It is large, well lighted and well stocked. I felt like a refugee from a third world country. We decided to pick up lunch. In addition to Kowalski's superb soups they had a pho/ramen bar. I was dubious as I love pho at Vietnamese restaurants but this wasn't bad definitely tasted like pho. There were many other choices for prepared food to take out. We bought a few things and as is typical of Kowalski's the staff were friendly and helpful. There is parking at the entrance and they will carry your purchases to your car. I doubt I will drive all the way to Southdale for my regular shopping but I must say I was overwhelmed in a positive sense.

Parking is a bit tough at times - the parking situation could be better, but I nit-pick. The store itself seems bigger than the Minneapolis locations. The selection and inventory seems to be a bit better, too. Sometimes, I have to go on certain days to other WF stores if I want certain things, but this one seems well stocked. Not night and day, but some difference. Produce is usually solid and meat department is, too. The dry goods selection is particularly good here. We are able to shop and get all the things we need, even if it is a slightly longer drive.
