Granny's Kitchen wasn't in my plans for dinner but I pulled in the parking lot to turn around and decided just to eat there as I was exhausted. The buffet is not normally something I'd chose but was where I ended up. I took it as a sign I was meant to be there. They have an entrance and exit door then the host or hostess will seat you. The buffet was $16.95 with drinks and dessert extra. This is a very busy place and they have two tables of 4 next to each other so different groups were seated at each 4 top. The buffet has one section for a salad, lettuce and toppings. Then the next section is hot foods with a variety of vegetables and meats. I remember potatoes, corn, fried chicken and meatloaf and on the end is a carving station for roast beef. But I know there were more options. The salad portion was ok but the potatoes and the corn were great. Then I had roast beef and really enjoyed that. They don't give big portions of it so you need to make a multiple trip. I did have some apples too and liked those. Service was friendly and kept my iced tea filled. I had heard about the pie so decided to get a slice of the peanut butter pie to go. The pie was ok and I wouldn't order that again. I'd return to Granny's Kitchen as the food was very good. I'd prefer ordering from a menu though rather than the buffet. But this is how they have it setup.

Stopped in for lunch. The buffet was fresh. Has a salad with mashed potatoes, green beans, fried squash and fried chicken. The staff was helpful and they were efficient. The atmosphere was semi quiet considering it was lunch.

I'm not sure why only 3 stars? This restaurant was clean inside and outside. The day my wife and I visited was on a Sunday and it was packed. The bathroom was well kept and clean the servers were friendly and the food was great. This is a home cooked meal buffet with all the items you would expect at your Granny's table. This was a very nice find and we will be returning.

Let's start with ordering is super easy . I included a picture of the menu taken 7/24. Pricing is not bad at all in today's economy. The place itself has a lot of seating so we didn't wait long at all and the parking lot look pretty full. The place was a bit noisy but not so noisy that it was a distraction. The surprising thing was there was one and only one buffet carousel. Both sides were available to get your food. This was for lunch on a Saturday. The food was good old southern comfort food. We found the food lacking a bit of salt. Like most buffets, surely there is something you will find that you really like. . Mine was the baked apples. There was one soup - chicken noodle. The soup was next to the plates. The salads included pasta salad, coleslaw, potato salad and mixed greens. Then a good amount of toppings for your mixed greens. The made up almost 1/2 of the buffet bar. A quarter of the bar was devoted to side dishes. Green beans, Mac and cheese, cabbage, black eyed beans. Then the last quarter was the main entrees and spiced apples. 2 Main meals - fried chicken and pot roast which could be put over rice. One and only one dessert- chocolate pudding with whipped cream and cookie crumbles. You paid as you left with the cashier not at the table and there was a 3% credit/debit transaction fee. If I was in the mood, I would return! It's a good value and fast service.

This is a must visit if in Cherokee! Amazing breakfast! Grits, French Toast Sticks, Apples, Bacon, Sausage Gravy.... Yum! And I am picky! Everyone was friendly and efficient! Love the atmosphere of this long time staple of the community. I ate all the food before pics! It was pretty too!

Such a cute little place! And all the proceeds the day we went were going to families from Hurricane Helene so that was such a worthy cause! Service was super friendly and the restaurant had a big layout even though it looked smaller from outside! It was a small buffet but enough for even your picky eaters! We went for breakfast and came kind of close to lunch so definitely recommend getting there with enough room to spare for refills on the buffet!

Decent, food good, limited selection. Still $11.45 per person plus beverage.

Great home-style cooking and some of the best service I have ever had at a buffet. Reasonably priced, and worth every penny.

We ate here and for the price it was a great meal. It is a good place to eat for home cooking. The next time thru we will eat here again.

Lovely restaurant in Cherokee Casino. Before being seated I…read moreasked about ordering from the kids menu. I'm a senior, didn't want so much food, was told yes, no problem. I ordered the kids lasagna with asparagus. I mentioned 3 times that I was ordering from the kids menu. Other orders at the table were the mushroom ravioli, grilled salmon, kids Mac and cheese and kids chicken tenders. Great reviews of the ravioli, Mac and cheese and chicken fingers. The salmon came with a medley of vegetables. They were very disappointing. My meal came. A huge plate of lasagna, I said this can not be the kids portion. Waitress looks at me with frustration. Oh, I'll check if it's okay that you ordered from the kids menu, we will adjust the pricing. Two other people at the table looked at her in disbelief, they heard me twice say kids portion/menu. Asparagus wasn't just grilled it was burnt, inedible. The lasagna is amazing. Just disappointed with our waitresses attitude as a whole. But would go back again. More good food than bad!

Wow, GET the lobster and shrimp fettuccini and you won't regret it!…read moreThat "light" cream sauce was on point. It was exactly as I imagined from the pic. Saucy, yet creamy, and the lobster was bursting with flavor. I couldn't have had this as a better dish in many other places. I think the chefs, whoever they were, were on point tonight! This was a Wednesday. For my "dessert" I had an espresso martini. Also excellent. I don't give these good reviews lightly, but this place was on point! You won't regret this dish. I WILL get it again! The only drawback @brio is your bread, it's too hard. I couldn't mop up my sauce and clean my plate if I wanted to, which I did! But I made it work by "soaking" the bread for about ten minutes before finishing it off. Kudos to you guys. If you're lactose intolerant, it's probably worth the price you'll pay
