This was our second attempt at grassburger, it'll be the last. The burgers are basic, take forever to make, small, and weren't hot both times we got them. The fries are horrible, overcooked to the point of being hollow. I think the grease replaced all the potato and hardened to a rock like consistency. There must have been 10 people working and our wait time was insane. I would've given 2 stars, but they request a tip at the time of purchase/order, in which we obliged. So, we left a nice tip for food that was barely edible, 1 star, stay away. read more

We are visiting Durango from out of state and the we found Grass Fed burger on Yelp. Glad we found this gem. The customer service was great and the staff was attentive. We ordered the grass fed burger bowl, cheese burgers and the mushroom Swiss burger. So good and we will definitely come back. read more

Loved their sweet potato fries! We ordered it to go; I kept it simple with a burger and cheddar cheese, it was good, fresh tasting but not to die for amazing as I expected. My husband had a beef and black bean burger with green chili and thought it deserved a 4 or 5 star rating. Chipotle Mayo is sooooo good! 1/4 lb cheddar burger was the perfect portion leaving me full but not overstuffed. Burger tasted great (super fresh) and the fries were hot and crispy. This burger was decent. I like that they offer lettuce wrapped versions and that you can get a mixed order of sweet potato fries and hand cut regular fries. This works out great because dh doesn't like sp fries and we didn't want 2 full orders of fries. The tahini dressing for the salad was good too. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because we are spoiled with Diablo Burger in Flagstaff, az, which are also grass fed, but thicker and they are cooked med rare. read more

Really good burgers, fries and shakes. I really wanted to have a shake and was going to get one because someone recommended it, even if it was going to kill me (I am lactose intolerant -I know... I know... TMI). To my surprise, there was a dairy free option. OMG! It was delicious! even my husband said it was better than his regular shake, which was still very good. The hamburgers were perfect, to say the least, and the fries were very crunchy. We got the mix (half potato fries, half sweet potato fries). One portion was enough for the two of us. I hope I can try it again whenever we come back to Durango. Worth the trip :D read more

Absolutely love this place. I come to Durango very often with my father, and this is our favorite place to get an amazing burger. The staff always seems so friendly, the prices aren't that bad considering the meat is made from grass-fed cows, and I love how quick the service is. This place completely blows Whataburger from Texas out of the water. And that's saying something, because I love my Whataburger. read more

Theses burgers are amazing. Has the veggie burger w the tastiest green chile. My nephew scarfed down his bacon cheese burger. The mix fries went well with the burgers! The only reason only 4 starts is the lady we picked up our online order from was so rude. We asked if everything was on one bag she barked back "all the burgers are on the bottom" --Guess what... She forgot to put one in, at least we noticed when we got back to the car. We had a guy help us when we went back in, he was present and helpful. We were expecting much more based on the reviews we read. The quinoa bowls were both good but overpriced... very unlikely you'll have any leftovers. The soft drinks were WAY overpriced... had I seen the prices posted (my bad), we would have ordered water. You also pay when ordering, and we foolishly added a 15% tip sight-unseen... BIG mistake. The service we received was identical to that of any other fast food joint. If you're impressed with your meal and service, you could leave a tip on the table. We won't be going back. read more

Yummy sweet potato fries. I love that they can do lettuce wrap for burger and no bun. They also have gluten free for those people looking for that. I did think the patty was a little small. But overall it was very tasty and good. The place was clean and service was fast. I do not like their tea. It is the kind from the soda machine. Too bad they can't just brew some tea every morning. Great option for a vegetarian traveling with low-carb eating friends. I had the black bean burger with grilled onions, green chili, and Swiss. The house made patty was one of the best I've ever had. All the food was great! Went there as first food stop on our vacation and they didn't disappoint. The location is right in the middle of downtown and view was great. They had indoor and outdoor seating and we decided to sit outdoor because the temperature was wonderful! As for the food-they have healthy and "comfort food" options. Great burgers in town - you have to add chipolte mayo, ties it all together. The fries are perfect and the salads are HGUE for a side salad!
