    Salmon Shoyu Poke Bowl

Had the Shoyu Poke Bowl. Absolutely fresh and delicious. Friendly staff, decent prices for excellent quality, nice seating area. All around 10/10 recommend!

    Lobster roll

I had the lobster roll and it was delicious. The lobster wasn't saturated in mayo and the fresh dill added excellent flavor. Quality all around. nice seating area outside. Will be back for more. Would be pretty awesome if they were able to team up with Badass Bagel nextdoor for sourdough rolls.

To start, we shared the crispy brussel sprouts Charleston style. These were delicious with the tangy sauce and large flakes of parmesan cheese. For my main, I had the brunch wrap. It comes with chips, but I swapped for fries for an additional charge. The wrap was a good size; I had half and saved the rest for leftovers. It was tasty, but not a ton of flavor. The tater tots were nice and crispy and I enjoyed the fresh tomatoes and avocado. They gave me a huge portion of crinkle cut fries, which also would've been great with a little more seasoning, but they were good when dipped in mayo. My husband got the shrimp and grits and appreciated the large portion size as well. I had a lemonade to drink. It was refreshing since it wasn't overly sweet. Service was great. I look forward to trying the rest of the menu!

Aesthetically, each table feels like a meal at a family dinner table; it's clear that they wanted that vibe to be translated, and it's done quite well. This is also supported by the service being very friendly and helpful in general. To eat, I had the French toast burger with sweet potato fries. Some others with me had various sides like regular fries and tater tots, and the same thing was present on them that tends not to be at most places: they were all perfectly salted/seasoned. It might seem immaterial, but it's a very good signal when something that simple--yet often neglected in favor of just using condiments to mask it--is executed well. If you're a burger place with fries that taste great without the need for a sauce or condiment, you're doing something right. The French toast burger was likewise fantastic, combining sweet and savory in a great way. To drink, we all got a communal pitcher of the only frozie they had available at the time: a kind of jungle juice vodka slushie. It, too, was great--worthy of multiple rounds. All in all, here's a place that I can't wait to give another visit.

I came hangry after fasting from a Dr's appointment and I was not disappointed. Service was ok - only 1 waiter & he seemed distracted with his phone. Butternut soup was flavorful & the hummus was excellent (and I've tried it all over the world). One strange thing were these overly hard pita chips served w/ the hummus. I wanted soft fresh pita with my hummus. When I asked for soft pita bread with, I was told this was the owners choice & I'd have to pay extra for it. The chicken shwarma was 2 out of 5 - it was overcooked when it was supposed to be moist. I was hungry so I let it go. The other 2 items I started with were so good - I figured I just picked the wrong item from the menu. I would give this restaurant another chance.

Tried the shawarma platter and it was delicious -- could maybe have used more seasoning but there is an "authentic" platter option that I didn't order. Shawarma sandwich was fantastic as well, and their sweet ice tea was absolutely refreshing and had a very deep and floral sweet taste which was very unique. Absolutely loved the peaceful and calm vibes in here, the vintage decor too. I highly recommend and will be coming back!

So I decided I would give it a try in Armonk, even though a previous visit to a different Bluestone lane was tragically unrewarding. This place is in a strip mall. It's cute inside and act as if it's a restaurant with hostess seating "please wait here to be seated" signage - leading to a confused collision at the entrance between patrons waiting to be seated, people trying to get to the register, people looking to just order a coffee.... I Immediately noted upon entering that there was exactly one staff member behind the counter, handling both the register and the espresso machine. This is usually a bad sign because one person is doing two jobs. I ordered a Cortado to stay, and indicated I would sit at the bar. The overworked gentleman was friendly and amicable and I asked him if he could do latte art on a Cortado. He said he would "to the best of his ability." He proceeded to make me a Cortado, delivered it in a timely manner, and offered me a water if I wanted - though oddly it was in a cup that was already on the counter. I think they set up the counter in advance, which clearly leads to a mix of clean cutlery and cups and dirty that people set on the counter. I have no idea if the water cup that my water was poured into was clean and I didn't touch it.... The Cortado I received as pictured was poured with a reasonable attempt, though it was below what I can do at home and I'm no barista. I attribute this to the guy being rushed and doing two jobs at the same time, and perhaps needing a little bit more training. But the real tragedy - it was cold. The cup was not preheated, and even though I received the drink quickly after it was prepared, it was not much more than lukewarm and unenjoyable. I left 2/3 of it behind and exited. This is not an elite coffee establishment. It's a coffee enterprise, trying to be a growth chain and compete with the likes of Starbucks, pretending to use real barista and real espresso machines, but delivering subpar to the consumer.

Since I was in the area catching up on errands, grabbing some bites before heading home, was needed. Even if the place was empty for sit-down on a very soupy and drenched Monday I was here, these folks were getting phone orders left and right. S&S is LOADED with options and you won't be disappointed. I wasn't- and I'm picky. The 'Stir Fry' Zoodles bowl called my attention- but they were all out and was asked if I wanted to replace the Zoodles with Quinoa or Brown Rice- so settled for the first. I also grabbed a Portobello+Mozzarella+ Balsamic Drizzle panini- which tasted terrific, was still hot and travelled well. This wife and husband team are running a tight ship and it shows. Both my items were packed with bold flavors and can I also say, garlic? Quite honestly, they're putting Sweet & Savory a few steps further than your average health food spot.
