I ordered two sandwiches from here earlier and TLDR: Bread was soggy from wet turkey! When the sandwiches arrived they were both completely soggy on the bottom. My guess is, since there was nothing on the bottom but the turkey on both of our sandwiches, thats the culprit. Using a low grade turkey that exudes water like a broken faucet doesn't treat the bread properly. My family usually gets 5 sandwiches at a time, and they get the order out, and it's what we expect. However, I just ordered one sandwich with no vegetables, and they gave me the completely wrong sandwich, only bread and bacon. I paid $22 plus a tip for bread and bacon. When I called to ask if I could get the correct sandwich or even a refund, the woman who answered barely spoke English and refused to admit they had made a mistake, let alone give me the sandwich I paid for. Such a disappointment. Ordered 2 sandwiches, 3 people working talking among themselves ignoring the customers while one was making my sandwich. I stated light lettuce, piled on sandwich then grabbed the extra lettuce and threw it back in the bin. Poured extra oil and vinegar. No mayonnaise or mustard on sandwich. Could not interrupt, too busy talking to her other clerks. The provolone was so thin it was like a thin piece of cardboard. The other sandwich was made right but over priced for the amount of meat and cheeses on it. Also, clerk was refilling lettuce, tomatoes etc bins. Cleaning around the bins and throwing old lettuce and pepperochinis back in the bin over the new refills. Also, he wiped his nose on his shirt when he was done. This place opened last week and it's so busy. I went in to get a menu and later sent my husband to get a light dinner. the giant sandwich was about 2 feet long! The meat wasn't thin which I enjoyed,very tender the onions and peppers, fabulous! Will definitely go back. The store was clean, not much sitting room but I'm sure they work more on to go orders than dining in. Of course the place is new, let's see what happens in the future. read more

I find that the Cotati Jersey Mike's is very inconsistent with the way they make sandwiches. It is a very different experience with each employee (sometimes very bad). The staff needs more training. I never have issues with my orders at the Santa Rosa store. read more

Have been wanting to try Jersey Mike's ever since I saw their sign along the freeway. Then came the perfect opportunity. They were supporting Canine Companions! I just loved the fact they were supporting any charity so I was in right then. The people were very friendly and the sandwiches were soooo good! I love the kick that "the juice" gives it. Decided to splurge the day that all proceeds went to Canine Companions so also got the chocolate chip brownie and the decadent triple chocolate cookie. My only complaint there was that I did not get more than one of each. They were to die for!!! Super moist and yummy! Jersey Mike's is definitely my new go to sandwich shop. Cheap ingredients. Chicken looked and tasted like chicken thigh on the bacon and ranch sandwich. Ranch tasted like subway ranch and the bread the same as subways as well. The bottom and the top of the roll were burnt from sitting on the flat top for too long so every bite there was a wonderful burnt taste. Philly sandwich was also burnt on The bread, over sauced and cheap tasting meat. But may some people like that, but for close to $15 apiece They could be using better ingredients and paying more attention to their cooking times. However Very nice employees.
