Our clothes come back neatly folded, clean and fresh. They do such a good job. Not to mention how helpful they are when we go for onsite laundry. Love that they are in the neighborhood and highly recommend them to anyone moving within their service area. read more

Great service. I called on a Sunday morning and my clothes were picked up within the hour. They were returned that afternoon clean and neatly folded... and all at a very reasonable price. read more

They are excellent! The hours are wrong though, they are definitely open until 10:30pm. Super awesome that they will send you a text when your laundry is ready! read more

Nicest guys ever! Really polite and friendly! Laundry is folded nicely and it is very affordable. Great customer service!!!

Rawl is the man! I've been sending my laundry out to these cats for over a year. They take good care of my clothes and I thank them.

I've used Grandma every week for about six months while I was subletting in the neighborhood. They were always consistent and prompt and the laundry was usually done well. The BEST thing about Grandma Laundry, however, is Rawl, the most lovely and wonderful pick up and drop off delivery person. I literally looked forward to seeing Rawl every week. He made my day! There's just something so kind and friendly about him. Also, Grandma gave us free laundry when we got married as a way to say Congrats- it was above and beyond customer service. I would recommend them to anyone. Rawl, I'll miss you! read more

This is the best neighborhood laundry service run by the nicest person. I am so grateful to them and always so happy with my laundry. Pick up and drop off is always in the window they estimate. Just the best!! read more

I am new to New York and have had the luxury of an in home washer and dryer. So having to go to a laundry mat seems tedious to me. I saw the great reviews for Grandmas Laundry and I must say that they lived up to my expectations. My clothes were clean, smelt great and neatly folded. I wasn't aware that they had a pound limit and I had less than the normal amount I guess that people wash but they still picked up and delivered my clothes without charging me extra for being under the limit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality service in the Brooklyn area. read more

You guys. I never write reviews and I almost thought not to write one so that I can keep this place a secret. However, I was very pleased with the pick up and delivery service at this wash and fold laundromat. The only note I would make is to confirm payment because one review said they took credit cards but I was told cash only. Either way, I called for a pickup on Saturday and they gave me a two-hour window in which they upheld. Then i got a text message Sunday afternoon saying my order was complete! Wow! Mind you, I had four weeks of clothes. I scheduled a delivery and they adhered to that window as well, even coming in the evening so that I would be home from work. I paid $30 for about twenty-something pounds of clothing (my estimation). I'm not sure if this will be my go-to for all my laundry needs but if you want to treat yourself to not leaving home laundry service - this is the place. The clothes were expertly folded and I think even brighter and whiter than I had been able to accomplish on my own. The detergent left my clothes smelling fresh and I'm a happy customer. So I hope this helps the next person - because I'm new to NYC and this wash and fold concept is new to me, LOL! read more

I am so glad I found Grandma's Laundry Corner! They do an absolutely excellent job with my laundry and the price is very affordable. Only a couple lost socks here and there. I really appreciate how friendly and informative Rawl and his delivery men are. SUPER excellent service. read more

I used these guys when I had just moved. I was busy and tired and decided to make life a little easier. They were professional, on time and did a great job. Picked up my laundry. Returned it and had phenomenal customer service. I was so impressed, and the prices were so reasonable that laundry service is no longer just a once in a while thing. Now I use them all the time. If I could give them 6 stars I would. read more

I just moved to the area and have had my laundry done by Grandma's twice. I cannot imagine ever going anywhere else. They pick up and drop off everything, with text notifications and calls to coordinate exact timing. I used to be super careful about not making lots of laundry but now I don't worry about it, I know I am supporting a wonderful business. read more

These guys are the worst. They don't answer their phone and there is no professional message to leave a voicemail. When they do call back, they can never give a straight answer to when they will come to pick up. They say they will call back in 5 minutes, but you have to call them again. The first time I was suspicious that I didn't get all of my bra tanks back and I was given 3 items of clothing that didn't belong to me. The second time, I lost a bathmat, more bra tanks, and a few shirts and was again given back clothes that weren't mine. Do not use this service if you ever expect to see your clothes again. read more

After being a customer of this place for three years, and ultimately looking past problems like missing socks and underwear, they recently lost my laundry by giving it to someone else. After I personally tracked down the guy who had my laundry (an elderly and apparently slow man), it took two stops for him to drop off the majority of my clothes. Unfortunately, there were still some missing items, most notably my favorite new pair of jeans. During this entire process, there was no assistance from anyone at Grandma Laundry, and ultimately the guy treated me like a jerk for hounding him to get back my laundry. After I insisted to them that they pay me for my missing items, the guy had the nerve to ask me to pay him for cleaning my clothes and then losing them!!! This place is a joke and staffed by idiots who really aren't that nice at all. Was a loyal customer for years then you lost my laundry and treated me like an asshole. Never again! Stay away! read more

Great, consistent service and very reasonable prices. I was initially reluctant to send my laundry out, but I'd gotten really behind, didn't have time to catch up and was nearly out of clean unmentionables. I looked on yelp and almost chose a place with lots of positive reviews, but I'd have to drop off my laundry. I thought I'd try Grandma's out despite positive, but much fewer reviews. I called and they were prepared to pick my laundry up within the hour. I've used them for several months now, and they've consistently been as responsive. I care about my clothes and they treat them as if they do too. Tremendously valuable service - it's marginally more expensive than spending hours of your life at the laundrymat. And now, they know me and my dog by name. Really good business. If you're in the neighborhood, this is a no brainer. read more

Seriously in love with this place! The prices are so reasonable (at least compared to my old neighborhood/apartment) and they're incredibly friendly. I dropped off my laundry before work this morning, and tonight got a text from the lovely man working saying it was done. When I called back to see how late they were open so I could pick it up before they closed, he said he was heading out to make deliveries and would bring my clothes to me at no extra charge, even though I didn't ask him to. I also tried to tip him but he wouldn't accept it. The best!!! read more

Excellent customer service. They picked my laundry off and brought it back neatly folded and basically wrinkle-free!

I liked the service of picked up and delivery at no additional cost. I also like they picked the same day of me calling which was late Friday evening They came after 10:30 and dropped off Sunday afternoon. They shrunk one of my sweaters. Thank God its one that I don't care about. They also mixed my hubby clothes with mine. Next time I will give their specific instructions to bring the clothes back the same way I gave it to them separately. I will suggest that if you use this Grandma place to not put anything that you don't want in the dryer. Other than that they are convenient and I would use them again. read more
