THE FOOD ----------------…read more+ STU Burger - Burger was cooked an absolutely perfect medium! Burger wasn't huge, but was super juicy, fresh right off of the grill and the Stu sauce was a great addition to it. + Big Al' shroom BOOM Burger - Same comments as above, but with mushrooms, onions and truffle sauce smotherrrred all over it. + Stupendous Cheesesteak - EXCELLENT cheesesteak. The bread was soft and the steak was tender and tasty. The cheese melted perfectly on it. + Cheese Fries - Very good baked cheese fries. These aren't your typical gooey cheese fries, but instead oven baked with probably sliced cheese melted on top. I prefer the "gooier" version, but it was still good. Our family shared this and still had some left over! + Strawberry Milkshake - Spot on as authentic as it gets. Creamy, smooth, no artificial flavor what so ever. + Menu consists of multiple burgers, flatbreads, salads, sandwiches, appetizer and sides, but DEFINITELY go get one of the burgers! THE SERVICE ------------------- + PHENEMONAL service from the lone employee working the floor. The woman was very friendly, kind and made sure we had everything we needed multiple times. THE SURROUNDINGS ------------------------------- = The restaurant isn't huge, but does have 3 tables for 4, 3 tables for 2 and multiple counter seats. = No private parking lot, but there are street parking spots right outside. RANDOM OBSERVATIONS -------------------------------------- = Were the 1st customers on a late Sunday morning at 11 AM and we were pretty much the only diners during our entire time here. There were a few pickup orders, but it was fairly quiet. Don't let that deter you from coming by though!

We visit Sleepy Hollow every year, and our tradition has always been to eat at J.P. Doyle's. When…read morewe visited on October 10th, the wait was about three hours, which is completely understandable given the time of year. But boy, did we luck out because of that wait! We happened to stumble across Little B's, and I think we may have found our new go-to spot in Sleepy Hollow. First off, the dining area has a really cool atmosphere and a great vibe. But the real standout was the food. Absolutely killer. I ordered the chicken sandwich, and I genuinely think it was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. I have no idea what they do to that chicken or how they make it taste so good, but it was incredible. Seriously, I can't remember the last time a chicken sandwich impressed me that much. What started as a backup plan turned into one of the highlights of our annual trip. Sometimes things just work out for the best, and this was definitely one of those times. We'll absolutely be back next year. Little B's may have officially become part of our Sleepy Hollow tradition!

I've only had their burgers and wings, so I can't vouch for the other stuff, though a friend did enjoy their loaded nachos. There's so much customization involved in making your burger, and all of the toppings and sauces sound amazing. I normally get some combo of goat cheese (so tangy and creamy and perfect in burgers), coleslaw, hot cherry peppers, grilled pineapple, sauteed mushrooms, jalapeños and/or tomato. My go-to sauces are Little B's BBQ sauce (which has a little chipotle for a nice kick), Jamaican jerk sauce, and roasted garlic mayo. I always get the brioche bun even though it has a tendency to fall apart, resulting in a deteriorating burger that looks really sad after two to three bites. The wings are tasty and the skin is nice and crispy. The maple habanero wings could've used more sauce, but the Jamaican jerk wings were spicy and flavorful. I'm a faithful fan through and through. Now bring some of that customization to more burger joints in NYC!
