So I definitely went in this with a new palate. The staff is super friendly and helpful when helping you order. The place just felt so clean. Even with a lunch rush, it still felt so orderly. We ordered Amy's single, sweet potato fries, regular fries, and tortilla soup. I was surprised by the veggie burger patty. All the fixings really helped the burger feel complete and delicious. Organic and delicious is just something out of the ordinary which I love. The fries were definitely the star of their own show. I could just order these and I'd would've kept coming back. I've had some bad fries growing up, but these fries were so crisp, not overly oily, so clean that I could keep eating them like chips. The flavor of even the regular fries was delicious. Sweet potato fries were amazingly crisp too and not floppy or soggy-like. These fries are a hit. Tortilla soup was definitely good, I haven't had tortilla soup before so I didn't know what to expect. I arrived at the ordering area before another vehicle, but the employee working the drive-through decided to take the other customer's order first. When I reached the window and brought this up, the employee insisted that she could see who arrived first and claimed that I had arrived second. I told her that wasn't what happened--I was there first and would have had absolutely no problem waiting if the other customer had actually arrived before me. Instead of simply addressing the situation, it turned into an unnecessary argument at the window while the line behind me continued to grow. From my perspective, this could have been avoided by simply taking customers in the order they arrive. I've also repeatedly had problems getting the correct condiments and quantities with my orders. If I order a specific condiment and specify a quantity, I expect to receive what I ordered. Too often I receive the wrong condiment or fewer than I requested. Then, when I ask for the missing items, employees sometimes act irritated as though I'm inconveniencing them. I'm not asking for anything beyond what I originally ordered. The recurring lack of attention to basic details comes across as incompetence at this location. I'm not expecting perfection or special treatment. I simply expect employees to take customers in the proper order and provide what was actually ordered, including the correct items and quantities. Those are basic parts of drive-through service, and they shouldn't be this difficult.

Poor customer service and no common sense…read more I stopped at the Popeyes in Rohnert Park around 9:03 PM. I had just received my order and was already sitting inside, getting ready to open it and eat. A male employee wearing glasses came over and told me that I needed to get up and eat somewhere else because the time for eating inside was over. I understand that there may be a specific closing time for the dining area, but the way he handled the situation was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I didn't argue or make a scene because I wasn't looking for trouble, but there was a much better way to communicate this to a customer. He could have simply explained the situation politely instead of abruptly telling me to leave the dining area. The issue wasn't the policy--it was the way the employee handled it. Very poor customer service and a lack of common courtesy. I hope management addresses this because customers should be treated respectfully, even when there are closing-time policies. And I love this place and I usually dine in twice a week .

It was so big I cut it in two and save half for diner. I definitely would have lapsed into a food coma if I ate the whole thing. It was filled with rice, beans, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and some tasty carnitas. The chips were fresh, crisp, and nice light brown color to them. They gave me a red and a green salsa which were loaded with fresh ingredients and a little spicy. I wish I had more of that salsa, I enjoyged every bite. He could barely even talk. He was so drunk. Tried to give us the wrong order. There was cars backed way up. Nobody was happy but him of course. Nobody should have to work under a drunk manager. It was Saturday night, June 6 around 9:30 PM. I went back in the next evening and talked to a gentleman at the counter and asked who was working that night on the drive-through and he asked why was he drunk and I said yes he was he asked me to. get a hold of corporate and let them know that he was drinking.
