Really enjoyed my visit at Grassburger and their burgers! You can either order at the kiosk or the traditional way at the counter and they will bring if to your table. With options from Grass-fed beef or even Vegan; Grassburger brings the modern appetite to the traditional meal. I shot for the Bacon Chedda Burger with the fixin's. The patty and bun ratio was spot on. The potato bun was soft but held well with the ingredients within. The beef patty was lean and subtle and wasn't overpowering the other ingredients. Needless to say, the burger one of the best in town and definitely one I can say the best I've eaten. In the end, Grassburger delivered in many ways. Saving my taste buds and offering up local beers is always a plus in my books. The service is so awful at this place, that despite the decent food, we've just lost our patience and won't be going back. We continually have issues with the staff here. They look and act miserable and seem disengaged in their jobs - and it shows up in the food and service. They have gotten our order wrong EVERY single time we've visited (and these are not complicated orders) and we've even experienced them losing our order. Last night when we ordered curbside pick-up, we tried calling upon arrival but the phone line was off the hook. So we drove around for a long time to find a legal parking space. Then we went inside and despite standing at the pick up counter, the gal at the register refused to help us and just hand over the food that had been sitting there (getting cold) for 10 minutes while we were looking for parking. When we finally got our foor and I mentioned that their phone line was off the hook, she looked at the phone and looked back and me and said, "yea, i know". WHAT?!?!? I tipped them on the order to get curbside. can I get my tip money back? And, no surprise, the order was wrong and one burger was missing toppings with another burger having the wrong toppings... Couldn't eat more than five before throwing them out. So, if you're into mildly warm food that's served so fast that you don't know how it was prepared so quickly, and enjoy that taste of marinated sea water that will later upset your stomach, then go no further. The house chipotle sauce is great, but so are the ranch and chile verde. The place is popular and can be busy. You can order at the counter or at an electronic kiosk if the line is too long. Even though they get slammed, the staff are all very cool and helpful. There is patio seating if the weather is nice, lots of bar-style seating for the more casual, and there is a play area for kids with their own picnic bench. The bun fit the burger perfectly, and the burger kept itself together without crumbling or falling apart as many burgers do.
