepperoni) and it was SO delicious - you can tell how fresh the ingredients are and the fresh homemade red sauce was the star of the show Service was really quick - it took about 15 minutes for the pizzas to come out and was friendly from start to end. Grazie Pizzeria is a place I will most def be coming back to and would recommend to anyone who wants mouth-watering pizza! read more

There aren't a ton of eating choices in Manor yet even as it grows exponentially towards becoming the next Round Rock in the Austin suburbs. Eataly Pizzeria is located in a cute, industrial looking building on the north side of town off of Highway 973 and is one of the highest rated restaurants around. Looking at the menu, we decided to try a couple of carryout pizzas. I'll start with the positives: service is super fast and uber friendly here. The prices are pretty much in line with the area. We tried the blanco and diavola pies. The blanco is coated in a white sauce and garnished with artichoke hearts and mushrooms along with mozzarella and ricotta cheese. It had a generous amount of toppings and although a little on the bland side, was fairly tasty. I really liked the flavor of the diavola, a nicely spicy red sauced pie with sausage. The big problem I had was the crust. While very thin, it was also very limp and not crispy at all. I don't know if this is an Austin thing because I have been to several pizzerias in the area that also have very thin crusts that are just too soft to be useful. Chicago thin crust pizzas don't have this issue but are also a little thicker to be fair. My favorite Austin pizza has a similarly thin crust that remains crispy though so not sure what the problem is. Possibly the pies need to be left uncut until serving so that the moisture from the toppings doesn't seep into the crust and render it droopy. It's a shame because everything else here is pretty great. It's in a different tier than your typical pizza joint with some really awesome flavors but for me the crust is problematic. I'll have to give it a try again in the future. read more

The staff was a little slammed with takeout orders and apologized profusely for the wait, but in my opinion it was still pretty quick (and totally worth it). And who can blame everyone who wanted a pizza like this? I would recommend eating in if you can, to really give yourself the enjoyment of the setup. I've been to Italy, and the owner and I got to talk about how he'd visited the oldest pizzeria in the country (late 1700s I believe is when it opened). It turns out they use the same flour and Grazie's owner got challenged to make a pizza in Italy after he got to talking to that establishment's owner. They are not playing around with their pizza! WOW! First of all, the pizza is phenomenal! I'm from the Northeast where good pizza is standard and I've had such a hard time finding pizza I've liked since moving here. This pizza checks all the amazing boxes AND it's in Manor. It's almost like a dream coming true! The service was also top notch! I called before I placed my online order to ask about balsamic and the woman was so incredibly nice and said she'd personally see to it that when my order came in that she'd make sure to include a side of balsamic for me. Sure enough, she hand delivered the pizza (curbside!) to my car and there was my balsamic gleaming in the moonlight. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt heard and I'll never forget it. My fiancé and I absolutely love this restaurant! I've lived in NY and Italy previously and I have craved some quality pizza. I have a really sensitive stomach and can't tolerate fast food pizza like Dominoes or Pizza Hut. Plus, there's a huge quality disparity between the real thing and overly processed substitutes. My taste buds and my stomach are both content after eating here . We always order take out and they're so fast we never have to wait longer than 15 minutes. I'm super excited to see that they've started to offer delivery in the evening. I work late and most places in Manor close before I get off. I can't wait to place a delivery order during work tomorrow. It has a regular casual pizzeria vibe with small town charm. I love seeing that they have coloring book pictures up on the wall from local students, it's super cute. We ordered a Margherita and a pesto veggie pizza, with Peronis to wash it all down. I thought the pizza was very good - a shade shy of 'authentic' Neopolitan pizza as the crust was not dark enough and the toppings were heavy-handed, but that's just being nit-picky. The dough is fresh, they do a proper San Marzano red sauce, and top their pizzas with olive oil, so it's a gold star in my book. We'll definitely be back. read more

They have a super expensive brick oven that does the cooking. The hospitality is great. I like to order a mushroom pizza with the caprese salad on the side. My husband and I ordered a pizza and pepperoni rolls from this location tonight. When my husband first walked in, he noticed a huge brick oven (which we both love) and so we're off to a good start. He buys the pizza and pepperoni rolls, gets in the car and we head home. We make a salad to go with our purchase. We open the pepperoni rolls box first and we are happy so far, we check the pizza box next and we were kind of like eh. I eat my salad and I go to eat a pepperoni roll with the marinara sauce given. The sauce lacks soooooooo much flavor!! And I do mean flavor. It's like they created the delicious sauce then cut it by adding too much water. The pepperoni roll tasted better with our ranch at home. Ok on to the pizza, it was dry, the crust tasted good but it desperately needed more sauce. And I do mean desperately. I'd think the sauce is the sauce given with the pepperoni rolls is the same and I'm sure it is, since it's dry and when you cut ingredients with water that's what happens. Overall it's a 3 (at best) out of 5. MAYBE we got the "bottom of the barrel" of the sauce so we will try it one more time, but if the marinara sauce hasn't improved we won't be back. read more
