My friend and I came here after the gym for something semi healthy. I say semi because we broke down and got their fries which let me say we're outstanding!!! I recommend getting the mix with regular at sweet potato for only $3. We also got the green chile tacos and the pepper jack green chile burger. Both were super enjoyable! Not to mention the customer service was on point as week. Would highly recommend this place! read more

Solid. Good food, great quality ingredients. Service was decent, prices are a little high but I get that better quality food costs more to source, so if the quality is worth it, you won't have a problem. Cool play area for kids is a nice perk, rustic feel overall. read more

Really good vegan black bean and quinoa burger with fresh toasted buns and fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Fries were crisp and delicious. Good selection of artisan sodas, I had the dark cherry soda. read more

If you love burgers and try to follow paleo or whole30, then this is the burger joint for you. I've eaten here a number of times now and the staff is always friendly and willing to customize my order any way I want. It's a nice place to go for lunch or dinner with friends because they can kill their waistline with a delicious burger on a bun while I revel in good health by eating my burger bowl. So if you enjoy good food and want to outlive your friends, this is the place to eat. read more

Great Burgers! I had the Durango and really enjoyed it. Presentation was akin to In N Out burger where items are brought in one basket and proudly on display. The fries were amazing! I really thought their sodas were great too. They don't carry Pepsi or Coke products but rather their own unique line of cane sugar sweetened sodas. My favorite was their rootbeer, wife enjoyed Black Cherry. They also have a neat little kids corner so the kids can play and eat in their own little world. Much appreciated! I also appreciated them having signs about how they source their ingredients and meats. Staff was very very nice as well. Highly recommend you check this place out. Also in response to previous reviews about the options for tips, they changed the recommended amounts to 5,10 &20%. I wasn't offended as most people in service industries rely on tips to survive and know how they are doing. read more

My new favorite joint! The burgers are wonderful. We discovered this place when we went to Durango last November. And my husband and I were so excited when it come to NM. The food is excellent, they have a little play place great for kids, and the it's clean and I like the space it self. The one thing I wish they did have, was a kid menu. Other then that it's wonderful read more

The burgers are hot and fresh and look like fresh ground beef patties. We could not taste any of the mayo on ours so not sure if it got missed or if they're just stingy with their sauces (see the photo of the 50¢ ranch I posted). The fries were nothing special, thin and a little overdone so they got cold quickly and therefor became a little chewy. And to be fair, the 50¢ ranch was a thick, good ranch. It's just unlikely I'll pay for that again. I gave the three stars for the burger itself (it was tasty). They lost points on the mediocre fries and stingy sauces. read more

Grassburger - We paid 50¢ for each cup of this ranch. It's not even a quarter full. Either they're free or they should fill the cups! - Burgers Near Me - Albuquerque, New Mexico

I have been a fan of this place when I first had it in Durango, CO. With my current eating habits, this place provides a dining experience I can actually enjoy! The only challenge is portion size to cost - though the food is from reputable sources, there is still a high cost for the amount you get. This space has excellent design and plenty of room for a large party, define plus! Also, there is an area for kids to play (chalkboards, books, and kids toys). read more

My friends and I love this place. Today, I went in for a late lunch. Someone ran to the door to hold it open for me! The owner's family members do not eat dairy products or gluten so they created options on the menu for people similar to them. The people were friendly and courteous. The owner was informative and welcoming. The burger was moist. They may have used a bit more oil than I am used to. Next time I'll ask them not to add oil. Their beef comes from cattle that were 100% grass fed. I eat grass fed, range free meat at home and can't tell the difference in taste. I just feel better knowing I am eating healthier and animals were treated humanely. You can customize your burger. Ask for the chipotle sauce or ranch sauce on your burger. Their gluten free buns are so pliable and light. I don't think their burgers are pricey like other reviews mentioned. If you want grass fed or range free products, you have to be willing to pay for it. It costs more to produce. The fries are also gluten free and cooked in a gluten free fryer. It's not as good as McDonald's fries but it was crispy and tasty. I'll continue to eat here when I'm in this area. read more

Mmm! Great house sodas, potato buns, and sweet potato fries. I usually don't mind sharing but was kinda jealous over my stuff here. The veggie burger was really good, not mind-blowing. Cute spot for a quick and satisfying lunch! read more

Don't waste your money. Terrible slow service and a $10 dried out bland turkey burger. This place is terrible. I count 6 staff in the kitchen and it took 20 min to get the lousy burger. First time ordering from here, had a little hiccup at pick up but the food was amazing!!!

Great place for good quality food! The food always taste fresh and has a lot of flavor. I always get the green chili jack bowl. Delicious and spicy! Their soda choices are great there made with real cane sugar and you can tell the difference. Always has great customer service when I come in. Overall will recommend to anyone read more

This is good place and been one of our go to spots for the last couple of years; however they have recently changed the buns on their burger and we have taken it off our list. I'd love to start frequenting them again, but only if they go back to the old hamburger buns. read more

As a family with multiple dietary restrictions and preferences, GrassBurger has become a family favorite. The burgers can be done lettuce wrapped, on a bun (gluten free or not) or on a salad. We feel good about feeding our picky toddler a grass fed burger, house made fries and corn syrup free ketchup. The kiddie corral (and wine!) makes eating out with a toddler a lot easier, too! I'm by no means a vegan, but the black bean burgers are to die for! There really is something for everyone on the menu. The employees have always been very friendly and the space is clean. I love supporting local businesses who care about quality ingredients, excellent customer service and tasty food. If you're a picky eater, by choice or otherwise, you have to try out GrassBurger! read more

Grass burger is my new favorite burger place. It's located on Juan Tabo and Montgomery. The burgers are really juicy. I always seem to get the green chili cheese burger when I go and the burgers are always delicious. The fries are great too. The atmosphere is casual and you can sit outside or inside. read more

The staff has always been great - have probably had a dozen meals here over the past 6 months. For a 8oz burger they actually prepare 2 1/4 patties which is fine - it is not a minus. The green Chile jack cheese burger includes good lettuce, good pickles, and a mighty fine aioli. The grass burger bowl is particularly nice when a fried egg is added to mix. read more

I'd love to go back, BUT...... Sadly, the GREAT hamburger didn't offset the poor service. It was 35 minutes from the time we placed our order to when it arrived at our table. When we commented on the long wait time, the young man uttered a half-hearted, "Sorry for that" over his shoulder as he left the table. It wasn't clear if he just hadn't been trained to deal with such a circumstance, or if he just didn't care. I recognize a quality, freshly-cooked burger won't be delivered in a drive-through timeframe, but this was ridiculous. There were 7 employees behind the counter, but at any given moment, half of them appeared to be milling around as opposed to being productive. It was unclear if a manager was present. If so, he or she clearly wasn't doing anything to address the wait time issue. This was our second visit. I remember great food and a little bit of a wait, but nothing at this level. Next time, maybe Flamez or 5 Star since they're in the same general area. read more

I've been here a couple times with coworkers. I'm new to the area so it's been a journey finding food spots we like but I LOVE THIS PLACE! On top of a convenient location and plenty of parking the food is amazing! Burgers are juicy, crispy fries and order has never been incorrect. Staff is always friendly! You can even order online and receive a text when it's ready. Ive tried a new item every time and so far loved them all. 10/10 would recommend to a friend! New favorite restaurant! read more

Their veggie burger makes me feel good about life. I've been in search for a good veggie burger because usually good and veggie burger don't go hand in hand but this place definitely took this as a personal challenge and succeeded. My husband got a old school beef burger and he was impressed as well. The customer service is on point and they are quick. read more

Shopping at Sprouts and hungry...saw Grassburger right next door, so we decided to give it a try (my son loves this place). Had the dogs in the car, so we looked up the menu and tried to place an order via phone. I tried 5-6 times and every time they picked up the phone, they immediately hung up. Boyfriend tried and the same thing happened. So I hopped out of the car and walked in. No lines...hmmm. I placed my order to go and then asked the cashier if something was wrong with their phones, explaining every time I called, it was disconnected. He said No, we just hang up on customers if we are too busy to take an order. Really?!? Did you really just tell me that to my face? Haven't even tried the burger, but don't think we'll be back. read more

The hamburger was surprisingly tasty. I really enjoyed it and it was not greasy at all. It felt very healthy and the fries, though a little greasy, were very tasty also. Additionally, they have vegan options there which I am looking forward to trying plus a dairy-free milkshake that was pretty good. I definitely recommend this place. read more

This is THE BEST burger I have ever had...the Green Chile Jackburger has blown my mind...and the freedom fries on the side...fantastic. This meal was spicy, delicious, FRESH! There is literally no comparison between normal garbage beef we as a majority eat vs 100% grass fed beef. This place tops our list on places to go to. It's clean, chill atmosphere, looks a lot like a chipotle, but in my opinion better. The service is great and they even play decent music too. Can't wait to come back and destroy the same exact meal...except maybe add a fried egg in that bad boy! read more

Stopped by last weekend and got burgers for the whole crew. Everyone enjoyed it and they all tasted great. Grass fed beef definitely has a specific taste to it and it is one I enjoy. The setup is traditional burger place (think five guys or fudruckers) where one orders at a counter then the food is brought to the table. I recommend getting the bbq sauce with whatever you order, it's great. read more

Grassburger - Cheeseburger - nom nom nom! - Burgers Near Me - Albuquerque, New Mexico

Not impressed by the overall burger and we ended up having stomach issues after eating there for dinner. We thought there would be more options but you only have a few burger choices and the rest are extra add ons which can make it $$. Pros: Good quality produce and bun. They have Boylan soft drinks on tap. Staff was friendly. Decor was nice. Cons: Beef patty was overdone and lacked some fat/seasoning. If you order a fried egg, expect the yolk to not be runny (which to me is the only reason for getting a fried egg). The chipotle mayo on bun had no flavor of chipotle. The ranch that came with fries was insufficient (I agree with a previous review that they are stingy with this condiment) and meh. Over priced for the experience. If you want a juicy burger, go elsewhere. UPDATE: The owners reached out to apologize and address the issues--they seem to really want to deliver consistent quality . They do carry diet coke and mexican coke, but only in bottles. read more
