Soup of the day @ 2:17pm 11/4/25 was a hit. Served hot, good flavor and price. Chicken (tomato )vegetable or tomato soup. Soup was served hot , very filling, hearty and fresh. Complimentary crackers. Staff was friendly , restaurant and bathroom clean. Very mom and pop. They're redoing their menu board, but I'm looking forward to the half sandwich soup and chili. I'm here. The burgers and fries (especially the waffle fries) are delicious! No frills. Just a really good, classic burger. Also, their salads are amazing. I usually get the Cobb salad and it never disappoints. What is disappointing is their buffalo chicken salad wrap. It's watery and I couldn't tell it was buffalo chicken. I was hoping it would have thick pieces of chicken but it looked more canned chicken mixed with buffalo sauce. Nonetheless, order a burger or salad and it'll be great. I was looking for a new sandwich spot to try and stumbled upon this place. It's in a business park type area so not one you would find driving around town. Everything was really good. I got the roasted turkey avocado bacon and it came with a side so I chose the potato salad. That sandwich was perfect! Next time I go for a hike I'm definitely stopping to grab one for the trail. My boyfriend got the meatball but says he wished he would've ordered what I got. They also offer kids meals so got my guy the chicken strips with fries. They had some pretty good looking baked goods there as well, like a s'mores brownie everything wasn't overly expensive either which is nice. Great service from the ladies as well. I love dadas deli. Full circle my mom worked here when she first had me and would always get me a Sandwich. My childhood is full of memories coming here and getting food. As an adult I still visit and I like the turkey sandwich, i have tried their French dip soup which was amazing. I've also had their hamburgers as well as their chicken sandwiches and both are very good. The spots kind of old school. They have their regular seating which is kind of like a cafeteria. I prefer eating outside personally. If you get a chance you should give them a try! read more

I attended the graduation for a special ed program at SCOE and it included complimentary dinner that was catered by this deli. I was skeptical when I saw the boxes, but after I opened up the one I chose (roast beef sandwich with potato salad and brownie), I was impressed. The portions were generous and everything was so delicious. I wish I could have their potato salad recipe! The other sandwich choices were ham, turkey, or veggie wrap. My friends got turkey and it looked really good. The boxes came with condiments (mayo and mustard) and the Dutch crunch rolls were filled with meat, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. I didn't intend to eat all the bread, but I did because it was so fresh and tasted great. After eating all that and the whole container of potato salad (the other option was macaroni salad - wish I could have tried that, too), I couldn't eat the huge brownie (the other option was a giant chocolate chip cookie), but I had it later, and it was moist with chocolate chips inside - just how I like it. I never thought I'd write a review like this for a boxed dinner (that was more like lunch), but it's worthy...so much so that I plan to visit Dada's when I'm in Santa Rosa (I live in Novato). So I tried this place since I need to come up to Santa Rosa to do some errands. The deli basically is not a chic place , but , the quality of food is fresh and not comparable with other places, most likely you find something middle eastern taste with great quality and surprisingly great staff to deal with. Nancy was the lady who helped me during my 20 minutes stay, since any type of grill may take more than 10 minutes to get ready. With a glimpse at refrigerator , you may seen 10 differed salad and pudding , the also make cheese cake or something like that. This place is conveniently located near the dealership row and as I waited for my car they shuttled me over here. A true deli with much more expansions in any deli than I've seen. With a huge 8-10 foot board of options and meals including sandwiches, grilled items, salads, cookies, etc it would take a while to try everything on the menu. The #2 featured in the pictures was an excellent sandwich. The multi grain bread was soft and there wasn't too much mayo. There was some delays in ordering if they are on the phone taking orders or making the previous orders but I ordered quickly and the sandwich was out in no time. The split pea sour wasn't salty (very important with any soup) and it had hunks of ham and was piping hot! Let me start by saying I feel bad for all the new hires, I witnessed the "older bigger lady who always looks upset" get upset with another employee, when the other employee told the others she was going on break. Ask me where to get a sandwich in Sonoma County and Dada's is my answer. It's an incredible deli and so much more. The sandwiches are huge, and their Dutch Crunch bread is the best in the West! Good crust but still soft and easy to chew. I would do some unspeakable things for their potato salad. The #5 sandwich combo is my go to order, but they also have a breakfast menu, many hot grill items, and special entrees. If you've gone there more than once, you'll soon become "honey," or "darling," or "hey baby!" If this kind of flirtatious familiarity offends you, just don't go. For those of us who aren't offended -- we like it this way! All sandwiches are made fresh while you wait, and might I add, the wait is never long. They've got this whole conveyor, assembly-line concept down pat and each person behind the counter knows how to multi-task. All other meals, including the freshly made lasagna, meat loaf and other items are served in GENEROUS-SIZED portions. So if you're by yourself, plan on taking a to-go box. They have a huge selection of beers, sodas, waters and other drinks, and an equally large selection of chips, fritos, cheetos and the like to accompany your meal. And did I mention the French Fries? First time customer, and let me tell you... I will be back!!! We got there kind of later in the day, and they were quick to let us know that the grill was shutting soon so we weren't disappointed. Luckily, we had heard that the bacon cheeseburger and onion rings were delicious... so we ordered those ASAP. For me, though, I wanted to try something for the deli side and ended up getting a meatball and provolone sandwich! While deciding, the case of homemade sides was calling my name... so we decided to try the broccoli, potato, AND 3 bean salad. Can you tell I'm pregnant?!? Anyways, the salads were brought to us immediately and they were soooo good. You could tell they were homemade and not just poured out of a plastic container. I can't pick a favorite because they were all so good. My husbands burger came out first and it was huge and delicious! The onion rings were honestly some of the best I've had. I don't go by Dada's Deli very often, but I've come to really appreciate it as a reliable local sandwich joint. It's amazing to see how many people filter through the place during lunch hours, and they always seem to be efficient. I tend to go for the turkey and roast beef sandwich, which is one of their larger sandwiches. I can put back a good amount of food, but this one of those sandwiches where I could save half for dinner. Their deli case items look good but I admit I've never had them. WHAT A GEM! I had never heard of this deli till I passed by it the other day on my way to Hen House. Looked it up when I got home and knew I had to try it for lunch. It definitely exceeded all my expectations! We both got the Turkey, Bacon, and Avocado and it was amazing! I am a sucker for thinly sliced meat, which it had. Tons of avocado, unlike some deli's that horribly skimp on it. They highly recommend calling in your order during lunch rush so it is ready in time for you. We may have to do that next time. These people are everything and a bag of chips!! Such friendly customer service. Every single employee I come into contact here are soooo nice and helpful and the food is awesome. I always get a little nervous with small local Delis like this due to the food always being mediocre BUT NOT HERE!! I've just recently rediscovered Dada's Deli. We used to go when my son was in high school and enjoyed their food back then. Well my new favorite that I absolutely love is the bacon cheeseburger, onion rings, broccoli salad and they have crinkle fries...Oh My! Its all yummy! I also love their sourdough, turkey, bacon and avocado sandwich and the chicken sandwich. I love that they are willing to work with you on a Keto meal. My son absolutely loves their gyro and he's a big time foodie! My friend LOVES the shrimp salad. So overall, I give them a 10! There's about 4-6 of us that go at least once a week. We always call ahead of time since they are so busy and they are honest that it takes a good 20 minutes to get something from the grill and the wait is worth it!
