I was told my order had not been started... it would be "about another 30 minutes"...that they were backed up "50" sandwiches... and that they tell everyone orders will take 30 to 45 minutes. Because they don't personally take the orders, you order on a slip of paper tossed into a basket, and there is no sign posted advising people of the wait time, the wait time advisement realistically does not exist. Given this level of business you would think more staff would be working but I saw one person making pizza and only two people towards the back making sandwiches. That said, at best, I heard four or five names called for finished sandwiches in over 35 minutes. Honestly, I felt this was beyond unreasonable and requested to cancel the order for a refund. By the time I received a refund, it was disappointing our outing adventure was a failure and I paid an extra $20 in rental fees to just stand around waiting for a sandwich that never came.
