I was looking for a light lunch and decided to give this place a try. When you walk into this location it is cleaned and minimally decorated. The menu is located above the register and easy to read. They offer salads, cold sandwiches, and hot sandwiches. On this particular visit I decided to go with the cold steak sandwich and a sparkling cucumber drink. The sandwich comes on sliced sourdough. There is a little bit of mayonnaise fresh lettuce, roasted and pickled bell pepper, generous portion of steak, provolone cheese, and chimichurri sauce. The combination of the pickled pepper and the chimichurri against the saltiness of the cheese and the steak made it a perfect balance. The bread was fresh it wasn't overly dressed with mayonnaise or chimichurri. Overall I think this was one of my very favorite sandwiches in a long time. I decided to go with the house salad instead of the chips. The salad was fresh it was very basic but with the flavorful sandwich you really didn't need much more. The lettuces were crispy and not overly dressed. V cucumber sparkling water was very good and went perfectly with my sandwich. It had a very refreshing cucumber flavor and the zestiness of a sparkling water. It didn't say it had 11 carbs from sugar which was surprising because it wasn't sweet at all. Definitely a great drink for a hot day like today. The service was efficient and it was friendly. The one thing that was odd was the staff was speaking very loudly from the kitchen and that was a little bit distracting. They weren't saying anything outrages but were probably a little bit louder than they needed to be. I don't live in the area so I'm bummed that this isn't my standard lunch spot. I would love to have something like this in my neighborhood where I can go get a healthy lunch, a big salad, or just a comfy place to work. But when in town, I will certainly return! read more

Love their turkey bacon panini! One of my favorite sandwiches in town! Definitely recommend to anyone.

Paninis were excellent and unexpectedly the double chocolate brownie was top tier in taste for baked goods.

Always such good food with short wait times! A must stop when visiting TC and shopping nearby at Costco.

Graze was a place in Kennewick i had not tried. I went twice in a weekend. Good all natural food for a fair price. Service was reasonable. I had a Pannini the first day and a chicken breast sandwich the next trip back. Both were fair portions for what you pay for and made in a reasonable amount of time. I will go back when I'm in the area in need of a quick bite to eat over other choices for the healthier options they have to offer. read more

If I lived here, I'd eat here all the time. Not only did they make me a sandwich that wasn't on their menu, it's one of the best BLTs I ever had. It looked wholesome, colorful, hearty, and dare I say, healthy. Then I ate it, and it was all those things minus the healthy. The cheese. The bacon. The soft yet crunchy bread. The LT, and the buttery oil that just melted into everything. I could see this place doing especially well in Seattle or PDX. Especially if it was in an older, more unique building! read more

Always amazing. Have made this place a regular stop and never been disappointed. Highly recommend

Both my wife and I are food connoisseurs and enjoy good quality food so after seeing several good reviews about Graze we decided to give it a try. Our experience was that the customer service was friendly and the food was good quality with good flavor making this most likely our choice sandwich shop in the Tri-Cities. The entrees we decided to order were the Ruben and Flank Steak sandwiches with the salad as the side dish. The Flank Steak sandwich had great flavor but I will warn the people that don't enjoy spicy food to use caution with this sandwich since it has jalapeños and a delicious chipotle sauce that isn't for the non heat loving foodies. The Ruben had its pastrami nicely crisped on the edges which added a nice crunch and had a nice flavored Russian dressing that went well with the sauerkraut. The side salad was mixed spring greens with carrots and a bit of cucumber topped with a house vinaigrette that had decent flavor. The one thing that I would say they need to offer is fresh brewed ice tea for the heavy drinkers like me that don't enjoy drinking warm tap water or can't see wasting money on buying a small bottles beverage from their fridge. The only other thing that was a bit of a major turn off was mid way thru my wife's salad she found a pretty rotten clump of greens that made her stop eating it. We eat greens allot and are understanding about how quickly greens towards the bottom of a container can go bad but I still think this is a bit unacceptable and hope it was a one off mistake that slipped by unnoticed by the chefs. Overall its reasonable priced for reasonable portions and has the best flavored sandwiches in the Tri-Cities thats we have came across since moving here. read more

Stopped here on our way through to Canada. Cute, clean, and quick. To go packaging was done nicely. Staff was friendly. Vegan food options, however nothing listed gluten free (reason for four stars). They do offer salads and said they believed the Cesar dressing was gluten free. Vinaigrettes would probably be safe as well. But nothing labeled. Got the Cesar salad and added chicken. Nice size and dressing was good! Sandwiches looked very yummy, but not labeled gluten free. read more

My go-to place for work week lunches! Great food, fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and very willing to make diet accommodations. I really appreciate the ease of ordering on the app and being able to grab it from their pick-up counter and be on my way. read more

Good tasting food/sandwiches. I had a BLT and my dad had a Turkey/avocado, they were very tasty. However, the sandwiches were way to large. Couldn't even get you mouth around it. Stacked too high with ingredients. Also, it was very messy. Sandwiches should fit in you mouth easily and not fall apart when eating them. Used several napkins to clean my hands. Otherwise it was a great place to eat. I would go there again. read more

The food here is wonderful. The service, not so much. Ordered a to-go order. Got home and realized it wasn't what we had ordered. Drove back. they refused to correct it or refund. We ended up having to find food elsewhere. Good customer service means making it right. Even though I love their sandwiches, I don't know if I can go back. read more

Some might say it's pricey, but I feel like I always get my money's worth? Obsessed with the grilled cheese and tomato soup!

First visit - I tried the Banh Mi sandwich as I was more curious than anything to see how this place would prepare a traditional vietnamese style sandwich. I honestly did not like it that much, but I was also comparing it to a traditional sandwich. The fusion version for me did not outshine the original. It had a ton of cold eat and I think that part was actually overwhelming. Some may like the large helping of meat, I get why that would normally be a good thing Second go round I tried the pulled pork torta with chipotle dressing, pickled jalapeño and avocados. I loved this sandwich! The pork was great! The bread was good and sandwich was not dry, which has been the case at some other nearby sandwich shops serving pulled pork. Highly recommend this choice for a good fusion sandwich! read more

Food is always the same consistency wise and really good! Only overall gripe would be the service. Sometimes they forget stuff so if you do get something to go just make sure to check before you leave! read more

This isn't any ordinary sandwich place - they super fancy. Get the turkey avocado bacon panini. It sounds ordinary but for some reason this sandwich is REALLY good. It's probably because of the perfect crisp of the sandwich along with the sea salt on top. I'd also recommend the pulled pork torta sandwich if you're feeling a heavier sandwich. (Although the Cobb salad had all fresh ingredients, it was just meh. Pastrami sandwich was also just meh.) The food, atmosphere, and fact that this place uses all farm fresh ingredients makes this place a high quality star establishment! You can also stop by the local coffee shop a few stores down for a nice hot drink to pair with your sandwich on a cold day. One of the best lunches I've had in a while! read more

Great sandwiches, so fresh & yummy! Will return again & again!!!! So good & great service

First time here. Came because its got almost 5 stars and we wanted to try something new. Definitely was not disappointed. Flank steak torta and the Jack. Both are absolutely delicious! Little disappointed that they don't offer a selection of chips, but the side salad with champagne dressing? So, so good. This will definitely become a regular spot of ours. Hours aren't great for our work life, but days off will see us here for lunch! Don't pass this place up! Great price for FANTASTIC food! read more

Ordered online.Fast service. Salad was enough for two. Vegetables were fresh and colorful, lots of chicken and other ingredients

The best thing about the menu here is that it has the basics to satisfy unadventurous eaters and then it has basics with a twist. All of them done deliciously with a punch of flavor. I tend to order the paninis and love the every time. read more

roasted pear salad with turkey is the best! also the lemon grass salad ..............

If you love graze you should check out circle K, 7 eleven or one of the many pre made sandwiches in groceries stores around the tri cities. I had heard good things about this place from a few people and after eating there I had to double check that there wasn't another place called Graze. I got a Torta and the wife got a turkey avocado which were mostly bread that was dry and old. Fillings on both were minimal and for the most part tasteless. It's possible I caught them on an off day but Monday at 11:30 they should be ready to rock and roll. My wife told me the line sometimes runs out the door so I'm genuinely confused. Good luck if you roll the dice. I'll eat elsewhere read more

I loved this place. And it kills me to give 2 stars. It's only for anything with steak. The chef informed me I was being unfair but people know when corners are cut and it's not the same flavour. I called salad in , had no idea salty pastrami had been subbed for steak . Then to find out they will no longer be putting flank on the Cobb. Salty pastrami goes with a Ruben warm. It does not work well with the salad. I was told by owner it's excellent. So I guess I'm incorrect in saying it was not good. Day 2 this week. Steak has been downgraded to basically roast beef sliced thin. the "chef" is trying to save money because he did respond today and thinks this review is unfair . I'd rather pay More money and keep better meat. read more

Delicious food! Love the dining in or take out options. Fast service and fresh ingredients.

Love this place. The food is always fantastic and the staff is friendly and helpful. The reason for the 4 stars is the tipping arrangement: there is no longer an option to tip on credit/debit cards and no tip jar. Owners, I love this establishment and want to continue to support, but you are doing your staff a serious disservice by your discouraging tipping options. As a member of the F&B industry I know how important that extra bit of $$$ can be for morale and by not encouraging tips it feels a bit like you're not truly appreciative of your staff. Please consider allowing cc tips again and adding a tip jar. read more

Very clean and very nice workers. But they are not like a normal sandwich shop. They do not have ham.

Fabulous consistent greatness at every location. You'll never find a fresher place for lunch in this area!

DELICIOUS!!! I had a chicken Caesar salad and holy moly was that thing CREAMY!!! Perfect amount of lettuce, dressing, and Parmesan flakes! You can never ask for no mayo and get no mayo on your sandwich. It's constant. Either the employees don't care or don't pay attention.
