Ordered the lemongrass salad only to find a large chunk of mud in the bottom of my bowl. I thought my salad had a grainy texture to it but didn't think much of it until I found the chunk of mud in the bottom of the bowl. The chunk was a little larger than a nickel. When I went to show an employee, her response was "sorry bout that." There was nothing genuine about it at all. No offer for a refund, or another salad on them another time, nothing. I would have spent a lot of money here just on salads alone so probably a good thing I will never give this place my business again. read more

We brought my in laws here for lunch and we can't wait to come back! The food was delicious and you got a great sized sandwich for the price. My MIL got a side salad and it was huge! I got the Sexy Time Sandwich and I regret nothing, it was amazing!! My MIL got the Steak Torta and it was huge! My Husband and FIL got the pastrami with saur kraut and I got to steal a bite and the flavor from it was really good! Ordered on line in the late afternoon. Waited a good 15 minutes before showing up. When I got there not even started on the salads. All 4 employees standing around gossiping about who know what. Very disappointing. Place was dirty and trash needed dumped. Great menu, poor attention to detail. Still waiting for my three salads, twenty five minutes after ordering. I normally love this place. Although it originated in Walla Walla, I would still say that Graze is the best food the Tri-Cities has to offer such an affordable price point and with such quality ingredients. All of the individual components are great, and more importantly they taste perfect in conjunction with each other. Everything we have had there has been both fresh and flavorful. Even if graze were located in a much larger market with a much more competitive restaurant scene, I would give it five stars. This place would stand out in Portland or Seattle, with all the gourmet and none of the pretensions or price points. read more

Three of us went for lunch and it was fresh and yummy. We ordered the chipotle pulled pork torta, veggie sandwich, and the sexy (chicken, cheese, bacon panini). All had a unique flavor, the size of portion was large on the torta and veggie sandwich and small on the sexy. They had bottled root beer and the sides where good though a little stingy with only a sliver of pickle. Only downside is it was packed and no seating inside. read more

Very delicious and unique sandwiches. The food and cleanliness were great. And an odd feature, the toilet paper they have is super soft, not the cheap tissue paper stuff most businesses have. It would be nice for customers to wait to claim a table until after they place their orders. This is a clientele problem not the establishment. read more

This sandwich shop has a great variety of delicious sandwiches that use fresh and tasty ingredients. We had the Lemon Chicken sandwich and a side salad. Both were delicious and perfectly filling. Holy cow I can't remember the last time a veggie sandwich left me so satisfied. Damn that was good !! A HUGE Veggie torta filled with all sorts of goodness. and it comes with some greens on the side. You can bet I'll be stopping here on every trip to and through the Tri-Cities area. Would love a fountain drink machine to be added but honestly that's just glutinous. read more

The sandwiches here are pretty tasty. I got a manly grilled cheese and had turkey and bacon added to it. The turkey was pretty dry but overall the sandwich was good. It came with a handful of chips and looked like they grabbed some out of a Ms Vickie's bag and dropped it on the plate. My smokin hot wife thought the bread was a little too hard and the meat in her sandwich could have used some salt. The salad that came with her sandwich was apparently good. read more

Banh Mi tasted fine but the bread was a toasted and sliced baguette not the more traditional soft baguette. It pretty much tore my mouth up. There is no ice available for your drink and the house water cooler is room temperature water. Drinks from the cooler were not very cold. I wouldn't recommend it. read more

My wife would take trips to Walla Walla and eat at Graze before the Kennewick Location opened. She would often talk about their Caesar salad. I didn't understand how a bowl of lettuce could be that much different than a bowl of lettuce at any other place, but I finally went with her yesterday and she was right.
