The pineapple added the perfect balance to cut through the heftiness of the cheese. Service and quick since your order at the counter and they bring it out to you. Went to the Bruchi's on Kennewick Avenue in Kennewick, Wa. We ordered a Cheesesteak Sub. It came and there wasn't anything on it . If it had a 1/2 cup of meat on it that was all that there was. this was supposed to be an 8" sub and it didn't even cover the bottom of the bun. It was not anything like the photos that are shown of it. The cheese that was on it was maybe a half a slice of cheese. We were charge $25.00 and change. Not bad at all! The first time I went, I ordered the pepper steak sandwich. I had to add my own veggies from home because it was heavy on the meat but light in the banana peppers. I needed that fresh crunch. The drive through was quick and easy. When I went back, the drive through experience was hell. It took over fifteen minutes. What the heck? It was so starkly different from my first experience...and I almost drove away because I hadn't even paid yet--there was nobody there. I ordered the Italian, and it was so heavy with mayo that it was dripping out of my sandwich. Meh. The overall summary? First time in this location. It is much larger, nicer and cleaner than the Pasco location. They have flat screen TVs everywhere and booths and tables. We ordered our philly cheesesteaks, side of spinach salad and fries. First of all, I think it was the manager who brought us our food. NICE! I'm used to someone yelling out a number and grabbing it yourself. Second, the salad was served on a plate with a metal fork, not on wax paper and plastic basket and fork. What is this, fine dining? Lol... The sandwiches were hot and melty as it should be. The crinkle fries were abundant and piping hot. The salad was fresh and loaded with bacon pieces, fresh cheese and croutons. They burnt the shit out of my chicken sandwich. I know they knew they messed up on my sandwich because I asked for jalapeños on it and they forgot but were like fuck it let's just put the jalapeños is a paper bag and he can add it on himself. That part was annoying but not that big of a deal. The fact that they burned every piece of chicken on my sandwich is what was lame. Wish I didn't tip them anything. Decent consistent cheesesteaks with some fantastic fries! I go there about once a month and they are usually spot on with quality!

My father would go to Bruchi's for many years before I ever tried it, he'd go on about how good the cheesesteaks were. He's no longer of this world unfortunately but I've enjoyed them on multiple occasions now throughout the Tricities area and I'm always impressed with the food and the service. They hire polite and courteous people and it shows. The meals are on the pricey side for a sandwich place but sometimes you gotta go and get one. I hope you keep this trend up Bruchi's cuz I'll keep coming! read more

Bruchi's used to be my absolute favorite sandwich shop years ago. I moved out of the area several years ago and being back again, I couldn't wait for bruchi's. Sadly I was SUPER let-down. I ordered to-go Sunday evening and live less than a mile away, yet when I got home to immediately start eating I found the fries were already cold and soogy, and the roasted turkey sandwich was sloppily thrown together on under-baked bread. Not sure I will give them another try due to how disappointed I was. The bread used to be amazing and the fries always used to be hot and crispy. This place used to be the best Bruchi's. Not sure what happened. Possibly new employees that have no knowledge what customer service is, or this location has employees who just don't care. We ordered at the end of the night in the drive through. Got home, our burgers were hot but not the fries, they were extremely cold and raw in the middle. I called as I ended up throwing the fries away. The young male employee tried to cut me off and tell me they were closed. I had explained we ordered at the drive through and came home, our burgers were hot but the fries extremely cold and soggy. I asked how long they've been sitting there as I know food should be served hot and at a certain temperature. He then stated he's taken his food handlers permit and the fries just need to be golden brown. I had then explained to him the fries we got were white, cold in the middle and soggy, not golden brown as he stated. He then stated he didn't understand why I was calling. I was paying for a product and quality I didn't receive. He then stated if I had the receipt to bring it back and get the fries replaced. I believe this employee misses the point of this conversation. No one likes eating raw cold soggy fries. Where is the quality Bruchi's claims?? "The Bruchi's Way The words fresh and quality are thrown around so much among restaurants today that they have lost their validity. ... None of our finished products are pre made or pre cooked. ... I've been a customer for many years and have always loved their sandwiches. Recently I my pick up order was missing a sandwich. When I called I was told I could come back and pick it up but as my entire family was ready to eat that wasn't really an option. They told me they couldn't refund my card but would give me the exact amount of the sandwich on a gift card that they would hold at the counter for me (no apologies). Two weeks ago I placed another online order for my family and requested the gift card at pick up to apply to my order - no gift card waiting for me and no one there apparently had the ability to approve a $9 credit. When I got home and unpacked our dinner for our family of 5, the cheesesteak was a mess - not sure what sauce was on it but it had leaked all over everything and was completely inedible. Literally dripping through the wrapper. Another family meal messed up. Since they didn't seem to care the previous time about making things right I didn't even bother calling.
