I love their donuts! They are sweet and fluffy, which is the only reason why I prefer them over others. However, their customer service is not good. On one occasion, there was an older man at the front who was completely impatient with me even though I was just looking at what they had before finishing my order. Yesterday, a younger man served us, but placed a chocolate glazed donut facing down in a bag, so all the glaze ended up peeling onto the bag. We could not even enjoy the donut. I often come here to pick up a dozen donuts to take to work for me and my fellow co-workers and am generally pleased. Please make sure that you follow along with what they put in the box. Finally got to stop in again! I use to come quite often during nursing school. Had to get my usual! Food: love love love their ham and cheese croissant with jalapeño. The croissant is flaky on the outside and soft on the inside. I really like the cheese they use sooo good! They also put a good amount of ham unlike some places. Where do I even start... let's set one thing straight. This place looks a bit beat up and somewhere you probably wouldn't consider going to when you're just passing by. All that changes when you try one of their doughnuts, though. I've been going here ever since I was able to walk if I remember correctly. The regular glazed doughnut is, I kid you not, $1. One. It is just flat out one dollar. Didn't believe it myself, so I bought an extra 2 to make sure. I paid $3 flat. Then I saw the other prices, couldn't believe my eyes. Never paid attention until I had to pay for myself. Everything was absurdly cheap, and tasted great. I would definitely say this place is worth. The only downside is that they only take cash, but there is an ATM located inside (charges fee since it's an all around). But other than that, place is great. A co-worker brought in a box in the afternoon (and when the donuts still taste fresh midday, you know they're good!) and I decided to have one since I hadn't had lunch yet- super healthy, I know. Came here today for quick snack! The girls love donuts :) We were greeted ever so kindly by the staff and were very friendly. She helped our daughters pick their donuts One got donut holes, the other got a chocolate bar. Both were fresh and had enough glaze and chocolate to get our sugar rush on. Welcoming staff and very clean inside. This is clearly a locals hangout, the seating area was full of regulars gettung their morning fix. Do not judge a donut by it's cover. This unassuming small mom and pop shop is the hole in the wall place you are happy to take the chance and be surprised by. It is 8 min walking distance to Great Wolf Lodge and worth the walk. The crossiant ham and cheese was delicious. The cake doughnuts had just the right balance of crisp and chew.
