Definitely the place to go. We've been doing busy with these guys for over a year. Have never had a problem with any special orders or requests. Everything is always on time. Best graphic arts designers around that work with you to create what you what not what someone else wants to give you. I will continue giving these guys my business read more

First off, this is probably the one of the sketchier areas in Los Angeles, and it was a little hard to find the place (it's on the corner of 15th/Los Angeles), but would I get things printed her again? Definitely. I asked for a 24x36 image to be printed with their cheapest material, and he printed it out on banner material for $30.00. Printing was done immediately and then I went to go pick it up. I sent him the image before hand soit was very efficient. The quality was better than I expected, and he gave me extras because his sheet still had extra space. He'd probably be my sole provider for anything image printing related and his son will take over when he can't. Good business. read more

Probably the best service I've gotten out of anybody doing banners. Quality was amazing and they understood how urgent it was and delivered. Super professional and easy to work with . Maria guided me through everything and I had no worries all I had to worry about was picking up my banner .... on time . Asked them for a banner for this weekend and they delivered even though it was last minute . Pricing was amazing and beat any other quote. I will def go back and recommend to any friends or family. Quality , great customer service, & easy.... thank you guys for everything and sorry for the urgency but once Again can't stress how appreciative I am for your work! See you soon again!!!! Will post pictures after my event ! read more

Damn! Other YELPERS were right about this place. They are horrible and don't care about your business or there's. I have been waiting for a few small items for 4 months. I ordered our church banner in October for our harvest festival and items for another event on December 16th, 2017. I received the banner misspelled. I called for several days and got no answer. I decided to go to Jovannie's office and he gave me a gravely stare and ghostly response. I explained I called and left messages about our banner mishap. We had no banner for the church harvest festival. WHAT ???? Jovannie even verbally attacked me about what I ordered. I STRONGLY advise going somewhere else. read more

José And his crew are ultimare professionals. They have been printing pósters & banners for us for over a year now And we have always been satisfied. These guys are very nice and professional in their Job. They have a great pricing rate for their banners which is much lower than Staples and etc. the place is kind of hard to find, it's inside the parking lot and then you have to go to the second floor of an old building by stairs. read more

Giovanni was the best! I called literally a dozen other printing shops around the LA area to have a last minute banner printed with only a few hours notice on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Giovanni was able to accommodate a short-notice job not just once but twice! So easy to work with and saved the day for me. Highly recommend! read more

They provided me with great service at the last minute when I had no one to turn to. Maria was very helpful and friendly! I was literally down to a 2-day deadline and she designed a beautiful prom banner for my client. I will continue to not only use their services but recommend them to anyone. Don't go any where else !!!!! They do it all ... Great staff ... Professional work ... Awesome environment ... ...

Customer be aware!! Unbelievable how unprofessional this business is. The guy tells me the my banner is going to be available the next day. I call the next day to pick up guess what not available. The next day I call and he says he forgot. I keep on calling and he doesn't even answer the phone. I go to his shop and get another run around. This business is an absolute joke!!! Had to file a dispute with my credit card. I can't even believe that someone could run a business like this. read more

Quality was amazing and they understood how urgent these banners needed to be completed. The night before the event my team alerted me that we were in need of more banners, and they accepted the job with no problem. That's what you call great customer service!! They were super professional and easy to work with. Maria was my main point of contact throughout our production period. I will definitely go back and recommend to any friends or family. I just want to commend Jiovannie and the whole team for doing a great job with our printing needs. I called Graphic Innovation Wednesday to inquire about the rate.. At first he said he'll get back to me so I thought that this is one of those companies who'd say they'll get back to you but won't. After about half an hour, he returned my call and gave me a reasonable rate. He was very accommodating with our questions which really helped a lot coz I don't know much about the differences in the specs.. He offered to stop by the office the next day to do a test print for free and it turned out well. He assured us that the 11 banners that I ordered will be delivered the next day which he did and the banners turned out pretty! I am so relieved and happy that i'll get to enjoy my weekend without worrying about the needed banners for the trade show next week. Thank you Graphic Innovation for helping solve my need in 3 days! I will definitely work with you again. read more

Had bad experiences with a couple different printers - mostly customer service related. Wanted a place near downtown/echo park. Saw a couple good reviews on Yelp so I chose this place. I told the owner no rush, just standard turnaround, which he said may be up to 2 weeks. That was fine for the 5000 business cards I needed. Gave him a 50% deposit. After 2 weeks, I started wondering if the cards were done since I hadn't heard anything from them. After 3 weeks, I called and they told me they were glad I called because they had actually lost our sample we gave them and needed the information that was on the back of that card and they also had lost our contact information. He told me to text him the information that's supposed to go on the back and they would rush the job. We decided not to work with them - especially after finding out that they had cashed our deposit check just a few days after we gave it to them. Who cashes a deposit check and doesn't start the job? Also, our company name was on our deposit check. I wonder why they couldn't go to our website and find our contact information to call us. Unprofessional on so many levels. I went to a competitor who did it in 4 days. read more

First time customer, NOW "LONG TIME CUSTOMER" Quick delivery of quality product, will be back for more printing jobs for them........

Long story short, my car got broken into the day before a trade show. This isn't the LA I grew up in, so I figured if I left a few suitcases laying open, nobody would bother to steal banners, pens, PO books, etc. I was wrong. The other stuff was easily replaceable for sure, but the banners were not. I looked up a few banner places and picked this one mostly due to location. A young man named Giovanni took good care of me after I explained my situation. He promised he could get it done in a few hours and he did. Highly recommended. read more

These guys are great!!! I needed a banner for my daughter's first birthday and my timeline was tight! I sent them the image I wanted for the 8ft x 5ft banner and they had it completed the next day! PLUS, the quality was outstanding and the price was very reasonable!!!!! I would definitely recommend them and I know I will be using them again very soon! read more

Wow is all I can say, the banners that I have had done for various occasions has been the best I have seen. I have had the pleasure of during business with this company for a few years now .Very good quality, great color and very reasonable prices. ..Jovannie and Maria you are the best.. read more

Let me start by saying that I've worked with them before. I called them early in the day & was told my work could be done in 1hr just to send them the files, so I did & they said the resolution was bad so to send it again & I did. Then they said they would call me back & they never did so I called again & got the run around, called 2 more times!! They were to busy to take my call & were rude because I had called 4 times total! Then I finally called the next day & was told because I didn't give them enough time they wouldn't be able to do my job, now I'm stuck needing work & will look bad because I couldn't deliver because they were unprofessional!!! If they say send it over & we will call you back you think they will do as they said!! But no they made me feel that because my job was under $100 the project wasn't important enough!! There is so many places around them, that they should not act like that, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WILL NEVER WORK WITH THEM AGAIN!!!! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BAD SERVICE!!! read more

Had bad experiences with a couple different printers - mostly customer service related. Wanted a place near downtown/echo park. Saw a couple good reviews on Yelp so I chose this place. WRONG again... I told the guy no rush, just standard turnaround, which he said may be up to 2 weeks. That was fine for what I needed - just 5000 biz cards. Also gave him a strange postcard job that he said he would look in to. Gave him 50% deposit. After 2 weeks, I started wondering if the cards were done - gave him a few more days, still no word back... After 3 weeks, I called and they told me they were glad I called because they had actually lost our sample we gave them and needed the information that was on the back of the card. No word on the other postcard thing I gave them for an estimate. He told me to text him the information that's supposed to go on the back and they would rush the job. We decided not to work with them - especially after finding out that they had cashed our deposit check just a few days after we gave it to them. Who cashes a deposit check and doesn't start the job?
